Since I purchased the GE Monogram Speed Oven in 2021, I have had the entire unit replaced once and the touch-screen control panel replaced 3 times. I currently have yet another service call appointment set up for next week. The recurring issue (as always) is with the touch-screen panel becoming inoperable. The only way to correct this problem is for me to go to my electrical panel and turn the feeder breaker off and then back on. Because of this recurring problem I was forced to buy a 5 year maintenance plan before the normal warranty period expired. This was to protect myself from costly repetitive repairs. This ongoing trouble with the appliance is unacceptable and exhibits a failure by GE to correct a problem that likely affects many of their customers.
Recommendation: Love the oven except for the problem described above. Be sure to purchase the extended warranty!
