I tried to cancel an order directly from Fashion Nova because they did not clarify their order fulfillment or shipping process at checkout. They refused and actually pushed me around forcing me to fulfill the order before delivery. They only did this so I would be forced to return the product in exchange for a gift card that I cannot even use. This is totally taking advantage of the consumer and forcibly making us stick with a product that we cannot choose to return. I am now stuck with over $100 in gift cards I cannot even use on there website.

I ordered my item via Express Delivery, with a guaranteed delivery date of 10/22/2020. As of today, my order hasn't even been fulfilled or prepared. This means that it certainly will not arrive to me by tomorrow or anytime soon. No one from Fashion Nova customer care has responded to my emails or messages on Twitter. Now my event plans have been ruined and I paid for a service that I never got. I spent over $300 and thought I was valued as a customer, giving my hard-earned money to a company but clearly Fashion Nova does not particularly care about their customers. I just don't understand why a service, such as express shipping with guaranteed delivery date, is being pushed and advertised, if Fashion Nova doesn't intend to adhere to that. That seems to constitute false advertising and breach of contract. In any event, I want what I paid for, which is the items ordered and the express shipping that comes along with it.

items never received; want replacement or reimbursement; company not responding

I placed 2 orders, different days. One was to arrive Oct 11th, then Oct 15th. It's currently the 19th and I have not received anything. They have not replied to my emails, nor picked up any calls. The tracker now shows my packaged was "returned". why? No clue, but where is my $200 at? This is ridiculous and will never order from them again... I want my stuff by the end of the week, or give me every PENNY back.

I never got my order on july 8, 2020 fashion nova is horrible they taking people money& not giving us our merchandise and no response either I will never order from them in life ever again something need to be done about this company asap! I ordered from them in the past this has never happen they say they using a new carrier called lasership which has terrible reviews as well all is horrible& stealing from the customers these issues are not being handled like they should!

I ordered the "take your time jogger set" which was an $80 set that i never received. Instead i received a neon yellow shirt that says "over it." I never once ordered that. I received my other two items i ordered but not my set. I emailed fashion nova about it and never got an answer. I also called customer care and it just hangs up on me. How can i get my set? Will anyone answer?

I placed a order on october 9th.. Order num [protected] was getting updates till this morning... I was suppose to receive my package yesterday.. Tracking my package now and it saying that it was send back to sender! And its not saying why... I always order from your company and really disappointed with the services im getting now... Im traveling on saturday, and everything that I order I need for my trip!

I've heard so much about this company, both good and bad but I decided to try them and placed my first order the forth of October. It was a couple of shirts, a dress and the total ended up around $100. I payed with my debit card and the payment went through.

The next day, on the fifth of October I noticed on my bank account that there was another payment from FashionNova for the exact same amount and order that had been charged.

I emailed them immediately and inserted a picture of the two payments. No response.

Waited a couple of days and still no response. I made an another email and still no response, at all.

I'm highly disappointed by this huge company and how poorly they take care of their customers.

I ordered one item from Fashionnova on 1st September and up until now I haven't got. I sent you an email requesting for a refund and you said you are not responsible for my order after it has been shipped. But it's missing I never got it how is it fair for you to take my money and me not receive my order. Can I just have my money back please. My order number is [protected]

I have not received my confirmation number it has been a whole month I am considering suing. This is my fourth time ordering from fashion nova and there has been only to good orders where I received my purchases. The other time I didn't receive my order because it was stolen and fashion nova didn't even consider giving me a refund or compensation. I will spread word about my experiences about fashionnova and stop them from ordering here because it won't end out well.

I ordered the "Ms. Perfect 3 piece sweater set - light blue" on August 17th. I also selected the 2-3 day shipping which was an extra $9.99. The total of the 3 piece set and shipping came up to $58.98.2 days later I got an email on August 19th stating that the 3 piece set has been refunded to me due to the item being out of stock in the amount of $52.42 which is not all the money that I spent. Y'all need to give me back my $9.99 that I spent for 2-3 day shipping! I was emailed saying that I would get a refund through a gift card that I never received which would take 5-7 business days. I emailed y'all three times on August 31st, September 3rd, and September 4th before I finally got an actual reply instead of an automated email on September 5th stating that I would be receiving a refund to my actual bank account 7-10 business days, instead of the gift card. I emailed you guys on September 21st stating that I still haven't received my refund. Never got a reply back. I again, emailed you guys on September 24th stating that I never received my refund. I got a reply saying that y'all email is disabled. I emailed y'all again on September 26th and today stating that I never received my refund to only be replied again that y'all email was disabled. So something has to give. Y'all can't just take people money and not give them a refund when y'all said y'all was. I need my money back, it's been over a month and I still have not received a dime. I will file a complaint if I do not receive my money. ASAP.

I had made an order on the 12th of September that was estimated to arrive on the 22nd of September. However, my order did not arrive at all. The instructions stated to wait three days and, I have, my package still did not arrive. I then asked my family, who were all at home on the 22nd and would, therefore, have been aware if any delivery was made. They all told me that they had not seen any package for me by the door, where my items were stated to have been left. Why?
If it is not possible to deliver my items to me, I would just like a refund because I was looking forward to this purchase and now that I won't even get the things that I paid for I don't even want it. This has never happened to me before and i'm frustrated and about to cry like a little baby.

@[protected]@yahoo.com.au It would be much appreciated please! If not I would like my money back, although on Fashion Nova policies it states that fashion nova will not do refunds at any time, But I am not sure if I will even receive my order so I'd ask you to please resolve this issue ASAP.

I got my disability and went to pay bills and couldn't I just get 700 a month charge was 317.52 I need my money back I m going to contact the BBB attorney general I have called my bank and I'll keep on until I get this took care of

I've ordered off fashion nova multiple times orders arrived to me in the uk quickly no extra charges, but what's happened recently? Last 5 orders I have placed had taken like a month or two to arrive and on top of that I get slapped with massive customs charges?! Also they don't reply to their emails!

I've sent multiple emails asking things which get replied to not even answering my questions so not sure if it's now a robot auto replying? My queries used to be dealt with and answered perfectly it's honestly so annoying how they've switched I loved fashion nova, they're clothes are still unreal but this doesn't make up for the customer service and awful delivery times aswell as unsuspected charges!

I literally got hit with a customs charge of £95 last time!

Bring back the good fashion nova I knew
