I had purchased a laptop Game online store on the 21st of March 2025 and when I checked the status the following morning it had said that process had failed. I sent them a WhatsApp text and was told that my issue will be solved in 24-48 hours. I then received a call after I've sent them an email on the 25th of March 2025 and was told that my money cannot be reversed as I am a Capitec account owner and it is impossible for them reverse with Capitec account holders, so I must send them my account details and then they will send me back my refund. I sent my account details on 28th of March 2025. Now today on the 5th of April 2025, they telling me send them my bank statement so that they can see if I've really made payment! What confuses me is that they have everything on the system, where does my bank statement fit in?! This store frustrates me so much and it seems like they are giving me a run around to not send me back my money!
Desired outcome: Please refund me my money back because I did not receive the product!!!
