I have recently applied for a mortgage, and received a copy of my current credit report. Since I was a victim of true-name-fraud, there were many accounts on the report that were not mine. Including one for a 99 ford explorer. I proceeded to call your customer service center so that I may receive a letter from your company stating that I have been erroneously reported. I spoke with 3 different customer service representatives. Each representative asked for my account number (the number was listed on my credit report).. I gave it to them, and they all told me the same thing. 'this is for a 99 ford explorer'. I proceeded to tell them that I do not.. And never have, owned a ford explorer. They asked for my social. So I gave it to them. Lo and behold, they tell me 'this isn't you on the account' (well, really.. I've been trying to tell you that) I asked for a letter stating what they had just told me. Unfortunatly, they cannot give account information to anybody but the account holder. (I was in possession of the account number). All I wanted was a piece of paper that cleared my name from a loan that wasn't even mine. I asked to speak to a manager. After a 5 minute screaming match, I finally yelled do you not possess the use of microsoft word?.. And hung up.
I had to file a police report, contact all three credit agencies, then hire a credit counseling service to get them to write a letter to the credit companies.
I feel disgusted. I have never, ever had a loan with these people. My credit is on the line, because they fail to check references. It's sad that somebody can go to a dealership and get a loan with my name and address and a different social number.
Thanks for nothing. You people are the worst business I have ever dealt with.
Is very poor service and is not responsive about spare parts fitting or exchanging and there is no proper identification of problem in cars due to this we have 3 model cars of Ur company and we are fed up with this .Before we use to feel very proud as a ford family member pl.take care and help the customer in this regard .
I leased a Ford Focus electric with the beige interior cloth seats. Through normal use, the seats got some food stains on them (mayo for example). It left a wet mark on the seat that was impossible to clean. I was charged $75 per seat when my lease ended. I think Ford should reconsider the type of cloth it uses for its seats.

I was appalled to see a Ford service representative (Quick Lane) with a tattoo on her neck. Had I known Ford allowed such low class I wouldn't of bought a new Ford (2017 Edge). This will be the last Ford I buy and I won't give the dealership a good recommendation.
Why has ford not issued a recall to fix these sunroof issues on numerous models? i have been a loyal ford owner for 30 yrs and i am very disappointed in the way this issue has been handled
A 4 YEAR OLD FORD FOCUS SHOULD NOT REQUIRE A NEW ENGINE WITH ANNUAL SERVICING FROM FORD DEALER - 12 MONTH GUARANTEE WHEN PURCHASED AS 2 YEAR OLD . Suspect leak in coolant system caused engine to disintegrate.
7/12/17- my car is having clutch issues, no local dealer in my area will even look at it because ford is SO behind on getting the parts, I asked politely for an escalation process, I was literally disconnected from the chat, I even have the transcript, it is a JOKE. No wonder there is a class action suit against them!
We recently purchase a 2016 Ford Explorere XLT. My wife drives to work and complained about a smell in the cabin. We took it to Ford dealer ship and they could not locate the issue. Now there is a report going out that exhaust could be leaking into the cabin. Will you please give us a direction. We love Ford but not to point of costing our lives!

2016 Ford f150 - Keypad entry has factory code. Code has been stolen. Ford tells me code can not be changed. How is this possible? A code can not be changed in a computer? The Engineers are idiots. Wow - ah ever think this could be a security problem?

The service was nothing like the service we have gotten in the past at Jim Olson Buick in the same city.
We have a 2011 Ford Fiesta with 56, 313 miles on it. We had to have the head gasket replaced which the mechanic said was very unusual for any car these days. The cost for this was $1, 276.24. This was not easy for us to come up with and we feel that Ford should be responsible for bad workmanship on this car.
On July 0f 2016 the blower motor quit on me.

My vehicle was stolen hy Ford Barberton employees and nothing can be done seen as it is not a mechanicsl problem, how ridiculous. Will inform the media about this. Pathetic how this is allowed. Drinks spilled in my vehicle and driven around in the early mornings with over 3 hours idling. This is the kind of respect employees have for customers.
took truck for service at moses ford st. albans wv, told them left head light mounts were cracked, needed replaced, went to pickup was told ford denied coverage. if ford wants to lose future sales over 450.00 part so be it. US air had poor customer service and now they are out of business!
