I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delay in our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service. We booked our AMC on 21st January 2025, and despite repeated follow-ups, the service has not yet been provided. As of today, 11th March 2025, it has been nearly two months with no resolution.
