Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Not trustworthy 1

I went to Firestone in Winter Park, FL on 8/29 for an oil change & 60K scheduled maintenance. $1200 later you caused more issues than I had.
I brought my car in with no issues and was told the battery needed replaced, brakes needed replaced, fuel system cleaning & brake fluid exchange.

Told them that my brakes were squeaking some time to go ahead with that, I feel the battery was not bad as it was under 2 years old so they probably ripped me off with this also.

When I pulled out of Firestone my car was shaking & pulling to the right, I went back immediately and was told the alignment was not done and they would rotate and balance the tires. 3 hours later I left. Then the next day I had to leave for a trip in the AM, when I got on the interstate the car was shaking when going 60-65 MPH so I had to go above that to stop the shaking. Coming back the car was shaking so bad that we had to find the nearest Firestone which was 45 miles away from the interstate in Albany GA. When we got there they told me my tire was separating and that Winter Park should have noticed this when my car was there on 8/29 as I told them the story of what happened when I had to take it back. This took 3 hours out of our drive time back putting us back in Orlando very late.

I called the Winter Park Store Manager and spoke to Will and he was looking into it. I didn’t hear back so I called your Corp Services and it was escalated to the Area Manager who called me on 9/10 and I was advised that he would look into it and call me back, he never did. On 9/13 I called your Corp Services back and was advised it was being escalated to the District Manager, I have yet to hear back from him. I called the Area Manager back on 9/17 and left a message. I receive a call back the next day from Will the Store Manager. It seems like your Area & District Managers don’t want to be bothered with customers concerns, they are only interested in Sales and how much you can rip a customer off. After doing some further research I advised Will that his location changed my brake fluid & fuel system cleaning back in April 2023 and I had only driven 8k miles, he said they should have noticed this.

Firestone did not complete the repair on the 1st or 2nd time, only your Albany, GA location did what was right and I bought a new tire. Your Winter Park, FL location put my passengers and my life in danger by not seeing this issue, especially when I brought it back the 2nd time stating it was shaking and pulling to the right. I advised Will & the Area manager that something needs to be done to compensate me for all of this that you put me thru and he tells me that the tire that was replaced was not purchased at Firestone, I told him why would that have anything to do with you seeing a separated tire and fixing it the first time vs sending me on my way and putting my life in danger.

Firestone needs to come up with a plan on how they will make this right, I was offered to have the fuel system cleaning & brake fluid exchange refunded back to my Firestone credit card but have yet to see that. This should have already been done plus some type of compensation for your lack of seeing a separated tire. Very disappointed in your services and lack of “Management” followup to make this situation right. I have already called in and cancelled my Firestone credit card as I am done with your company for what you did to me. A friend of mine needed new tires last week and I said don’t go to Firestone, so he went to Goodyear. I have no problems sharing my experience with everyone that your company is not trustworthy and puts your safety at risk and doesn’t resolve an issue.
