Deeply Disappointed in the manager and Game stores. Will never purchase there again. We had bought a TV Game Stores. We are very concerned about the TV. We had it for a few minutes at home and when we took the TV out and put it on it had a mark on the LCD. When we went to the Game Store in KWT the mark had spread. The screen was not cracked. The LCD was damaged. When I purchased the TV the full screen was not showed to me. The polystyrene that is shown on the picture was not taken off in store. Only when I switched the TV on I took the polystyrene off and saw that the LCD was damaged. That tells me that they were not honest by showing me the full screen. When we also got home we had a box that was closed and untouched which also means that the box that we checked at the store was not the same box. We are unhappy about the dishonesty of this whole situation. We would not drop or break a tv we just bought. We stay less that 100m from the store. The manager at the King branch asked us why did we not have the TV delivered, but nobody gave us that option. She said that head office told me that they have authorised the refund but that is also a lie. We never said so. We asked for a refund from her in store. So we don't know where she got that information from.
