We have bought an aquaguard after doing so much market research and believing in the brand, but we have been disappointed heavily.
Purchased an aquaguard nova water filter which is giving trouble every week.
1st complaint raised on 06th may and technician visited and he changed some component in machine and went.. Machine worked only till 19th may.
2nd complaint raised on 20th may and same technician visited and fixed the machine... Also he requested us to cancel the complaint which we have raised since the issue reappeared within 30 days, since he stated that it will affect his pay. We agreed to cancel the complaint and done so.
3rd complaint is raised today 2nd june issue we are facing is excessive noise in machine, waste water not flowing out freely as earlier, water tds is near to 150 which was 55 to 60 when we installed this machine.
Please provide us a proper resolution or provide us a replacement machine. A buyer should not be penalised with an defective machine.
Again we have received a very worst service by aqua guard, for the below complaint we have received a call from executive and started convincing us in call stating "there is no problem in machine, without checking it in person".
After coming home, he changed the ro membrane and white colour valve as in the image below.

Within 3 months of purchase the membrane layer went absolute. While changing the ro membrane part was not replaced with the same type of component or spare. Original ro membrane has some wire attached to it as while the replaced one was white colour and it does not have any wire attached to it. He pulled out the wire from the old one and it was made dummy. That dummy was just suspended in machine idle, if there is no need for such setting then why does it was introduced in machine during initial installation?

All the hose clips which are found in image 1 were not replaced in the machine, he pulled out everything during reinstallation clips was refixed.
When we checked the reason for the repetitive issue he stated water in our apartment has some problem, when the sales executive visited our apartment during the sales process, he said aguaguard nova will be a perfect machine after checking the tds levels.
Kitchen was left very messi after the service, water was poured in all places of the kitchen top and also on the floor. Refer below image.

Requesting the appropriate team to respond fast with a replacement machine as this machine was a defective piece and more than all the originality of the machine was spoiled by your executives. If the replacement is not possible please refund the money.
Note: above all the executive came for service with out screwdriver and I gave him star and minus screwdriver 😃.
