Family Dollar racist cashier

I am an elderly handicap white gentleman and I was at family dollar on geyer springs rd I little rock and I eas having trouble with my walker and getting bags the cashier named roni was frustrated cause she didn't have a break and the li e was back I g up she stated I need to get

"my crippled old cracker a[censored]. Moving" I was shocked I left and will not go back to a racist business

Family Dollar an employee

I went to ask the employee if they had toothpicks and where I could find them. He told me he's not on the clock, so he can't help and walked off. I think that's very bad customer service and poor attitude, the way he walked off and his face expressions. Even the other employee said what he did was uncalled for. I've worked in customer service retail before and ui shouldn't treat a customer like that.

Family Dollar incorrect signage

For the past 2 months there have been incorrect pricing signs on the children's underwear. This store happens to be close to my twin toddlers daycare and I come here on my way to work to buy underwear due to potty training accidents at school. It's easier to buy new packs and leave them at the school. The sign on the underwear display clearly states the price of $5.75, however when I got to the register, the price was $7.75. True customer service is honoring the price that is displayed. The worker simply told me, "Well we are in the process of re-doing all the signs in the store." This is NOT a true statement. The display of $5.75 has been there for 2 months with the incorrect pricing. Please correct this matter or show the correct pricing!

Family Dollar staff, a woman who says her title is manager havana florida

a stor manager makes shopping very difficult if not unpleasant
She often refuses to give a receipt when it is its unreadable
She refuses customer service help
She's very rude or has a attitude
She refuse to keep stock on the shell unless it's something that pertains her her uses apparently it appears
Store is unkept boxes are half unpacked
Have asked about a product but claims they don't get them another employee found some never unpacked in the back
It's An older women ( who is African American )

Family Dollar hr

My name is Phoebe Banks. I've been in retail management for over 30 yrs..My ex-husband was with Assumption Parish Sheriff Office for over 16 years. We and our three children are well known and liked in the community. The new manager of the Hwy 1 store in the paincourtville location is making it extremly difficult for all the young employees to remain with the company. My Son is under attack and I need quick results before he resigns. He came home with an extremly sad face saying mom I think I have to find another job ASAP. I asked him to hold off until I reach out to HR. This manager needs coaching. There is a lot of training opportunities. We are prepared to shine a light by means of social media And our friends at WAFB local news.. the first red flag was the second week my son started working for FD he got off and said mom I need to go to the bank for cash.. I asked why son? He explains how the register came up short and he and the manager were gonna split the shortage out of pocket 👀. I said whoa son. That's NOT the way it's done. 1. It could turn up in the next days paper work. 2. Your still training how can be responsible 3. How do you KNO where this cash is going 4. You can't add to or take from the stores deposit. My said son explained how that was the only way to avoid documentation. I didn't like but I paid it smh. Red flag #2 no notice schedule changes..sure in retail there are times when we may have emergency schedule changes but we first have to make sure the employees are available..no school or community activities scheduled..my son speaks to children at local schools on how to become successful adults and contribute to society. The store manager is crushing my son's spirit and I will not stand for it! Customers have over heard ugly conversations on how he's planning to make my son's work life so miserable it can only result in a resignation from my son. I encouraged my son to reach out to the DM but he got no support. customers shopping in the store have heard negative talk about my son from the SM and are willing to write a statement if necessary. Another unprofessional move: he text associates under my son and give instructions not to follow his instructions. These texts have been validated and are still in the phones of associates . Additional unprofessional facts which can probably be validated by store surveillance; he's worked in flip flops and Nike basketball shorts...i manage with extreme structure and discipline and have always earned the respect of those under me and appreciation from those over me. I've always been able to get my people to work doubles or come in on precious off days. How? By the way I lead..as managers we must always be FAIR and CONSISTENT..
Another note: about three days your stored closed in the middle of the day..it was after lunch. Who Does That?! Lol who's gonna cover THAT shortage...unexceptable .
If I allow this "manager" to push my son out, I will have failed him..ive always taught righteousness always win..
Another unprofessional move: his famous thing to say is..."dis mi sto..i run it the I want to" . We can also get a statement from the asst mgr who resigned a few weeks ago.
My goal: teach my son that EVERYBODY has someone to answer to. EVERYBODY has to be held accountable for their decisions/choices... and I need the SM to back off of my son. He's a good kid with strong values and a super supportive family...

I sent an email less than an hour ago and I needed confirmation of delivery.
I called and stayed on hold for over .30min and gave in and hung up..im thinking that's the goal. Keep the customer complaint on hold until they give an hang up smh. A snap shot of the call is included

My Son is under attack by the store manager and is getting no support from The district manager..Watching his sad face is making me sad😟
I'm waiting for a response to my email. I tried to speak with a live person but was on hold for over 30min and couldn't go any longer..
Store manager says it's his way or the highway and guess who's gonna win..
I tell you it's not gonna be my 22yr son

Hold on, you're the one reaching out to HR? That's your first mistake your son should be doing that himself. This is his problem not yours. He should just quit without having another job in place. At that age many employers understand why he would do something like this, especially given the circumstances. Nothing good happens when you try to fix someone who doesn't want to change.

Family Dollar cashier

Hi my name is Dawn Deaton, I worked for family dollar in the past as assistant manager in healdton ok. I love family dollar and I loved taking my family there but on Monday may 1st I walk in and I am told by a customer I can't be in there because I'm s molester and more yelling and verbal threats I waited for the cashier to tell the lady to stop or leave but unfortunately they must been best friends and she stood by her side and made me leave. Her name is Andrea at Velma Oklahoma store. I filed a police report and I will take it farther with the store only because it's humiliation and defamation of character none is true yet some lady cashiering who doesn't know me is going to actually not let me in there and is mouthing threats n lies herself outside of the store no I'm not gonna just sit back and take it I have full right to go there and not be harrased [protected]

Family Dollar sexual harassment

Eddie Coleman .. the store manager of the Austell family dollar has come in the rest room of 2 female employees.. He abuses his aurhority towards all employees .. he uses write up as a weapon to try and get what he wants.. he utilized store as he Home after closing.. meaning he sleeps there many nights .. he has asked me on 3 occasion to sleep at my home.. I only been working there 3 days .. I still haven't received my check for those days.. I have a lawyer

Family Dollar reloading my prepaid card

I had went into my local dollar store here in lavonia georgia. And had 20.00 added to my aceflare card ( metta bank netspend) and paid 23.95 just fir the 20.00 to be loaded onto my card. The cashier had no clue what to or even she was to do in order to load the card. She called the manajor on shift to helph her. Hiwever the manajor walked off leaving her to reload it alone ot knowing what she was doing. And it was loaded on 05/06/2018 at 18:52:47pm and its now 8:38 pm and i called my card spoke with customer service and its nit even showing a pending deposit to my card. Upon callling my local walmart the manager was rude and very uncoropwerative. Abd should she have did her job i wouldnt be havung this problem. Ive not the money to pay the 10.00 gas cost it cost me each time i go to my local family dollar fir i have no car of my own and i have to pay 10.00 each trip and ive not git the money to pay to get back to famiky dollar to tryto have this problem fixed. Im very upset i do not have money to waist and i really had a bill to pay by midnight tonight due to your managors lack of doing hwr job im out my monet and my bills going unpaid thanks for late fees lost money and niw yiu have one very mad customer and most likely lost a customer due to this

Your receipt says it is loaded. And she did it right. 3.95 is the reload fee. It is on your card and bank now.

Family Dollar employee/store

Store 3690 Leavenworth ks needs to be shut down there are so many reasons why this should happen.
1. It is unorganized, clutter, and products in wrong places.
2. Shelfs are NEVER fully stock or even stocked at all employees favorite line is: give us time to unload truck, come back by Friday.
3. Employees stand in the front entrance smoking
4. Bathrooms are pure disgusting, seems they don't ever get cleaned.
5. You can bet you will stand in line to check out for at least 10 to 20mins.
6. Always one girl working on register
7. Employees are completely rude and disrespectful. They have NO customer service whatsoever.
8. The situation that occurred during my trip that made me realize I prefer to spend my money elsewhere is this:
Employee name Patricia (store manager) had 7 people in line waiting for check out, her friend or wife (not sure but she called her her wife) came into the store she proceed to tell customers to hold on she will be right back, they proceeded to walk out the store together. Upon her quick return she apologize several times, and started to discuss her family problems to customers. This is NOT how any retail business should be ran. It is absurd to have customers waiting to check out.
9. At time of my approach to check out, she begged me to purchase candy so her district manager can buy her dinner. When I declined her comment was unprofessional "you know you can buy it"

As leaving the store there was two guys panhandling in the parking lot.

Overall customer service experience horrible,

I'm a customer that goes into Family Dollar store number 7424 and I get discouraged when I go in there because nothing is ever done nothing is ever put out like it should be you got to manager that don't do anything and you got one employee that gets mouthy with your customers that one girl that always seems like she's working and it's always nice when never see her during the day she does everything in your store why the 2 managers do nothing she has to do it all the girl is polite helpful and seems to know her stuff be nice if she was a manger if I could give her recognition for it I would

Family Dollar customer service

An employee at the 6554 west Browndeer family dollar is outside smoking a cigarette and on phone telling me and others the store is closed. How is that and it clearly says on door what time it open and close. The employee was talking to another woman asking her is she the one that called the store. So how is that at one point she answering store phone, then outside smoking and saying the store is closed.

Family Dollar store #04238 jonesboro ga

Good morning, I visit store 04238 at the above time and date, Bought two Red Baron Classic Pepp pizza, As I proceed to take the pizza out the 1st box what a surprised molded pizza disgusted, I open the 2nd box it was normal but was afraid to eat it.I have a picture of it but not sure how to uploaded, So I will not be buying any more frozen items out that store. Family Dollar customer service

my son went into the family dollar on 6th nd 36 st in Tucson az and ur employees told my son he wasnt welcomed in the family Dollar because he was a thief and proceeded to call him names in spanish than i called and the employee hung up on me so i went into the store to ask for the manager and this girl came out which refused to give me her name and district manager number so she told me that my son stole something nd wasnt welcome backed into the store so i asked her to show me the video and she called the police cusing at me calling my son names which is very unprofessional than i proceed to ask tell she was wrong and she had my son confused with someone else and i was sited for the issue when ur employee was in the wrong i will never return to a family dollar ever just please make sure ur employees are right before they accuse anybody of anything and the employee s need to act professional something needs to be addressed here i will contact the corporate office and speak with someone and i will make it a big deal for the world to see

Family Dollar unprofessional employees

On 4/28/2018 I visited your store (#2930) and needed to purchase a clothes basket. The baskets where stuck so I looked for someone that worked there. I saw a guy by the name of Marques (stock worker) and asked him to help me unstick the baskets. He was on his phone talking. I said you can't pull that apart with one hand. he just looked at me and said he couldn't do it, I said if you put the phone down you could get a good grip. He refused to put his phone down, a man in the store came around to the isle I was on and I asked if he could help He attempted to help Marquez while he was still on his personal cell phone. The basket was still stuck, he said to me You can buy both of them or put them back, you can leave them here I don't care. Buy them or not go somewhere else and get some. Through all of this he never got off his personal cell phone and told me he wasn't. As I walked off he told the person on the phone. I don't need this "[censored]. The Manager is no better, another time while in the line she was on her personal cell phone cussing at someone and another person said something to her and she said yes I cuss and you can call corporate. It's sad that the employees at Chick Fila treat customers better than your employees at Family Dollar.

Family Dollar management

Today 5/3/18, I went it the store with my 4 year old son, who suddenly threw up out of no where. I ran him to the bathroom and told the manager. When we came out the bathroom I told him I would clean it up, however, he told me it was ok. Then he said we needed to leave if he was gonna keep throwing up, like I was going to let him puke all over the store. We was leaving anyways, he was really rude. My son even started crying and said mommy I didnt mean too it was accident. This is not the first rude encounter with this manager. It's pretty bad that he makes a child feel that it was on purpose and wanted to know why we had to leave. I never got smart or attitude with him. I wouldn't have took my son in the store if I knew he was gonna be sick. My son nor I should have to be treated like that. This is the head manager of the store and hes not customer friendly. I will never be back in that store.

Family Dollar playstation prepaid cards

I came in the store to purchase PlayStation 4 gift cards they did not have the desired amount I was looking for so I was going to buy an Amazon gift card and buy them off of Amazon at the same time I was buying a $5 insurance wireless gift card for a friend. What I ask the cashier if I can buy them through Amazon he said I can do it over here I needed to separate $10 gift cards for PlayStation 4 after completing my order and looking at my receipt I said to him I'm missing my $5 assurance paper for my friend he said No I gave you two $10 insurance wireless prepaid cards. And then went on to inform him I did not ask to buy 2 $10 insurance wireless cards I do not even have an insurance phone I wanted 2 $10 Playstation gift cards that you did not have on the Shelf and he went on to explain that he had them behind the counter anyway they ended up being insurance wireless gift cards and not PlayStation the den informed him that I wanted my money back because I don't have an insurance wireless account he told me that he can not give me my money back I have to come back another day when a manager is there this was not my fault this was the cashiers incident if somebody can return my email as soon as possible thank you

Family Dollar employee service

May 3rd, 2018
Today I was at your Family Dollar Store 4026 River Oaks Drive Myrtle Beach South Carolina. I purchased some cleaning products and when I got to the counter and was setting the products on the counter, the top popped off of the cleaning product Fabuloso maximum clean. It fell straight down and hit the countertop causing the solution to Splash all over my blouse, arm, hand and splashed into my right eye. My complaint is not so much the top popped off but your employees reaction to it. She did absolutely nothing but look at me, I was standing there with clean solution dripping off of me and I made the comment that oh my goodness my eye was really burning. She still at that time did absolutely nothing but stand there and look at me, she didn't offer me paper towels or ask if I was alright, that may be I would like to wash my eye out, just nothing. I then asked her for paper towels and proceeded to wipe myself off and made a comment again that wow my eye was really burning. I reach down picked up the top and she put it back on the product and continued to ring up my products. At no time did she ever ask if I was alright or if I needed any assistance. I proceeded to pay for my products and gathered my things up and noticed that one of the products was not something that I had purchased. I thought perhaps the ladies in front of me had left one of their items and commented to her about this and she stated oh is that not yours? I said no it's not and she did gladly offer me refund but there were other customers waiting and I told her it was a product our family could use so I just kept it. I do believe though that she might have kept my receipt from my purchases so I cannot send you a picture of that. I then left and went to my car and I had a bottle of water in there and washed my eye out in the car. Now I have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and was trained in all scenarios dealing with customer service, now in no way of course am I telling you how to run your company but perhaps these employees could certainly benefit from additional training in safety and customer sensitivity. Now she has always been a very personable and respectful employee when I have been in your store, so I was a little shocked over this. I do not believe there's any permanent damage to my eye, it is red, slightly swollen and is extremely uncomfortable when I blink or move my eye around. I also don't know if my blouse is going to survive that as well, I will wash it and see how it looks. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

Family Dollar store manager

I bought some rice crispy treats but then i wanted to return them i had the receipt and everything and i had just purchased them so then the manager comes with a attitude moving all fast i had told her i wanted to return the rice crispy treats for some oreos so then she gives me 5$ now in my head i was thinking can she count or something but then i grabbed the oreos off the counter she says what are u doing didnt u want to return them both i said no you where moving to fast so then she got a attitude and [censored] it keep the 5$ she dont feel like going thru all that so then i was shocked that happen because i work at walgreens and i do returns all the time with no problem everytime im in there she has a attiude..

Family Dollar funky body odor and breath!!!

HI, I recently visited store number 3812 and the store manager seems to have a personal hygiene problem. His breath is very pungent and Body odor made me want to throw up. I suggest that someone tell him that being the store manager means more than just showing up to work. What kind of example is he to his employees as well as the customers. Also, he is representing your company in the most foul way! I feel sorry for his employees and I personally will not be returning to this or any other Family Dollar/Dollar Tree location.

it the family dollar on 106 E.sunset dr Monroe nc [protected] me and my husband has been in family dollar and Melinda at cash regist was so rude she told my husband she could take his card if he was not going to take his card if he was not spended 5 dollar the other two time we came in about 9;30 he asked for a pack kool filter king she slam the cabinet so hard and I already count am not sell you none if you want contact me call me at [protected] thanks catrain hammond
