I lodged a complaint regarding AMC for my Aquagaurd to customercare@eurekaforbes.com.To my surprise I used to get a mail daily from different so-called customer reps mentioning '' Greetings and thank you for contacting Eureka Forbes customer support. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We appreciate your patience & association with Eureka Forbes.
We deeply regret that you had to face such issue however we are actively addressing the issue to prevent future occurrences.
Your complaint CM-[protected] regarding AMC related issues is open and as early as possible our respective team will get in touch with you.
Adding to it, we really apologize for the problem you faced and assure that the same would not be repeated again in future''
My concern is yet to be resolved (for more than 10 days).

Recommendation: Very very pathetic customercare@eurekaforbes. I strongly recommend NOT TO BUY EUREKAFORBES AQUAGAURDS.
Escalate your complaint by directly calling Eureka Forbes' higher-level customer service or regional office. Mention the 10-day delay and the repetitive, unhelpful responses from various customer reps. Demand immediate action to resolve the AMC issue, citing your complaint number (CM-100924-[protected]). Request to speak to a manager or supervisor to ensure proper attention. If still unresolved, consider posting a public review or filing a consumer complaint with relevant authorities in Hyderabad to apply further pressure. Keep all records for reference.
