Family Dollar Ladies briefs size 9, 3 pair in package

I recently purchased 2 packages of your ladies briefs, 3 pair in each package . size 9. One of the packages was defective the waistband was not attached all the way around. I tried to return the package to the store but they refused to accept the package because i didn't have my reciept.. what woul you suggest i do.. The other package was fine, i have worn your briefs for years annnd have always been satisfied.

Family Dollar Rude behavior from management

On August 16, 2021 at about 1:10 pm - 1:25 pm I was embarrassed by the manager of the store. I was on line. I allowed a lady with a baby go in front of me. The manager started calling people from the line. She took everyone until it got to me. I thought I was next. When she finished with the customer she was about to take the next person when I came up. I apologized to the woman in saying "I'm sorry, I hope you don't think I skipped you". Woman didn't say anything. In fact, earlier when I first came in. I helped her retrieve 2 dawn detergents because there was so much clutter she couldn't get to it.
The manager began to yell and embarrass me without finding out the truth first. I was so embarrassed, I wanted to cry.
I work in the area in a professional environment. I am well respected and dignified. I felt there was no cause for the embarrassment.
I suggest to review the camera at that time to see if my story is true.
I would like an apology and encourage managers to take sensitivity classes.
I will not go back there till I get the apology. I also am encouraging my friends and family not to go there until I do.
This means a lot to me.

Family Dollar Clutter of store

I go to the family dollar on Parsons ave. Columbus, Ohio 43206. That store is a disgraced im disabled do to a stroke i only got down one isle boxes all over the place so i asked a employee he made a comment there are other stores i can go to. I tripped fell over a box i tried to get help up. A shupper did help me this was 2 weeks ago my leg still hurts i tried to shop again same proble. Customers are not first its sad i hope you make this right.

Family Dollar Faulty card reader on register number one at the Family Dollar store on US hwy 550 in Cuba, NM

For the last 18 months the card reader on register one which is used the most does not work and ends up taking at least 5 to 8 minutes per transaction after trying all methods with the card reader. Dollar General just moved in about a half a mile from this Family Dollar location. I see a lot less customers at the Family Dollar now Dash The problem with the card reader is it just doesn't work! There are two other registers that are hardly ever ever used why can't they switch the card reader from register one and put it on register three? This is the most frustrating thing I have ever seen go on for such a long period of time without being addressed by the management or the corporation. It's absolutely ridiculous to add so much transaction time to every orderThat has a card! It's absolutely ridiculous and frustrating and if it's not fixed soon there will be a lot less customers at the Family Dollar with the dollar general having all of its registers and card readers working just fine.

Desired outcome: Fix the stupid card reader on register one! Simple fix!

Family Dollar The store

I am a customer who frequents this store at least 2 to 3 times per week. It is is cooler outside and it's 94° here. It is inhumane to expect these workers to work in those conditions. There is absolutely no reason they should have to work with no air at all! All of the chocolate candy is melted and the workers look like they have been in a pool. The customers walk in and run to grab something and do not actually shop. Some walked in a turned right around. Please do better! Store number 00283 Rome, Georgia

Family Dollar Employee

Today 8/8/2021 at your store located at Third Street Elizabeth NJ 07206 I feel I was subjected to Racism! Your employee by the name of Ruth whom is an Assistant Manager at this location refused to let my 5 year old Grand daughter use the Facililty restroom. Other employees were willing to let my Grand daughter use the restroom, but it was up to Ruth whom denied her. My grand daughter was explaining that she couldnt hold it and once we left out your store my grand daughter urinated and did number 2 on herself and was HUMILIATED! I had to take her clothes off and wrap a sheet around her that was in my car until we reached home. Ruth was very disrespectful arguing back and forth with me as well as stating SHE DONT CARE who I call because I let her know I was going to reach out to the Corporate office. Another employee gave me the number to make the complaint because they agreed it was wrong to do a CHILD like that. I'm a LOYAL shopper at this location, but I will NEVER return to this GHETTO location. I will also post on all my Social Media accounts about this terrible experience. My GRAND DAUGHTER is so EMBARRASSED and just keep saying "WHY IS THE LADY SO MEAN" This is one of the WORST experiences I've had in my LIFE. RACISM IN YOUR COMPANY IS REAL!

Family Dollar general complaint about merchandise packed at warehouse.

My complaint is not about the store where I live. My complaint is about the fact that every piece of merchandise, including loaves of bread, are contaminated with artificial fragrances. Unscented toilet paper stinks to high heaven of heavily scented laundry detergent! Food needs to be packed separately before being shipped. The chemicals leak through the plastic bag that contains the bread. For person highly sensitive to artificial scents and other chemicals, this is very bad. I like my neighborhood store and the people that work there. It is whoever does the picking and packing at your warehouse that is the problem. I will no longer shop at my local Family Dollar because of this problem! Again, it is not the store or the people that cause this problem! Thank you.

Desired outcome: Please evaluate the packing process at your warehouses. Pack food separately. Pack baking soda separately. Pack unscented laundry and paper products separately.

Family Dollar refusing a refund

I bought a mattress pad topper at the Skyland store in Tuscaloosa, Al on Sunday Aug. 1 the manager checked me out . I told him that I hoped it would work he did not tell me that they would not take it back if it had been open I took my purchase back on Monday Aug. 2 for a refund because it was too thin I put the product back in the package nice and neat and had my receipt he told be then that they did not do returns on mattress pad since it was open. Since then I have been trying to get in contact with the DM and they will not return my calls . I have talked with the associates at another store who have been trying on my behalf to get the DM to call and resolve this issue in a timely matter there is no excuse for them not to return my calls please help me in this matter. without saying I will not be shopping at these stores again. Family Dollar Store manager Casie

I arrived to the Gunnison, utah Family Dollar at 9:54 PM approximately minutes before they were to close at 10:00 PM. The entrance door would not open and an employee was standing there daid the store is closed so I asked for her manager. A female who claimed to be management came to the door and said it's two minutes before we close and we are closed out of out tills. I said I need 2 things please and she said no. I asked for her name and she said it was Kasie not sure if the correct spelling.
I just didn't understand why she was saying the store was closed before it was to be closed.

Desired outcome: I just needed creamer and milk for the morning and drove all the way to the store believing it would be open until 10PM so if the store is not going to be open until then please just say so.

Family Dollar stolen property

i visited a family dollar store in sumter sc carolina recently. i placed my phone down to pay at the register and my phone came up missing. I'm not sure if an employee or customer took it. Im sure there is video footage that will clearly show who took it. hopefully we can find the thief.

Family Dollar Online order error message cart $188.00

Online cart won't allow me to check out my cart of $188.00. Keeps giving error asking for mandatory info all that's missing is a promotion code that it WILL NOT let me use even though it says available. So I choose not to add promo at all. My cart is online delivery $188.00 of merchandise. This error is stopping me from completing my purchase and I am paying with secured PayPal.

Family Dollar Diet A & W Root beer

My Complaint is that you carry A & W root beer with sugar. However you don't carry Diet A & W root beer. I talked to the delivery Guy he told me its not him that is refusing to deliver diet A & W root beer. Its corpt that's refusing to order A & W Root beer. You Guys at Corpt. Do you love sugar so much that you won't allow A & W diet root beer to be ordered at your stores? The store I shop at is in Dolan Springs AZ 86441. I demand an answer to my question.
