Ordered 6 or 7 items from Fashion Nova. I received an email that the items were delivered. I never received any of the items. I have been trying to reach fashion nova and have not been able to do so through the phone. They sent me a generated email back. I also have a case open with fed ex. Fed ex says fashion nova needs to refund me for the items becausethey have a contract. It is noted in the contract that they signed. I have been getting the run around with this process.

Returned Items,. Produced Proof of Return. Never Recieved Promised Store Credit.
To return three items back to FashionNova due to them being too big, I had to pay for a 30$ shipping label. The package arrived to them, was signed for and I was issued a proof of delivery from FedEx. When I contacted them regarding my promised store credit for items returned in the amount of (49.00) they informed me they could not find my account.
I then sent them the proof of return, my tracking number and purchase order number.
They apologised and said they would issue me a store credit that would be available within 24-48hrs. So I waited.
Five days passed and no store credit. I emailed them again explaining the issue. They asked again for my proof of delivery, tracking number and purchase order number. I sent those. They said they would issue me a store credit again, that would be available in 24hrs.
I waited 24hrs and nothing. I emailed them yet again. Their response was :
"Thank you for reaching out regarding the status of your credit. We appreciate your patience!
Kindly note: It can take up to 24 -48 hours for you to receive the E-Gift Card email, which will be sent to the address you supplied when creating your order."
So I waited again, another 48hrs to no avail. I emailed them yet again for them to respond with ..:
"credit was not processed yet but it has been created today and you will receive the confirmation soon.
This credit will be active in 24-48 hours. Please let us know if you have more questions. "
Everytime I email them asking where the credit is, they tell me to keep waiting..and waiting..and waiting..
It's so obviouse they are just banking on people loosing interest due to frusteration and not pursuing further.
I will keep pursuing because this is theft and fraud.
Desired outcome: I would like my store credit that was promised to me.
Same thing happened to me! Dispute the charge with your credit card and file a report with the BBB. That's what I'm doing
Hacking accounts
Someone from fashionnova just hacked into our account and spent $535.00. The kicker is that we've never ordered from them so how is this possible. You can't get in contact with anyone, the help support is automated. This is so disappointing, especially when we're on a fixed income. Is there away to talk to someone personally? Has this happened to anyone else? Frustrated!
Refund Credit not received for returned goods
On, April 7, we ordered $245.72 worth of merchandise. Package arrived on April 15 but most of the clothes were too large and did a return (my cost $7.99) and shipped back April 17th. (I didn't take a picture of the return label). I have only used Fashion Nova as a guest account so, I can only going by my emails. I have emailed Customer Service on April 24th and again May 11th asking for proof of my refund credit. No one will email me back. I can't even dispute it with my credit card company. I even turned around and purchased another $178.00 worth of clothes before I knew I couldn't get a credit on my credit card. Please just refund my money on my card or at least my almost $200.00 credit refund. I am so not happy!

Express shipping
I've paid for express shipping for my package yet they're not even giving me express shipping, why should I have to pay an extra 19 for shipping when you're not going to do express shipping, my order has now taken 5 days rather than the 2-3 days promised, it's very frustrating and annoying, the package is supposed to be delivered to Australia yet it's still in America... . This isn't the first time fashion nova screwed me with express shipping, I want my refund.

I placed and order over $500 a month ago. it says it was delivered 2 weeks ago?! no. it wasn't. they refuse to refund me my money and refuse to resend my package. they say it's out of their hands after it is with the carrier, but i know for sure i never received this package and they have been less than helpful in trying to resolve this issue. i love these clothes and thought this was a trustworthy company. i would love to feel comfortable to continue being a customer but until i see a refund, i won't be shopping here.

I ordered at the end of September items that never arrived and were lost in transit. The only emails Fashion Nova sent me were the automated emails once you send an email to their support email, or I don't get a response at all. I've been sending emails every week for an order that was $98.64 and I want my money back! I've contacted both delivery companies and sent Fashion Nova the responding emails stating my items were lost, to which I sent Fashion Nova the corresponding emails. This is getting ridiculous and beyond a joke for not getting a response from a well known company. It's disgusting how they treat their customers
Card info stolen and charged to fashion nova with no response
I was charged on 5/15/21 for $587.69 and $628.41 which was unauthorized. I cannot get ahold of anyone as their phone number is not working and I sent an email which states I will get a response in 1 to 3 hours and it has been 4 hours and still nothing from them. I am being charged over draft fees from my bank because I don't have enough funds to cover these charges and fashion nova does not care! I want my money back and more to cover the fees from my bank. I have filed a case with BBB as well for their negligence to respond in a timely manner, which they guaranteed on their automated message from their phone number that is no longer available to contact anyone. Ridiculous, they have zero customer service.

Fraudulent charge
I am unable to speak with anyone from Fashionova regarding a fraudulent charge to my card. I am trying to find out where the items purchased are being shipped to so I can press charges ASAP. The contact access provided does not allow for any Avenue for communication as requested by my bank to rectify this fraudulent charge!
Desired outcome: I want a 100% refund of the charges as well as the shipping information to press charges.

Found out this morning through my credit card company that someone attempted to make over 1000 worth of purchases through Fashion Nova. They returned one of the transactions and when the 3rd one was made I immediately reached out to them online. Received this email within an hour (of this frauds purchases and speaking with my bank)

Thank you for reaching out to us! We wanted to follow up on the unauthorized transaction made with Fashion Nova that was reported. Regrettably, the order found associated with this transaction has already shipped from our facility and we were unable to cancel or process a refund at this time.

Received a text from DHL, stating my "shipment" was on the way...I got the address and name of the Receiver. Contacted Fashion Nova again, it's not their problem, they got their money and let's be honest, they don't care.

Yesterday which is 5th may I purchased from fashion nova for $118.07 which was Rs8, 715

I have sent in items to return to fashionova priority mail 2 weeks ago and I have had no response, no refund, nothing! I did a return last year and I've never received anything! I placed an order on March 22 2021, and I decided to pay with Quad Pay, after going through the entire order process (filling out shipping/billing address and all my information and my payment card number) after clicking "submit" it auto directed me to quad pay and asked for my card number again. I entered the number and pressed submit to find out that whatever previous information regarding shipping and billing I had in my quad pay account overwrote or took presendence of the shipping address for my fashion nova order. The quad pay information was old, so the shipping address was not correct. I emailed them within minutes and they sent me the same email over and over again saying they couldn't do anything about it! Even after receiving emails of shipping delays, they still refused to correct the address. When the package was inevitably delievered to the wrong address, they said theres nothing they can do because it says it was "delievered" really?! I emailed them so many times explaining my situation over and over again and they just refuse to help. They send the same emails over and over and I know they are not reading my emails because sometimes the emails they send do not match what I have been explaining. Every time I email, its as if its the first time I am telling them this. I am beyond frustrated.
