reloading my prepaid card
I had went into my local dollar store here in lavonia georgia. And had 20.00 added to my aceflare card ( metta bank netspend) and paid 23.95 just fir the 20.00 to be loaded onto my card. The cashier had no clue what to or even she was to do in order to load the card. She called the manajor on shift to helph her. Hiwever the manajor walked off leaving her to reload it alone ot knowing what she was doing. And it was loaded on 05/06/2018 at 18:52:47pm and its now 8:38 pm and i called my card spoke with customer service and its nit even showing a pending deposit to my card. Upon callling my local walmart the manager was rude and very uncoropwerative. Abd should she have did her job i wouldnt be havung this problem. Ive not the money to pay the 10.00 gas cost it cost me each time i go to my local family dollar fir i have no car of my own and i have to pay 10.00 each trip and ive not git the money to pay to get back to famiky dollar to tryto have this problem fixed. Im very upset i do not have money to waist and i really had a bill to pay by midnight tonight due to your managors lack of doing hwr job im out my monet and my bills going unpaid thanks for late fees lost money and niw yiu have one very mad customer and most likely lost a customer due to this

Store 3690 Leavenworth ks needs to be shut down there are so many reasons why this should happen.
1. It is unorganized, clutter, and products in wrong places.
2. Shelfs are NEVER fully stock or even stocked at all employees favorite line is: give us time to unload truck, come back by Friday.
3. Employees stand in the front entrance smoking
4. Bathrooms are pure disgusting, seems they don't ever get cleaned.
5. You can bet you will stand in line to check out for at least 10 to 20mins.
6. Always one girl working on register
7. Employees are completely rude and disrespectful. They have NO customer service whatsoever.
8. The situation that occurred during my trip that made me realize I prefer to spend my money elsewhere is this:
Employee name Patricia (store manager) had 7 people in line waiting for check out, her friend or wife (not sure but she called her her wife) came into the store she proceed to tell customers to hold on she will be right back, they proceeded to walk out the store together. Upon her quick return she apologize several times, and started to discuss her family problems to customers. This is NOT how any retail business should be ran. It is absurd to have customers waiting to check out.
9. At time of my approach to check out, she begged me to purchase candy so her district manager can buy her dinner. When I declined her comment was unprofessional "you know you can buy it"
As leaving the store there was two guys panhandling in the parking lot.

How is that and it clearly says on door what time it open and close. The employee was talking to another woman asking her is she the one that called the store. So how is that at one point she answering store phone, then outside smoking and saying the store is closed.

my son went into the family dollar on 6th nd 36 st in Tucson az and ur employees told my son he wasnt welcomed in the family Dollar because he was a thief and proceeded to call him names in spanish than i called and the employee hung up on me so i went into the store to ask for the manager and this girl came out which refused to give me her name and district manager number so she told me that my son stole something nd wasnt welcome backed into the store so i asked her to show me the video and she called the police cusing at me calling my son names which is very unprofessional than i proceed to ask tell she was wrong and she had my son confused with someone else and i was sited for the issue when ur employee was in the wrong i will never return to a family dollar ever just please make sure ur employees are right before they accuse anybody of anything and the employee s need to act professional something needs to be addressed here i will contact the corporate office and speak with someone and i will make it a big deal for the world to see

On 4/28/2018 I visited your store (#2930) and needed to purchase a clothes basket. The baskets where stuck so I looked for someone that worked there. I saw a guy by the name of Marques (stock worker) and asked him to help me unstick the baskets. He was on his phone talking. I said you can't pull that apart with one hand. he just looked at me and said he couldn't do it, I said if you put the phone down you could get a good grip. He refused to put his phone down, a man in the store came around to the isle I was on and I asked if he could help He attempted to help Marquez while he was still on his personal cell phone. The basket was still stuck, he said to me You can buy both of them or put them back, you can leave them here I don't care. Buy them or not go somewhere else and get some. Through all of this he never got off his personal cell phone and told me he wasn't. As I walked off he told the person on the phone. I don't need this "[censored]. The Manager is no better, another time while in the line she was on her personal cell phone cussing at someone and another person said something to her and she said yes I cuss and you can call corporate. It's sad that the employees at Chick Fila treat customers better than your employees at Family Dollar.

Today 5/3/18, I went it the store with my 4 year old son, who suddenly threw up out of no where. I ran him to the bathroom and told the manager. When we came out the bathroom I told him I would clean it up, however, he told me it was ok. Then he said we needed to leave if he was gonna keep throwing up, like I was going to let him puke all over the store. We was leaving anyways, he was really rude. My son even started crying and said mommy I didnt mean too it was accident. This is not the first rude encounter with this manager. It's pretty bad that he makes a child feel that it was on purpose and wanted to know why we had to leave. I never got smart or attitude with him. I wouldn't have took my son in the store if I knew he was gonna be sick. My son nor I should have to be treated like that. This is the head manager of the store and hes not customer friendly. I will never be back in that store.

I came in the store to purchase PlayStation 4 gift cards they did not have the desired amount I was looking for so I was going to buy an Amazon gift card and buy them off of Amazon at the same time I was buying a $5 insurance wireless gift card for a friend. What I ask the cashier if I can buy them through Amazon he said I can do it over here I needed to separate $10 gift cards for PlayStation 4 after completing my order and looking at my receipt I said to him I'm missing my $5 assurance paper for my friend he said No I gave you two $10 insurance wireless prepaid cards. And then went on to inform him I did not ask to buy 2 $10 insurance wireless cards I do not even have an insurance phone I wanted 2 $10 Playstation gift cards that you did not have on the Shelf and he went on to explain that he had them behind the counter anyway they ended up being insurance wireless gift cards and not PlayStation the den informed him that I wanted my money back because I don't have an insurance wireless account he told me that he can not give me my money back I have to come back another day when a manager is there this was not my fault this was the cashiers incident if somebody can return my email as soon as possible thank you

Today I was at your Family Dollar Store 4026 River Oaks Drive Myrtle Beach South Carolina. I purchased some cleaning products and when I got to the counter and was setting the products on the counter, the top popped off of the cleaning product Fabuloso maximum clean. It fell straight down and hit the countertop causing the solution to Splash all over my blouse, arm, hand and splashed into my right eye. My complaint is not so much the top popped off but your employees reaction to it. She did absolutely nothing but look at me, I was standing there with clean solution dripping off of me and I made the comment that oh my goodness my eye was really burning. She still at that time did absolutely nothing but stand there and look at me, she didn't offer me paper towels or ask if I was alright, that may be I would like to wash my eye out, just nothing. I then asked her for paper towels and proceeded to wipe myself off and made a comment again that wow my eye was really burning. I reach down picked up the top and she put it back on the product and continued to ring up my products. At no time did she ever ask if I was alright or if I needed any assistance. I proceeded to pay for my products and gathered my things up and noticed that one of the products was not something that I had purchased. I thought perhaps the ladies in front of me had left one of their items and commented to her about this and she stated oh is that not yours? I said no it's not and she did gladly offer me refund but there were other customers waiting and I told her it was a product our family could use so I just kept it. I do believe though that she might have kept my receipt from my purchases so I cannot send you a picture of that. I then left and went to my car and I had a bottle of water in there and washed my eye out in the car. Now I have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and was trained in all scenarios dealing with customer service, now in no way of course am I telling you how to run your company but perhaps these employees could certainly benefit from additional training in safety and customer sensitivity. Now she has always been a very personable and respectful employee when I have been in your store, so I was a little shocked over this. I do not believe there's any permanent damage to my eye, it is red, slightly swollen and is extremely uncomfortable when I blink or move my eye around. I also don't know if my blouse is going to survive that as well, I will wash it and see how it looks. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

I bought some rice crispy treats but then i wanted to return them i had the receipt and everything and i had just purchased them so then the manager comes with a attitude moving all fast i had told her i wanted to return the rice crispy treats for some oreos so then she gives me 5$ now in my head i was thinking can she count or something but then i grabbed the oreos off the counter she says what are u doing didnt u want to return them both i said no you where moving to fast so then she got a attitude and [censored] it keep the 5$ she dont feel like going thru all that so then i was shocked that happen because i work at walgreens and i do returns all the time with no problem everytime im in there she has a attiude..

HI, I recently visited store number 3812 and the store manager seems to have a personal hygiene problem. His breath is very pungent and Body odor made me want to throw up. I suggest that someone tell him that being the store manager means more than just showing up to work. What kind of example is he to his employees as well as the customers. Also, he is representing your company in the most foul way! I feel sorry for his employees and I personally will not be returning to this or any other Family Dollar/Dollar Tree location.

I am a shopper at family dollar everyday. I didn't have enough money to buy what I needed which was only.50 cent. So I asked outside if anyone had.50. Someone went inside and told the manager I was begging for money. I have never done that before but I really needed the items. She told me I wasn't welcome on the property or in the store anymore. Among all the people that have stolen out of the store and got caught still are allowed to go in. Why is it that I can't. I'm disabled and I need family dollar.

This newer manager named Carl on 130 main Street family dollar. He smells of alcohol on the job and I've seen him outside more then inside. There's 2 people working today and the cashier named is Mike I believe is only one working. The store is a mess. Items everywhere. Every time this manager Carl is working he's smell of alcohol and marijuana even today. I will not return to this location. My children should not see a manager drunk on the job.

The entire store was completely covered in boxes and carts. I was with my nephew and we needed salt and sugar. They were both in the same isle. We asked for assistance and an associate with the name tag April-Mgr told us it was in an isle that was completely full of boxes on rolling carts. She told him where it was and told hom to see if he could reach it. She told me the salt was on the other side of the aisle and to go around to see if I could get that as well. While on the other side i heard a lot of commotion. I walk back to the front side of the aisle and saw my nephew under a pile of boxes struggling to get free. It took about 2 associates and 3 customers to get him out. His wrist was injured so I paid for my items and immediately went home to get his
mother. When we returned, the amount of discontent and malice we were met with was unreal. The manager refused to give his mother information, would not confirm which number was listed on the report, and blamed her son for the incident. The associates argued, cursed, carried on, and one even called her son to fight us. After being verbally and almost physically attacked, the only person that apologized was an associate that wasn't even involved. That store was unfit for customers to even enter. It resembled a warehouse and hard hats should've been given out at the door. April and another plain clothes manager were absolutely attempting to get physical and April was being held back. I am not a street person and I do not expect to be treated as such when I spend money in your establishment. This is a serious incident and something needs to be done immediately

I went into the Family Dollar store in Chireno Texas on the 20th of April about 9 ish pm(this month, a week ago) to get me something to drink on my way home from a wedding.I live about 25 mile away so I never go in this store. I could hear people talking in the back. I walked by the aisle that they where on and I know the guy seen me because we made eye contact. I got my water and went to the check out and waited. I kept waiting for someone to come check me out and they didn't. After about 4 or 5 minutes I finally went to that aisle they where on and said to them Is anyone going to come and check me out? The guy came up to the register finally. I did pop off saying it's about time. I got his name (John Nevel) paid for my water and left. I think at that time of the night someone should always be at the front of the store being it's a store in a very small and out of the way kind of town.

At 1:15pm on 4/25/2018 at store#10307, I tried to buy a marked down item. When the cashier did not want to honor the markdown price I pointed out to him that if the price is on the box it should be honored. As the manager was honoring the price he was yelling about how he didn't like my tone. I asked for his name and he told me no. I asked the manager her name and she said I'm not telling you nothing. Next he came from behind the register and tried to fight me and my boyfriend. Scared we turned to leave as the manager began yelling belittling remarks as we exited the store.
Today I had the worst experience at one of your stores. Not only was I berated and belittled by your staff, I and my fiance feared for our safety. I have had a problem with the store manager name sandy at the store that is located at 921 16th ave east moline il 61244 she kicked me out of the store for no reason after my fiance got arrseted in the parking lot when you in the store it smells like weed she does drugs in the store she alao has called me a sex offender says I steal when I never have I have been told by one other co worker when I am walking past window and she sees me she is always talking bad about while on duty at job in front of other workers I also have been told by family members that go in there if she sees anyone who knows me she is telling them to jump me I feel this is a form of harassmenf and something needs to be done this shouldnt be going on at your store while she is on duty let alone it souldnt happened at all
Family Dollar Store clearly doesn't like business from from homosexual costumers. Im in a homosexual interracial relationship. For three months this store and management in Salisbury Md, the South Salisbury Blvd Store to be more exact and manager Kim! Kim has routinely yelled at us refused service and threatened to call the police because i/we refused to check our bags. My bag is no larger than the ladies bag the carry no a days. I carry my phone wallet check book phone etc in my bad. Women who visit the store ive noticed dont check there bags. So what am i to think? Ive called the district manager with every issue but this is ridiculous. Either they dont want our business cause were gay or a interracial couple or maybe even were men. you tell me. These three can't do their jobs, Rachel and Sabrina hang after work do to there life partnership even help run each other's store and crew, Rachel store is run mostly by her two asstant manger, or by Sabrina who has closed Rachel store handling cash and truck off the clock and is johns favroit due her store lack of custmers and that her store has put of stock items on it shelves that her store leave to the cashiers to do while her other manger stands around, Rachel has been there off the clock while on medical leave due to hand but still tell the how do do the store job by printing off papers and other thing while on leave, then her and Sabrina and her go to lunch or hmag out at Sabrina store. John doesn't look at Sabrina store do that she is his favorite at let's thingy slide, don't now why her store is never full of customer to have to staff or the hours.so I think that the company needs to check the store without John or give the stores time to fixs thing before they get there to see how the stores are really doing and look
I think that this post is saying that two store managers always gotta be side by side and why are their favorites? Also I think he meant letting things slide and the fact that they are life partners isn't the problem and that it's the amount of time they spend together on company time.
