I have an Gold AMC with Eureka Forbes valid till 22nd December 2026.
I booked for service of my AQUAGUARD AURA RO+UV+UF+MTDS (COMPONENT ID: 45436607) on 2nd January 2025. Despite several emails to customercare@eurekaforbes,com (on 3rd Jan, 12th Jan , 14th Jan 16th Jan & 17th Jan 2025) the only response I get is the apology from Eureka Forbes and confirmation that the complaint # CM-[protected] is open, so far no technician has come to attend to the service.
I am surprised at the completely un-professional and non-existent customer care by Eureka Forbes, despite having contracted an AMC with me.
