They clearly only care about celebrities and their ugly botched IG model promoters. I spent almost $200 on October 18th and they still never sent it up to today. I received several computer-generated emails but never a real human representative. You can't reach anyone on the phone and I'm seriously about to take legal actions against them. I ordered with 2-Day Shipping and live in the same fcken state, so tell me why tf it's taking a whole moth to be processed. Please save your hard earned coins and never buy from them. They scam and they use the same Chinese vendor as Rainbow. Can you believe that? Same clothes can be bought from a Rainbow down the block for much less and better yet you get it the same day lol. They don't respect customers of color when we are the main ones supporting their horrible business. I don't know a single "Becky" buying from them and I'll leave it at that! DO NOT BUY CRAP FROM THEM THIS BUSINESS AND THEY WILL TANK LIKE NO OTHER!

12 days ago I placed two orders both with express shipping because the first order was a Halloween costume and I needed all the orders by the 29th anyway.
Friday morning, October 23rd - 5 days after purchase, I received two emails. Both stated that my items were delayed and that I could cancel here. I canceled.
I then reached out to FN support to confirm cancellation and received email confirmation on October 29 from Kevin C. (I would write his last name but it's not fair that an entry level rep gets called out by full name when it's really just Fashion Nova being a [censored] show of a company).
On October 31st I receive multiple back to back emails that my order has been shipped and then that it has arrived. I reached out to confirm that Kevin canceled both orders - Kevin said he did (email correspondence proof available). I arrive home and see one of two orders. The order containing the Halloween costume, that is clearly no longer needed since this is the night of Halloween, has arrived.
After talking with my bank, who is opening a dispute for both charges on behalf of me, I spent the $23.04 to ship the first package of clothes back. I'm pretty sure Fashion Nova is going to say they "lost it" or that it "never arrived." I don't have any faith in them and I've had a terrible experience with their return policy in the past.
I was a loyal return customer for two years, over $1, 500 spent and then I ordered this dress from FN. It had 200+ reviews and I was very excited about it. It arrived in a timely fashion, but it wasn't the dress. It was plain instead of flower print. It was cut short instead cut mid. It wasn't even close to the picture they put online. I provided a picture to support (a rep named Ardin) and all support said was go spend your money to send back an item that we messed up.
I was hurt by it because I didn't realize how [censored]ty this company would treat its consumers.
Even though I've spoken with Kevin every single day, via email, he still cannot confirm that the second order I canceled, 7 DAYS AGO, will not still be sent to me. To make matters worse, Kevin told me to "refuse the delivery" if it comes. A) I have a job and am never home to refuse deliveries. B) ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY SAY IF YOU REFUSE THE DELIVERY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESTOCKING FEES.

I ordered three items on October 16th, 2018 and received a confirmation and order number. It is now October 31st and the order is still unfulfilled. I've messaged 5 times already and gotten the same copy and paste response. I've requested cancellation and a refund 5 times already too and there has been NO response. The customer service is atrocious, I was so happy when i found fashionnova but this has completely turned me off, I will not order from them again. Ever!
I will be taking legal action against this company if I am not refunded my money.

I ordered a halloween costume 13 days ago for a party that i was going to 4 days ago. I paid extra for 2 day shipping so i can get it on time and i STILL never gotten it. Worst part about it is the customer service. They wouldn't cancel or ship my order. I paid $50 and still had nothing except copy/paste messages from their email support. NEVER AGAIN will i order from fashion nova ... I finally got a link to cancel my order on the 24th/25th and i did it multiple times to ensure they received it. Instead, they shipped my order on the 26th with an overnight priority. Why couldn't they do that before? Lol now i don't need the costume. Just wanted my money back.. So i read the return policy. They ONLY give store credit LOL. So that means they tried to play me. Knowing i wanted my money back they STILL shipped it so i couldn't get my money back. Only a store credit. BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE! they're trash

There clothes are way too small and everything you need as customer services, money back or even talk to someone live is impossible and a waste of time. I will never order anything from here again. I placed two orders one on 10/15 and one on 10/16. It is now 10/30 without any information regarding the delay in the order when typically shipment is three business days. Additionally the customer support number is completely useless. There is only an automated message and no live person to provide support. I am just trying to confirm the estimated time of shipment and if the shipment is still the same as their products sell out quickly.
All they can offer is a 30% discount for this inconvenience but that is always provided. All that is needed at this time is an update and confirmation that the order is still going through. As a customer we also need a way to contact customer support.

Your phone customer service sucks, today the least. No live body ever came to the phone after 45 minutes and the call ended on its own- still with no answers. I did get an email saying there was a delay at the warehouse but that was over a week ago and I still have received no information or package. I am livid at this point, I spent a few hundred dollars on your website and get nothing? I cant even get answers about my order. The order number will not let me track my order on your website. I have tried EVERYTHING to get ahold of someone. The money has been deducted from my account with no products to show for it. A few months ago I ordered various items at fashion nova for over 100€ after a few weeks they told me that my house number is missing so I've send them a email with my full address but they send the package back to their depot.. after getting ignored for ages they finally responded to my 3rd email and said they cant find my package that's it ... what can I do ? Their customer support number is not working I need help.
Just wanted to add my 2 cents about Fashionova. They are not based in the United States, they are in China. Anytime that you see an address that is supposed to be from the states and there is a +1 in front of the "So called Business' telephone number and they dont even have the address in a correct format just RUN THE OTHER WAY. The only time you have a telephone number that is listed in that fashion, they are not even in the country. They have a lot of scams going on over there from everyday clothing to bathing suits that are 5 sizes too small. I wish you the best of luck that you receive a refund because I think that is the same company that was on the news here in Atlanta. The lady was in China and using her friends addresses in the states to return items that were damaged or too small. The friend had a 2 car garage with nothing but returns stacked from the floor to the ceiling, from the back wall to the garage doors. Another customer called the local news and found Fashionova's address listed locally and paid the lady a visit where the returns were going and she started donating all the shoes, clothes, purses, etc, to Goodwill. If you are unable to get a refund dispute it with your bank.

halloween costume
I recently ordered from fashion nova for a Halloween costume that I rushed and paid for two day shipping since I ordered on the 16 of October and had a Halloween party to attend the 27th they never gave me a conformation email or tracking number so when October 22 came I started to panic I got ahold of them and canceled my order because they posted about a ten day delay and I didn't think I was gonna receive my costume in time I finally got told my refund was being processed after several days and several emails later only for them to still ship my item that I already canceled and now will not accept it back due to Halloween costumes all of a sudden becoming a final sale I have pictures to prove them excepting my refund request and now being told I can not get one after I already went out and bought a new costume for the party I am highly pissed and will never shop fashion nova again it has been more Hassal than anything!

I ordered two packages from fashionnova over two weeks ago. They were both ordered on the same day, on the same card, to the same address, minutes apart from eachother. The first package arrived and the other one, although ordered on the same day, was not supposed to arrive until a few days later. I never received an order confirmation email, and the first email I received for the second order was the tracking number which did not provide the delivery address. I thought nothing of this because the first package arrived without an issue. My package was delivered on Saturday October 20th, however it was delivered to a completely different address. After days of trying to get in touch with fashion nova customer service, I did not receive a response back until Thursday October 25th. The email simply stated that because the package was delivered it's not their problem anymore. Since I am a college student I was dealing with this between classes. I contacted the USPS of the town it had been delivered to and discovered that my package had been delivered to a completely different town. The company sent the package to a different date than the address I input for my order on the website, but since it had been delivered "there is nothing they can do". This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never ordered from such an unhelpful and ignorant company. They basically stole this money as they refused to issue me and refund even though this is completely their fault.

I ordered my dress for Homecoming on the 22nd of October, I have yet to receive my tracking information for my dress, I ordered normal 3-7 day shipping my dress should be here by now I ordered it last week, and when I try to put my order number on the fashion nova website to check my tracking information it's saying not available, my Homecoming is this Saturday on November 3rd and I don't have my dress, I need my dress by Saturday I payed money to get my dress and I expect it too be here on time, if I don't have my dress by Saturday I'm going to sue fashion nova.

I've already gone ahead and submitted a fraudulent vendor complaint with my bank, but after calling Fashion Nova SEVERAL and emailing SEVERAL times with NO response, I'm utilizing any outlet possible to get their attention because it's been so ridiculous. I ordered three items online and spent about 90$ Canadian on some items. Got an email saying I'd hear back shortly about shipping. A WEEK goes by and I hear nothing. I then decide to email about the package, and got the only response I've received from them about all of this, but a representative name Kevan who informed me that it takes almost a week sometimes to get shipping info. Ok fine, there's a big sale on their site I decided to just go with it. About a day after that, I get an email from them that says that their warehouses are behind but if I don't get any shipping info after 10 days I will receive an automatic refund. On day 11 after getting no email saying it's shipped I click the cancel order link in the email I received a week before. Guess what? It's now been three weeks since I got that email and cancelled. And spoke to a representative. I've sent four other emails to them, I've called and now I'm posting on here. I've now made a fraudulent claim with my bank, who has all the information pertaining to the communication between myself and Fashion Nova. I'm really disappointed and will be telling my friends about this. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

I placed an order on October 12th, October 18th, 19th and 20th.
None of my orders have shipped. I spent a total of $503.74. I placed my first order on the 12th, and on the 18th I noticed it still was not fulfilled. I didn't think much of it at first. (I ordered more on the 18th/ 19th / 20th because I wanted to break up my purchases) It is now October 28th and NONE of my orders have shipped.
What really pisses me off is they have the worst customer service. I emailed numerous times and I have not received ONE response. I just keep getting the generic " we will be in touch in 48-72 hours bs"
