I cancelled the order on 10th February via both call and email, and I did not receive the product. The shipment was returned to the Eureka warehouse on 18th February at Gummudipoondi.
It's been 24 days from cancelling
And more than 2 weeks from shipment reached to your warehouse
I have raised numerous queries through email, customer care calls, and social media more than 20 times, but no progress has been made. It has been very disappointing and hurtful. This is not proper grievance redressal from Eureka Forbes. You are hurting consumer sentiments. I am complaining to CCPA regarding this. I need my refund amount of Rs. 3514 immediately.
