I had order water purify order id: dnc1k8cv69258312 from eureka forbes official website and when technician came to installed, he said the item is defective and not work you need to replace the item. I raised replacement and from 4 days I am e=waiting for eureka forbes executive to call and arrange pick up and send new item but there is no response from them. We are waiting from 5 days to get it resolved.
Recommendation: buy from HUL but don't buy from eureka forbes
