Fashion Nova shipping delays

I made two orders, one on the 12th of October and another on the 13th. I received the second order in a few days but here we are on the 21st and my first order still hasn't shipped out yet. They did not contact me about the delay. I had to reach out to them. The emails were very generic and still did not tell me when I would receive my order. I get sometimes orders are delayed but if that's the case, how did I get my second order first? At this point, I just want my money back.

Fashion Nova I never received my order and paid money for it

I am so disappointing my first fashionnova experience... I made an order on their website of the few items, most importantly I wanted to buy a dress for special occasion of mine. But the date of the occasion has passed and i've never received my dress. What is more, I tried to contact the support service but there was no reply from them. I tried several times and still no reply. I even asked for the refund but they ignored my email. On the tracking website it says that my parcel has been delivered but I haven't received anything. I am very disappointed in fashionnova and it makes me feel very anxious about purchasing stuff online because you never know what company is going to ditch you.. Girls and boys never buy from fashion nova! They are liars!

Fashion Nova order

I placed an order on october 11, with a second day shipping. Today is the oct 20th haven't received anything. I sent an email to them and no reply yet. They already took my money as fast as the wind blows but my order or an email reply nothing. We customers only have the option to email that's it they don't provide us with phone numbers. All we can do is wait until they decide to reply. I got tired of waiting and I am concerned that I will not see my money or my order. I would like a refund and after this incident I will not order from them ever again.

Omg same thing happened to me I ordered on October 14th not a thing! I have called and emailed and I am blowing up their social media. Start blowing them up on instagram and FB they literally stole our money and ran there is no way to get ahold of them I will never in my life order again

I placed my 2 orders that same day. 1 order was delivered yesterday the other order has no updates and has not been shipped to my knowledge. I too have sent emails. I'm gonna call Monday and try and find out the status. I really liked the items and dont want to cancel. 😔

Fashion Nova service

I placed my order on 10/15/2018 I received my confirmation number but have not received my tracking number. I've ordered from them about 5 times in the past and I usually receive my tracking number by the next day.. I've reached out to see if there is an issue with my order but no response I would just like to be updated on what's going on if they are backed up or having a delay it would be nice if they just said so and I am pissed that I won't have my outfit for tomorrow!

This is the worst customer service I ordered mine on 10/14 and absolutely nothing! They will not respond to e-mail or to phone calls I am going to start posting on Instagram and FB to get a response

Fashion Nova shipping

Placed an order last week on 10/10 expecting it to at least be shipped out by now. It is now 10/17 and I STILL haven't received an email with my tracking number. IThis is seriously [censored]ed up. I've emailed them several times only to get no response. My flight is Friday morning @8am so I guess I wasted another $120 on clothes for my vacation because they definitely won't get to me on time. Please ladies, DO NOT rely on fashion nova for any event or vacation because they will [censored] you over. They advertise 2 day shipping but they're professional liars. Since they don't know how to respond to emails I'm calling my bank to reverse the charges because this is just ridiculous. I also sent back an item 3 weeks ago and STILL have not received credit for it. What s bunch of scammers. This is going to be the demise of their business if they don't get it together soon.

I will never order from them again I ordered October 17 and I purchased $300 of clothing for my vacation on Friday and I had 2 day shipping I'm really frustrated and I have to possibly cancel the order and find time to go shopping very unprofessional I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered

I also emailed them 3 times back to back! They sent me my tracking info the next day. One item was refunded the day before I received my purchase for being out of stock and the other doesn’t fit. Everything else is here on time but now there’s no time to exchange items!

THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME. I ordered a week ago and my order has still not shipped. I need it next week for my 21st birthday and at this point it doesn’t look like that is happening. Customer service has also been horrible. Automatically generated email responses and on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. Weird this problem is happening to everyone who ordered around the same time

I think think the holiday being on a Monday delayed all orders. I am waiting on an order as well and this is the longest I've ever waited. The week of October 9th had a holiday on that Monday..so imagine the orders they have from the week prior and then they ran a Columbus day sale and with that stated I estimate they are now 7 to 14 days slower than usual.

Fashion Nova customer service and return or modification in orders

Fashion nova has horrible customer service ! They don't have a working like with someone to assist they can't even change and existing order that hasn't even shipped ! Horrible and they don't offer returns ! They give you a gift card to shop with them ridiculous! I placed an order and I realized the next day I forgot to click expedited shipping so I emailed hoping they could change it since it hasn't even shipped well to my luck no and I need the dress before Saturday . The lady said return well kinda need it before it probably won't even get here till Monday and I won't be here ! Smh

Fashion Nova order not delivered took money

My recent experience with Fashion Nova has been a complete nightmare. I would not place an order with them if you have an important engagement to attend, shopping for a planned outing, or trip. They're not reliable for on time delivery of items claimed to be in stock at the time of purchase nor trustworthy.

I placed an order with Fashion Nova on 10-8-18 with 2 day shipping. I have not received my order nor have I received a tracking number for what I've paid for. I've contacted them several times to no avail. At this point I believe I'm being deliberately ignored.

They do not have a real customer service line where you can speak to a live human regarding orders you've placed with them. But instead a support ticket system or contact form on their website that they never respond to. I've attempted numerous times to contact them through the payment method used & have had zero success at receiving any response for my order.

Shopping at Fashion Nova is no longer an enjoyable experience. All I want & actually need is my order. I'm having to beg for something I paid them for. This is so disgraceful & unprofessional.

Fashion Nova negligent delivery issue

I placed an order #[protected] with fashion nova on october 8th 2018 for the amount of $211.35. The item was delivered by usps on october 11th at 12:37pm . The postal carrier took the package and left in in the front of my home in the middle of the day. Within 30 minutes the package was stolen, which was captured by my security system. I reached out to fashion nova immediately to report the incident and provided video clips of the theft. The issue for me is simply that fashion nova partnered with usps to ensure the package was delivered to the customer.

This means that usps did not exercise due care because there was no notification from usps of when the package would be arriving so that someone could be there to get the package, nor was there care in where it was left . Leaving a package in front of someone's home (not in the bushes or in the back of the home, where they could have left it) and no signature upon delivery is basically inviting a theft to occur. I receive deliveries all of the time from fed ex and ups and they are sensible enough to leave the packages in a place that is not visible to the public or in the back of the home.

When i contacted fashion nova the customer service department they were unresponsive and referred me to the post office to file a claim which is utterly ridiculous. I contacted the u.S postal inspection service (case id [protected])which tracked the package and informed me that fashion nova has insurance on the package and should have refunded me for the loss. So now i am left with no product and out of $211.35 which is unacceptable. I informed them of this via email and they have not responded to date. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service and incompetence before in my life. Any other company with a sound business practice ( especially a million dollar company) would have refunded the money or resent the items upon seeing that they were in fact stolen due to their carrier's negligence.

This happened 2 me before ! I ordered 300 dollars worth of clothes and the stupid post office guy left it on top of my mail box within 30 minutes my package got stolen and they and I called fashion nova and they said they can’t do anything cuz it was delivered smh [censored] fashion nova

Please please please save yourself the trouble. I have waited 7 days for them to FINALLY ship my order and when they finally do they scammed me and turned around and canceled it through FEDEX. This company is a huge scam. Please read all the reviews and listen to us! Order number [protected]

Fashion Nova item, clothes

Hello my name is Miatta, I am a fashionnnova shopper from Sweden, I order my things on the 25 of September, everything went great as usual, I got a mail saying my my package has been shipped and it's on it's way the 25 of September, which was great, checking my tracking number everyday and everything was going well.. now what's making me file a complaint is that since the 26th of September I haven't gotten any updates, the ppx tracking says "Los Angeles, CA, US9/27/2018 1:16 PMMail Consigned" today it's October 13th and it's still th same.. nothing has changed, I contacted fahsionnova and I just got an auto mail saying " fashionnova does not have the control on how long the customs take" something like that.. and then I got a new tracking from USPS, and it says "September 26, 2018

I am just worried it's been 3 weeks and still no update no one on fashionnova is answering me, they just keep on sending me auto mail. Pleas help me and tell me what's going on. I want to know if something went wrong, if I should get my money back or what's taking so long, I don't mind waiting, but I would like to know why I am waiting. Thank you

Fashion Nova 2 day shipping

I placed an order on Wednesday, October 10 at approximately 9:15 am PST with 2 day shipping. This was my first order with Fashion Nova and probably will be my last. My order was over 300.00, yet my experience with customer service in regards to the 2 day shipping has been horrible as it seems as if they use standardized replies as opposed to actually replying to individual situations. The event that I needed these outfits for is tomorrow Saturday October 13, and as of right now on the website it states that my order is still "unfulfilled". I offered yesterday to pay the difference for overnight shipping to receive these items today and was told they cannot make changes to an order that was already submitted. At this point I want to cancel and am going to call my bank to see if I can do something about the charge since Fashion Nova not only has not complied with their "2 day shipping" but also has horrible customer service.

Yeah I ordered on 10/13/18 and the only thing I’ve received from them was the confirmation email with the order number. Otherwise I haven’t seen any movement, it’s really frustrating especially when you have events coming up

Same here... I ordered on 10-08-18 & have not received my order either. Made several attempts to contact them & no response. This is how they treat their customers. Perhaps non celebrity status customers are treated like crap. They have totally screwed me over for my sons engagement I’m attending having to scower around for something else. Totally callous & disrespectful.

Smh...and today is 10/16/18 and still nothing. Status is still "unfulfilled" and yesterday I I emailed customer service once again and got the same generic reply about waiting and being patient. I am going to give it a few more days before going to my bank, since I want to gather all these emails as documentation. This is so sad.

Fashion Nova shipping

I ordered a homecoming dress and shoes to match on Monday October 8th and it is now Thursday and my package still hasn't shipped out. I paid for 2 day shipping but I am not actually receiving 2 day shipping . I emailed Fashion Nova & was only given 30% off for my next purchase and this solves no problem with the shipment of my order. I asked to get a refund not just a store credit and I didn't even recieve an email back. Terrible customer service and deceiving customers with this 2day shipping.

Fashion Nova failed to get order together & lied about why it never came.

Spoke with saul miranda (spa) through csr. They literally lied about why my items never came, after inquiring many times 13 days later, finally got an answer that it was b/c bank info didn't match so they couldn't ship the order. It matched! They took my money-transaction was done! Told me to check w/ my bank-bank told me nothing was wrong about the transaction! I made a purchase the day after (stuff that I forgot to include into my bulk purchase) & paid for 2 day ship, which came 2 days later using the same card as the first purchase! Also, sent me an e-mail after I kept asking, where the heck is my stuff, saying they're putting finishing touches on it & if I wanted to cancel, I could do so on a gift card or my original card. I clicked gift card so I could immediately reorder... Then I got an email about all this supposed bank stuff & it's being returned now to my card, which could take another month, who knows w/ them... But hmm, thought they didn't have the correct card info to proceed with the order, how could they refund money they never got! Any person with a brain knows once a bank releases the money, it's a done deal... They're taking me for an idiot and are very unapologetic about it. It took a click to take my money out of my bank, kept me waiting for 13 days thinking my package was going to be shipped any day, then come up w/ some excuse b/c they couldn't then fulfill the order. I'm so mad, thought this was a reputable business. I wish I would have read these complaints first because I relate to many of them! I think they're too tied up dressing their influencers, that they don't have enough oversight on their own business... People who actually pay for their products! So, in conclusion, I emailed saul back, telling him/her it was nothing to do with my bank. Got an email back to please again, check with my bank, that he/she is not able to see the details on what was wrong (conveniently). Dont take money and then claim nearly a half month later suddenly you discover there was a problem w/ the $-because your business processed my money. The problem was, you sat on the order, it wasn't completed & needed some excuse. Same credit card for two orders (one day apart), one order 13 days later after multiple inquiries where it was & kept being told to wait, got this reason & the other that I paid to ship, arrived on time. Bad business. Didn't even offer me any compensation for this, like a % off next purchase, or to cover expedite ship or anything! Worst experience of my life dealing w/ a business, I swear on that!

Fashion Nova shipping

I ordered a homecoming dress on October 7th my homecoming is in 2 days and I still haven't gotten ANY reports on my package. I got 2 day shipping and i still haven't gotten a tracking number or anything at all. It says after some hours I'll be able to get a status on my package and nothing has come up at all and NO one has picked up the phone to answer any of my questions. Ridiculous! I'll never buy from here again.😒SMH!

Fashion Nova customer service / shipping

I have emailed back and forth with "Sara Rojas" whose lack of customer service is extremely frustrating. She does not acknowledge the problem and most definitely has not provided a solution other than a discount code of 30% that you can easily find on fashion no a IG every other day! I placed my order Sept 28, here we are Oct 10 and I still have not received my order! My order qualified for free 2day shipping, she advised it was is 2 - 3 business days, it has been 8 business days since and I have received nothing! When I call to speak to someone I literally stay on the phone for over 30 mins and never get a live person, so I asked at least for a direct number to someone and she provided the same exact number I mentioned had not reached me to anyone! She has been the worst help! Her only "solution" - "you can return your items for a full refund" HELLO I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?

Fashion Nova shipping and payment

I purchased items from Fashion Nova paid for two day shipping and after three days I never received my package I never received a tracking number after the 72 hours I don't even know if my package was processed I would never order from them again when you pay for two day shipping you receive your items in 2 days 3 days maximum that's with any company orders are supposed to be processed on the same day especially if it's before the deadline time. So angry I had events the whole weekend and had to go buy more clothes

I have been trying to at some type of care, support, customer service or something from SOMEONE! You've taken my money, it's been 3 days but i have gotten no info on my order. I have tried every angle of communication with you guys, I have been a loyal customer and i would hate to not be one any more because you can't answer or respond to people who support you guys.

Fashion Nova items delivered

I'm definitely disappointed in fashion nova, to where I would literally never buy from them again . I ordered items, paid for 2 day shipping. Items weren't shipped out until a week later . But this time, I just wanted to cancel . I received an email stating that the items were delayed I asked for my money back. Never got it back. And I've been calling and emailing. If I chose that option, why can't you give me my money back . I still have gotten my items . It's 10/04 . This is unacceptable and very unprofessional and I'm furious that I have to go through this ! I still have my screen shots of my emails and my call logs of me trying to get help . I'm beyond pissed! Worst experience EVER !

Fashion Nova not receiving my product /customer service

I sent an email last week stating that I have not received my V neck White bodysuit that I purchased. I'm trying to refrain from putting this hick-up on social media but the lack of customer service options are pushing me in that direction!

Last week I stated that instead of receiving my bodysuit, you sent me a couch conversation tee instead... that is not what I ordered. Now, I am being told by Ambar that because of the inconvenience I will be sent a return label... but no communication about sending my bodysuit. I am also being told I will be given store credit to resubmit the order... how much sense does that make? I want my order not store credit and I should not have to order it again being that Fashion Nova sent me the wrong item. Send me my item ASAP! and a return label for the other item. Why should I be held up for your mistake?!

I paid for fast shipping on the items and its been a week I placed the pther when I pay extra for fast shipping and never got any shipping information. I keep emailing them and calling and they just gave me the run around and never gave me a solution, I dont understand why they have the option to pay extra for shipping when they dont ewspwct that.
