Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Poor management

I paid for the lifetime balance and rotation on all 3 vehicles I have serviced at this location and for at least 2 years all 3 vehicles were not charged which is shown on all my receipts as NC for all associated tire rotations and balance until now due to payment for this service. Manager Laura Ensminger sees this noted on all the receipts for the vehicle in question a NC for this service. This is only a NC if you have paid for the service. But now she has claims that they did not receive payment for this service. But cannot explain why they did not charge me for this service for the past 2 years on this vehicle. Management failures at this location may be the reason for their turnover.
