I bought this purifier in October 2022 and shortly the engineer visited to fix it, which he did not do properly for both water purifier and external filter costing around Rs.1500.00
2 months back the external purifier's body broke due to improper installation and i replaced it paying Rs. 1500.00
Approximately 2 weeks back the purifier's body cracked due improper installation and weight on one side. This was informed to us when we booked a service and the technician visited on 3rd Sept 2023. He and myself had then lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes and Service Center to replace the item.
Since then we have been calling and escalating multiple times and frustratingly no one has responded till date other than asking me to give them one more chance to serve over and over again every time I speak with a customer care personnel, and he promising to escalate on priority.
Totally frustrated with Eureka Forbes customer care tollfree and the App which is good for nothing in terms of customer care. Such pathetic service and warranty.
Desired outcome: Replace the purifier and install it properly
