I got a bunch of Fashion Nova stuff for Christmas (some of it I loved!) but with sizing, is always a hit or miss for me. Now the stuff that I received was ordered Nov 24th, and obviously I opened it Dec 25th. I immediately emailed Fashion Nova (I could not find a phone number) and asked if I could still return this stuff ( 3 items with tags on them) but I always got an automated response. Now I know it is too late, but it would have been nice to get a response. Now I have three items that don't fit me, and in quality condition. I would love to return them because there are other things on the site that I love.
items never received
I ordered $80 worth of clothes for a mini girls trip this weekend. First off, it took over a week for Fashion Nova to ship my items. Second, my items NEVER arrived but yet it shows delivered. Fashion Nova emailed me stating to contact the post office. I contact the post office & they're giving me the run around.. I was so pissed that I cried because usually when I order things from Fashion Nova, I never have to go through this.Third, I ordered a shirt & I received a email stating the item is no longer available. Why does the status of my order show up as "partial"? Usually the order status is "fulfilled" i feel like there is something fishy going on.

Fashion nova is the worst! I was a very loyal customer and ordered from them many times. However, I sent some items back recently and only received part of the credit of what I returned. I've called and been on hold for over an hour and no one picks up. I have left multiple messages and sent emails and no one responds. This is robbery and needs to be taken to the news, because apparently, I'm not the only one! They know exactly what they are doing. They receive so many orders that some apparel go out of stock immediately, but you cannot afford to hire a customer service team. Give me a break! I will get my money back one way or another. You cannot keep robbing people and getting away with it!

Good morning I still have not gotten my order! It shipped on the 2nd of Jan I had 2 day free shipping and yet I still have not gotten my order! This is completely unprofessional and ridiculous! My order was a guarantee 2 day shipping which means you will receive the order once it's SHIPPED in 2days! I had high hopes for Fashion Nova but now I don't like you guys! You lie to your customers and when we reach out to customer service via email no one replies it's a automatic system who respond with the same response every time! Not to mention contacting customer service no one answers and if your holding to speak with a rep it hangs up on you after maybe 5-10 mins of holding. This is unacceptable. Especially because I spent my money with your guys and I have no way of PSYCHICally speaking with a live person! I received a email saying my order was shipped once shipped I would receive within 2-3 business days the delivery date scheduled for Jan 5th and no delivery check tracking says my order is in TN as of Jan5th at 9:30pm! So now no updates delivery date no nothing! What the hell is going on! I really honestly don't want to ever order from you guys again! You're liars and you lie to your customers, not good reliable customer service, which by the way if you don't have GOOD CUSTOMER service you're company will not last long! I am requesting a refund for not receiving my items as guaranteed shipping on 5th of Jan! Due to me placing my order with a gift card I would like a refund of my gift card and I'll take my money to a different company who's going to get my items on time and we are trustworthy! I payed 10 dollars extra so it would supposely come faster for nothing ! I made my order on 26th 2017, and it came 1 months and a half later ! theres also missing a pair of jeans that i bought WtH, and the not right material of a bodysuit ! im so deveived by there custumer service . its not proffesional at all be aware of buying from fashion nova !

I've been trying so very hard to contact someone from customer service, I even went on their social media accounts, sent private messages and I've gotten no response and yet they're posting new stuff like they don't want to answer anyone. I've never had any problems with them before and I'm having a major problem now. All I need to know is where can I find an online valid invoice because I need it. I've been searching high and low on Google and come up empty handed. And they're not answering my questions. Also they're charging me for a partial order which makes no sense. Simply just subtract the cost of the missing item. I didn't ask for a gift card, I want my money back because the two items isn't worth the original total, it's far less than.

FN is not customer service friendly. OBVIOUSLY an item for xmas is going under the tree...then when gift is opened and realize its leg is damaged you contact them and return (their policy is you have 2 days of receiving to return for full amount back) i only recieved 75% of what i paid and they wont give me my shipping back to them! Terrible company customer service! Pay $28.84 for a damaged item and return shipping and get back only 12.75...

My order was supposed to be here after 2 days I have tried calling no one picks up the phone automated system only! FALSE ADVERTISING don't let them fool you! They don't even return your emails! I already reported them to the BBB and I told them that I would! My order was placed on December 29th and now it's January 5th! No tracking number and plus it still says unfulfilled! Never ever ordering from them again!

I placed my order Christmas Day. I was given fair warning that processing may be extended due to high demand so, sure, fine, whatever. In my order summary it clearly states the shipping cost is for 2-day shipping. So why is the tracking number provided estimating delivery on the 8th? Doesn't sound like two days to me! It's the middle of the week. Do better boo.
Also, my whole order wasn't even shipped. So now I have to wait for an extra package to arrive when processing took longer than the seven days and delivery is going to take an extra five days for the first one!

I want a refund, they do not have proper refund policies. Half the stuff I ordered are not being delivered to me, they put more time into finding celebrities to advertise their company and sponsoring you tubers instead of putting consumers needs first and meeting them. This is not the first time and I know one too many people that deal with this issue from Fashion Nova, they are literally scamming their customers out of their money. What "stuff" hasn't been delivered?
3 pants that I ordered that I did receive, order #: 9214424
I ordered and paid 4 different pairs of pants on November 9, 2017. When the box came in there was only 1 pair of the 4 in it. The box was damaged and ripped. I started an email with your customer service and still have not received either my pants or a refund. This is my first experience with fashion nova and this has not been a very good experience. I was very excited to find a company who had pants who would fit my body type and I would love to be able to continue buying from fashion nova but I want to be able trust then when I spend money I get what I pay for.
I haven’t received any updates on my order or received a tracking number
I ordered my items on Christmas and received a confirmation number that they got my order but no tracking number, today is January 1st. I have called their customer number but it goes straight to an automated voice message nobody picks up the phone and I tried emailing them and they never have a definite answer. I have heard so much bad reviews about fashion nova and how they scam people and not return their money back to customers. I have ordered items from other websites and I have got my items and updated in a timely manner. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Buisness Burea. I just wanted my items and to get updates but I haven't and I don't even want the items anymore.

I'm simply going to stop payment. That's the great part of credit cards. It's not my responsibility to pay for shipping to return items I didn't order. Then they say you need to get a tracking number and for your own safety insurance. So someone else has my order and now most of the stuff is sold out so what's the good in receiving hundreds of dollars in store credit. I emailed them and the customer service rep didn't comment on the order being WRONG, instead they thanked me for being patient. RETURN POLICY. FINAL Sale Items( non returnable, no exceptions) . Please also remember you are responsible for return shipping charges. So that means you send it and it gets damaged or they say it didnt come in and you're screwed. Dealt with ebay enough to learn that lesson. Growing too fast and don't care about customer service!
I'd be interested in knowing if the dispute on your charge card really goes through. Generally a back will temporarily reverse the charge while they investigate, then make a final determination.

I ordered my dresses on November 27th and today we are December 28th. I still didn't receive anything besides my tracking number from the RDD. Nothing was scanned. I called so many times but no one took the phone. This is very disappointed and fashion nova should really improve its customer service department.

I hate this place with such a passion. They're a freaken joke! I needed my dress by New Year's Eve and now have to spend more money to purchase another dress. They're customer service is ridiculous! I ordered merchandise on December 14th for my daughter for Christmas. Never got a tracking number until I emailed and asked for one on the 22nd. Finally got a response 4 days later on the 26th that my order had shipped. There is no phone number on the emails or on the website to call. I googled the phone number only to find that they do not answer the phones. After seeing the multiple complaints on here I now see why they don't answer the phones. Their phone menu doesn't even give you the option to stay on the line for a customer service rep it just leaves you with a message telling you to go to their FAQ link on their website. My order was enough to have free two day shipping and I still haven't gotten it! Now my daughter has gone back home to NY and I will now have to pay to ship the items to her when or if I ever get them. I will never order from them again. I have also took to FB to let all of my family and friends know not to order from them.

I have placed an order on December 13th and it stated that there would be a processing delay up to 7 business days, which I was okay with because this was still more than enough time.Today is December 27th and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. My order has not even been processed. I have reached out via email three times now and have only gotten an automated response, which stated that I would be contacted in 24 hours. I still have heard nothing. I have called the customer service line and once again, cannot get through to a live person, the phone hangs up on me every time. I specifically placed my order for my trip which is this Saturday and it won't be here in time. I am extremely frustrated and will not be ordering from them again. Horrible customer service. what good are good items with horrible customer service. I am very disappointed and want my money back nota store credit.

I have placed an order on december 4th and after placing my order I got the message that there would be a processing delay up to 7 bussines days. (This message should of being shown before placing my order.) It even took them more than those 7 busines days.
Now it is december 27th and I still havent received anything. The worse thing is that they don't answer your call, you only get their automatic voicemail. (Why would you have a phone number than? Just to make the custumors spend for [censor] I guess) And when you e-mail them you get an automatic message wich don't answer any of your questions because it is send to everyone who e-mails them I think.
They don't care about your stuff, money or time. Those were all orders for christmas & new years eve. And I wont be able to wear them. I also leave in Holland so to send my package back after receiving them will cost me almost â¬50. Really the worse experience ever. This was the second time ordering with them and the second time it go wrong. One experience worse than another.

I placed my order the 15th of December and I have yet to even get a tracking number! I ordered from the 2 years ago and got my stuff but now I literally have not gotten my merchandise and I wanted it by Christmas. My order is still unfulfilled and I will be filing a dispute with my bank. The payment is posted toy bank and most of the items I ordered are out of stock
