Mt grandmother purchased a heater on the 6th of June,it broke and was returned to the store on the 22nd of June. Game Jabulani mall branch (Steven) said it will be fixed and will be returned after 21 days. Today 9/8/2024 I returned to the store to enquire about this as I had not gotten any communication from them, only to find out that it was not even booked for repairs. We spent over 2 hours in the store waiting for them to find out what happened to the heater, after that waiting period a lady (Dzivhu Matshili) said we should come back on Monday again, that's when I got very irate because it's been over a month, no communication whatever. Dzivhu Matshili was not of any assistance, she displayed lack of empathy and respect by literally calling me a "child and said I am behaving like one", she further stated that " you're used to being a bully and controlling where you come from, don't think because you're a customer we have a policy of a customer is always right you think it will work here". She was utterly disrespectful and very sarcastic when I asked for her name. I find this behavior very distasteful and disappointing more especially because they failed to do their job in the first place. The customer service and etiquette needs serious improvement and people (Dzivhu Matshili) need to be trained and skilled in terms of dealing with irate customers.
