Bought airline tickets worth over £5000 for virgin atlantic upper class but no tickets are available
Last year in September we bought two upper class airline tickets from Virgin Atlantic through an agent from Flighthub. Tickets were for my wife Sam and daughter Sasha and they were suppose to travel to South Africa Johannesburg from London Heathrow airport. Tickets costed just under £3000. Prior to travel in November, the agent called us and asked us to pay a further £240 home at-home covid tests. Due to some work commitment my wife (who is a registered nurse) postponed the trip and we paid a further £500 for the amendment. she was due to travel mid December however due to the Omicron it meant that we had to postpone yet again with a further charge of a further £500. At this point my wife who started a new business decided she didn't want to travel anymore. But because of the amount of money that we had already paid l decided I were going to travel with our daughter during the school break instead. we phoned the travel agent and requested change of passenger details. He said he will check with the air line and then come back to us. Within a few hours he came back with what he called 'good news' for us. He informed us that he was able to change passenger details and all I needed to pay was £54 but he had to use my credit/debit card to make that change. During the card transaction he attempted to take £3500 from my card. I quickly objected and he said its an error from their system which happens from time to time but my card had less than £200 balance. Again when carrying out the £54 transaction, this time he took £164. Immediately apologized and promised that he will get the difference refunded within 24 hours. After 24 hours there was no refund, I phoned the agent again he asked me to provide him with my card details so he could refund it while I was on the phone, however again he attempted to withdraw £7500 but my card didn't have that kind of money so it bounced back. At this point I asked to speak to his supervisor but he told me that he was still working from home and made a lot of excuses while at the same time promising that the overcharge will be refunded in due course. After talking to him, with yet another promise of "your money will be refunded within 24 hours", I decided to phone the air line. It took me 4 days to get through to Virgin Atlantic, every time either being told waiting time was up to 2 hours or the phone just going dead and a message telling you that try again later as we are extremely busy. Once I got through, the call handler informed me that the tickets were reserved but not paid for. I asked if they had any dealings with Flighthub but she told me that she has never heard of such an airline travel agent. I asked how come the tickets have been reserved for such a long time, from September until April without no penny paid towards them? The lady couldn't answer me but only reiterated the fact that they don't work with Flighthub. After the call to the Virgin Atlantic I then phoned my bank Halifax who informed me that the money taken from my account went to an electric company in Pakistan, Lahore called Shophive (website;shophive.com). I requested that I speak to the fraud department to find out what the next step will be but beside cancelling my debit card they also haven't been helpful. Since phoning the airline and my bank all calls to the airline (flighthub) agent have gone either unanswered, voicemail or someone will answer briefly but as soon as I tell them what my query is about they cut me off.

Change of flightdate,but customer service cannot help me
I book a flight on April 12 2022 for June 4 2022 flight for a famiky of four.But unfortunately my visa fir Croatia will be delayed so I want to change our flight date from June 4 to June 11 2022.I call the customer service 4 times they keep on telling they cannot help me that I need to call the airline.I call the airlines twice to and airline told me that I need to call flighthub becasue I book on them and this Agenecy suppose to make conversation to airlines .It should be business to business talk which is right.Then I try to call again the custoner service on flighthub 10 times with different number I cannot reach them anymore just saying error request.I dont know what to do.They are just good when you book flight on them after booking the flight tbey dont care anymore.I really need a help its a big amount of money what we paid for 4 people.

Refund return flight ticket, which was not eligible because entry restriction to Japan due to covid.
I am asking refund for my return flight ticket April 8 2022 from India to Canada , because I was not eligible to take return flight from India because of covid restrictions entry at Tokyo Airport and Tokyo Airport was closure on day of my arrival at Japan on 9th April 2022 (NRT airport closure).
I had to buy new flight for return.which cost me another $2878.88. All this was not my fault. I was been calling flight hub to refund return ticket which was not my fault. but customer service putting hold the line more 1hour 40 minutes but my problem was not resolved. I saw this page to complaint. I dunno if this could help me or not but I don't want other people to go through what I have been through. Becareful with agent like flight hub who cannot take care of customer problem and customer satisfaction. They can enquires to make sure and helpful.

Rebooking Flight after COVID
I booked flights to the UK from Canada in December 2021 but due to the rise in Omricon and the Canadian government advisory not to travel, I canceled the booking. Flighthub told me I couldn't get a refund but I can rebook at a later date. I can rebook until November, so I decided to use the tickets in Summer. I couldn't reach them via phone. I tried calling them over 3 days and was on hold for over 2 hours each day without anyone answering. When someone did finally answer the phone, he hung up when I was asking to rebook the tickets. I
I reached out to them on Facebook, they told me to send the information via DM, which I did three times. They claimed they couldn't see it, so I ended up putting the information in the comments section for all to see. Finally, they sent me an email asking for the dates I wish to rebook. I sent them one back within a few minutes and they didn't reply. So I sent them another email the next day for them to ask me AGAIN, what dates I wish to book, despite me already telling them. Someone then called me to rebook, and then the phone cut off right before they can tell me the price and they claimed they couldn't reach me via phone, despite just cutting me off. Since then I have waited one week for them to get back in touch over email to tell me the price difference. They keep telling me the department involved is still calculating the cost... after a week! And I know for a fact that the tickets are less than I originally paid so I believe they are deliberately waiting for the prices to go higher so I have to pay more. I have emailed them every day asking for an update and they just tell me it is with this department and thank me for my patience.
I have tweeted them, I have chased them every day via email and still nothing. This is my money they have and I have a right to have my tickets rebooked. It should not take a whole week to do that, despite how busy they are.
Their customer service is appalling, they have no care for their customers and they don't care that they are making so many people angry.
They are not giving me tickets that I have already paid for and I want to know why? It really shouldn't take them one week to rebook and calculate the difference. I want my new tickets so I can go home to my family who I haven't seen in three years!
I have never dealt with such incompetence and I used to work in customer service and I was a manager in customer service so I know what I am talking about. This is terrible.
I am very angry and once they finally book the tickets, I will not be using this company again. I feel they are trying to trick people and it is unacceptable.

Our cancelled flight to Iceland (just departing) return is fine, was done without us knowing. Flight Hub nor Iceland Air advised us the flight out of YVR was cancelled.
Nothing but runaround since then. FlightHub refused to change flight or refund money
I requested a change in my flight itinerary and got a feedback from FlightHub requesting me to wait for them to work on my request - I waited for three weeks.
I contacted FlightHub today as requested by them but was told by the customer service agent to contact the airline because he couldn't make the changes. Upon contacting BA to speak to FlightHub. I was informed that I will not be able to get my dates changed or flight credits.

Missing Booking
I initially booked my trip for March 22nd. However since the visa process took longer than expected. Because of this, I called them to request a change to 2 weeks later. The guy on the phone said I should get a confirmation email within 6 business days. Last week I got an email from the airline and when I entered the booking number on the airline's website, the updated one showed up. Now when I try to retrieve it, it says booking doesn't exist. I went to flight hub's website and it still shows the change is processing. My flight is in 2 days and the booking seems to have disappeared. Never use this pile of trash website unless you want to suffer.
Flight Refund
I had a flight booked Winnipeg to Paris for June 10, 2020. The flight was cancelled due to covid. I requested a refund within the window of time allowed. I have been contacting Flighthub over the past months to follow up on my refund and I continue to get the same response "we have contacted the airline and will let you know when we hear back" This has been going on for months now, with no result. Airline ticket reservation
On march 22, 2022 I booked a return flight on flighthub.com for Toronto to Karachi. After arriving in Karachi I decided to extend my stay due to a family emergency and I had change my flight to a later date. I changed my return flight from 5th April, 2022 to 11th April, 2022 on flighthub website. I was charged a penalty of $220 and a handling fee of $75 which I was happy to pay and proceeded to change my flight booking. shortly after I recieved a notification from my bank that the $220 penalty has been charged twice on my credit card and I confirmed the double charge from my online bank credit card account.
I have trying non stop for many days trying to reach flighthub customer support team but it's impossible to reach them since they are not taking calls at all. I have not seen a more pathetic customer service from any company during my life time experience. My bank has told me I need to contact flighthub to get the charge corrected but flighthub is not helping in any way. This is a disaster and a scam and I request all felow travelers to never use flighthub again for any service. They will charge you extra ordinary fees and then charge you twice and then make it impossible to reach them for help so that they can keep your money scammed from you.
I want flight hub to take immediate action on this and return the money they have double charged me or I will make sure I leave reviews about thier pathetic service on every plateform.

Failed to notify of itinerary change
Booked flight through FH from Abbotsford to San Diego in order to take a cruise trip. Flight consisted of two parts - one Abbotsford to Calgary and second from Calgary to San Diego on April 3rd 2022. Flight was to arrive to San diego on Apr 3 at 12:30pm and we were to board the cruise ship and depart at 5pm same day.
When we arrived at the airport the ticketing agent advised us that the second flight does not leave calgary until April 4th. And at this time there were no other flights we could be booked on to make it in time to our cruise in San Diego.
We called the airline to understand what happened, and they advised that hte flight was rescheduled from Apr 3 to Apr 4th on December 12th and was being handled by westjet. Since we booked through FH, FH was supposed to notify us of the change and help reschedule flight if need be. As per airline, follow up comms were also sent on Mar 31 and Apr 1st, so FH had 3 opportunities to advise us of hte change. On Apr 3 at 4:50am we received an automated email from FH system confirming our itinerary and reminding us to check in to our flight, still showing the flight leaving calgary to San Diego on Apr 3rd.
We have not been able to reach FH to get any informaiton or compensation for this trip. Their email is automated response from unmonitored box.
We would like to get compensated for the cost of the trip - airline tickets+taxi+covid tests+cruise trip

It is difficult enough for an average person to make international reservations, but when elderly, it can be extremely challenging. I made my flight reservations last Sept. for PSP to CAI so I would land in my birthday. The whole trip was done through FlightHub as the travel agent, thus when British Air made a change it was up to FlightHub to fix the problem. British Air kept throwing me back to the 'travel agent' but FlightHub does not answer any phones and their online site goes in circles with NO resolution.

This has been my first time using Flight Hub, and I have heard of them before so I've trusted the company. I was on the phone with an agent to get their assistance in booking a flight which is around 2.5 weeks away. The agent clearly mentioned to me that there would be no fees/charges etc if we decide to change up the flights due to COVID/reasons relating to this as flights are being lenient etc. They failed to mention that there would be a fee of $50 modification fees from Flighthub itself. Had they mentioned this, which they should, it would've been fine. But it wasn't made aware to us in the beginning and this is not OK. today, when I got on the phone with a FlightHub agent, they let me know about this. Poor customer experience on their end.. Dont think we will ever use FlightHub again to be honest. Still need the flight time changed, not even the date, just the timing. Very concerning

I called flighthub ([protected]) number of times to rebook my tickets and everytime agent says, backforce team is working and trying to contact airlines but how long it will take? They says sometimes 48 hours, sometimes 72 hours but then nothing happens, no one responds and I call them again and get same response. Until now I called flighthub 6 time...

I was offered a travel credit due to travel restrictions because of COVID. I have been unable to re book. system wont let you re book online and I have been waiting days for hrs all year on hold with no call back option. Seems like you aren't actually able to use your travel credit. At this point Id like my money back and rebook through the website, but that is not an option either. So I guess my voucher will expire and I've lost all my money. I will never book through flighthub again!

Customer care support for flight
I have had an absolutely appalling experience with Flighthub Customer Service. I have used this third party to book several flights without any issue before. I booked a flight that was supposed to fly out in January but had to change the trip as myself and my travel partner were ill. I called Flighthub and the attendant said there would be no issue rescheduling our flight. We asked to switch it to June 12th 2022 and she ensured us the flight would be booked. We paid the applicable change fees (to WestJet and Flighthub). We got an email with our booking number and when I went to check the flight on WestJet it had revealed a new flight but the date was booked wrong as she had booked the flight for June 13th and we had asked for June 12th. After several hours waiting to speak to a customer care representative a man answered the phone and to say the least it was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life. He was dismissive, rude and kept referring to me as "my lady" which was also extremely annoying. He said the flight did not allow a change and that we didn't have a flight (even though we had one via WestJet it was just the wrong date). He said we'd lose all the money, tough luck and he had no interest in listening to my side of the story. Frustrated, I hung up the phone and proceeded to wait another 2 hours to get through to an agent the following day. This agent was pleasant and ensured that the matter would be dealt with and the flight would be changed to the promised date. The next day I received an email asking for my immediate attention and to call customer support. I did so and was once again put in contact with the initial agent who was of no help and extremely dismissive. I've now waited approximately 9 hours total on the phone to try and fix a problem that was made on Flighthub's end. As someone who has been in customer service for many many years, I am mind-blown that a company would hire such a dismissive, inconsiderate employee and also that I've had to go through this much time and effort to change a flight. Both myself, family and friends are frequent travelers, but would much rather pay the extra money booking with the airline directly than to be treated so poorly as a customer.
