My son Abhiskek R Srinivasan,placed an order for delivery of Aquaguard Glory, online, on 13.11.2024 and paid the amount in full.

The delivery date mentioned was 18.11,2024. Unfortunately it is not delivered till this time.
Material to be delivered to My address, at Chennai
Since it was not delivered we asked for cancellation of order and refund of amount..
My son has already sent a mail in this regard from his mail-id [protected]@gmail.com. and Mobile No.[protected].
No response so far.
I, as well as my son, are contacting your customer service executive , daily since 18.11.2024 and get only the standard reply "Sorry for the inconvenience caused. The complaint will be acted upon shortly ."
We are fed up.
KindLy arrange to either deliver the product in a short time or refund the amount.
Hope action will be taken forthwith.
