Home Depot shower stall

I just left Home Depot Yonkers store so frustrated. We bought a shower last week which came in three parts. The base and shower doors were in one box and the walls in a separate box. When we purchased it last week, the Home Depot worker checked the shower wall box since it was open on one end and he said all parts were in the box. We brought it home and installed the base first. When we opened the box with the walls, we realized there was no screws and there was a hairline crack in the wall. We called the store and the manager on duty said that this item is not in stock in his store or any other and appears to be discontinued. He said to bring it in and he would return it and then discount it. We would need to buy an Apoxy repair kit and some screws. He said he would make it worth our while. Now let's not forget, we have spent approximately 100, 000 dollars in this store over the past two years fixing up an old home. Tonight we brought the walls back to the store and unfortunately the manager we spoke to was off duty. We spoke to a manager after waiting to speak to her for about 20 minutes as she stood looking at her computer when she knew we were waiting. She offered to tak 10% off the price of the walls which would be about $20 and 50% off the approxy and screws. We could have the walls sent from the warehouse express however I would have to pay $80 for delivery. I explained that this is not fair, it was so difficult bringing these walls back and forth . The manager said that we bought this on clearance because of the missing parts and crack. No one told us it was on clearance or that it was damaged. I am shocked that this is what the manager offered to do for us. I also shop at lowes and the customer service is excellent. We would never have been treated this way. We did not return the walls hoping that Home Depot will do the right thing.

Home Depot paint department

I visited the Home Depot on 7677 East Broadway Tucson Arizona. Last night April 27th you're my dad went to purchase paint $400 worth the staff was very unprofessional they were talking to each other about personal things joking around. They acted like they were being bothered to help the customers. I was waiting for my paint to be completed it was put on the desk they looked right at me said nothing that it was done I asked and they rudely said yes. I found the customer service to be extremely poor. I would hope so at Home Depot would be able to correct the situation or possibly put employees two classes on how to treat customers in a friendly manner. I'm about to buy Carpet and a new kitchen along with appliances. And now I'm thinking of going elsewhere do two poor customer service.

You should be fired
You Could and should-have stopped the 2014 hacking Of 56 million customers. When I filed my lawsuit in 2007 in federal court in Green Bay Wisconsin Parent v Home Depot and Citibank. You knew from my case and depositions that your employees can go on the POS system and run off whatever credit cards they want, one right after the other doesn't matter if it's Visa, MasterCard, Home Depot card... In my lawsuit we found out that " you Carol" new Home Depot keeps two files on your credit card. One with your full credit card information date, time etc... The other one shows The same. But like you're supposed to it's XXXXX4367 That's the one they give you, they don't tell you that they keep all your information Stored on the POS system.And your Home Depot employees can go in the POS system and run off credit cards even six months after these people put it on There credit card. Imagine how many times this must have happened throughout all the Home Depot stores in all the states. And I can go back as far as 2005. Now Carol I want to read what BusinessWeek reported that they give you a C level security and that Management states that it would be too expensive and would disrupt business. These former employees Disclosed That when they attempted to strengthen security, they were rebuffed by home depot executives, including information - security chief Jeff Mitchell. Also the New York Times states. The newspaper revealed that Home Depot's employees knew the company was at risk, even before the breach, Some members of a security team left as managers dismiss their concerns. Others wondered how Home Depot met industry standards for protecting customers data. One went so far as to warn friends to use cash, rather than credit cards, at the company stores. Again Carol if you would have done the right thing in my case instead of me having to fight it in court, you could've stopped all this. But customers in the long run mean nothing to you or your corporate people. In life sometimes you need to think of your customers and not your greedy pocketbook.Carol you've gotten letters from me.As far back as 2007, I've told you how much is all costed me, and now I have no retirement, no savings, and now because of you Carol, I will have to work till I either die or I can't work no more. I feel sorry for you.In the end the judge threw out my case because my lawyer Brian Pagle of Madison Wisconsin suit under the Wisconsin consumer act, and then let Citibank off and told us that we can sue Home Depot. Wrong wrong wrong. The judge after years throughout my case because Home Depot does not issue a credit card And is not a Debt collector. To this day I can't believe that Brian could've been that dumb I feel that someone got in the way of my case. Not only did we not get the cover letter sent from the Green Bay Home Depot store at 6:22 in the morning being faxed to Citibank with my hand written credit card number on top and lots of other peoples credit card information. Also my lawyer would not get copies of time cards on that day, again at 6:22 AM how many employees can really be there. I also deposition Home Depot employees, but I never found out about one employee name Susan until after my case was over. It was in my lawyers files and the letter shows that Susan was interacting with who's credit card they transferred Over to my account. I showed The federal courts that information and they told me that's what they were looking for, also in court the judge kept telling Brian to put up or shut up, and also that he didn't understand federal law. Also In Rockland Texas in 2013 A employee Realized he could put a thumb drive to the side of the computer and he ran off 36, 000 credit cards and sold 10, 000 before he got caught. So after all of this I think Carol Tomé should be fired why should she make 5 million a year and I live week by week now until I die. I can't tell you the stress, my health, my Family, and the Tens of thousands of dollars this all costed me, and the hell that you put me through. Thanks Tim Parent if you want to look up this case go to the United States District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin Tim Parent v Citi Bank and Home Depot case number 09 - C - 951 and look at what I sent That's on file after my case was thrown out. And then you decide if my lawyer Brian was? I wouldn't be surprised

Home Depot service

. WD13695713. My washer was to be delivered on the 21st. We waited until 9pm and received a call the delivery was late. The driver said he would deliver the washer on Tuesday. I took the day off and waited all day. I called and was told there was no scheduled delivery. I then was told the delivery would be Friday. I called this morning and was told I was 20th on line between 4:15 and 8 pm. Today is my birthday and my kids are taking me to dinner at 6pm. When I called the customer service agent said I can reschedule for May 1. I could have purchased the same washer at Lowe's for the same price and two day delivery. Very inconsiderate and incompetent company

Home Depot deco combo washer and dryer

Dear Home Depot:

Can you please assist with an ongoing, unresolved issue I have been having with the Deco combo washer and dryer?

I have reached out several times to get assistance with this and have been told that it cannot be repaired as it is not within "network." When I purchased Deco combo washer and dryer I expected to have the outstanding customer service that I have always received from Home Depot. The extended warranty that I bought detailed that it will replace or repair any part of this product which proves to be defective in in workmanship or material under normal personal, family or house hold use in the USA and Canada for a period of one year from date of original purchase. Nowhere in the warranty does it explain that I have to live within "network" to have it fixed.

Shortly after the purchase I had to have someone come and repair the washer/dryer. This was not only concerning but I was satisfied with the level of customer service I was provided at that time. Dave's Appliance Service came out and repaired it and I was not asked by Home Depot or Assurion to pay for it up front as I am now being asked of.

Is there a reason why I am not getting the level of customer service that I always have from Home Depot on their purchases?

I would like my washer/dryer to be fixed/replaced without being billed or having to pay up front. I expect to have this resolved before the end of the month or I will be taking further action.

Home Depot water cascade

I went into the Home Depot On Rosedale Highway in Bakersfield, Ca. On Wed 4-25-18 to Purchase a Water Cascade for a project here at home... When I noticed the product was damaged(the box) and dirty with dust etc, the Manager of the Store By the name of Martin was very professional and gave me the customer service I was appreciated with... Also I never had a problem at this location with any of there associates, , , , , , probably because LEADERS DONT CREATE FOLLOWERS, , , , , THEY CREATE MORE LEADERS, , , , , Kudos to Martin of Bakersfield, Ca. 93312 Rosedale Home Depot ...

Home Depot appliance

I ordered appliances through Home Depot online on April 17th. I received my receipt and confirmation delivery date for the 26th. I just got a phone call today on the day before my delivery date that 3 out of 4 appliances was cancelled due to processing issue. I was not informed before this. Now I don't have my appliances and they can't do anything about it.

Home Depot home services-master bathroom renovation — ball dropped

I need someone to please contact me at [protected]. I am filing a complaint on behalf of my mother (mary joan viscuso) who trusted home depot 5 years ago to renovate her master bathroom in waterford lakes, orlando fl. The project is still not complete and it is by no fault of my mother's. She has been in regular contact with home depot locally, as well as jeremy, the contractor, to wrap up the project and no one ever follows through from home depot. She does not need this affecting her health, with the aggravation and frustration it has caused her for 5 years. I think you can say she has been more than patient. Home Depot delivery

I had a delivery scheduled on 4/12/18. The delivery guys showed up on time as scheduled. My laundry closet is located on the third floor of my townhome. When the guys arrived I explained its location and apologized that they were carrying my washer and dryer up three floors. He said it wasnt a problem and 'the quicker we get this done, the sooner I get home' were his words. They took the items upstairs then called me to join them a few mins later. He had installed the dryer yet told me the washer 'did not fit in the drip pan' which had been installed by the builder of the new construction home I had just purchased. I asked the delivery guy what the issue was and he said I needed to purchase a different sized drip pan. He said to call the store when I got one and someone would come out and install the washer. So...he left my new washing machine in my hallway and ran out the door. I am a white, single mother of two children who chose to believe the two gentlemen that showed up at my house. I discover as soon as they leave by measuring the appliance that it DOES fit into the pan and he wanted to leave in a hurry and did not want to take the time to install it. What do I do now with a washing machine sat in my hallway because he was in a rush to go home? I feel he treated me this way due to the fact here was no man in the house and it was ok to save himself a few minutes of his time so he can get home quicker by leaving me with no washing machine when it CLEARLY fit in the space allotted. To say I feel betrayed and lied to is an understatement.

Home Depot service

I am a regular shopper who comes in at least twice a week.I have a guitar repair shop and I use alot of woodworking etc.

I am handicapped.I operate with about 45% of my heart left.I also have severe arthritis, congestive heart failure, Atrial Fib torn ACL, Shoulder problems among other issues.

I cannot walk all over the store.I have to use a motorized cart.3 times in the past week there were none available.I understand other folks use them, HOWEVER, The attitude and rudeness of the staff when I ask if there is one available at the registers is unnecessary. The $20.00 I spend at a time may not mean much, but it means my selling a guitar and feeding my family

Home Depot staffing and blocked aisles

First of all I wish to remain anonymous. I've been involved with HOME DEPOT for many years. I've watched the change, some good done bad. I don't understand in a company so large why there are so many staffing issues. The Egg Harbor Twp. Store in NJ is a great store. That being said, you can never find any associate and when yoh do the employees are obviously being asked to handle more customers at one time than they should be. This doesn't give great or even good customer service. I shop both Home Depot and the Lowes directly across the street and find that believe our not I get more service at Lowes. Thats a shame because I like HD more. I tried to buy cabinets but found that I could never get an appt or even someone to answer my calls so i went across the street. I also ended up next door to get my siding because I could not access the aisle due to there being loaded with carts. If you're going to allow customers to order merchandise for a later pickup then you should have someplace else to store it. I don't believe this is a single store issue, I'm a contractor and see it in your other stores too. This is your season where is your staffing?

Home Depot homedepot.com and home depot survey

Your website is a nightmare and caused me a lot of problems. Went to Home Depot Christiana De store to order cabinets. My husband and I waited for over an hour for salesperson to returned. Went to service desk asked for help and the appliance dept I asked salesperson if he could help. He said I didn't have an appt but I was told if they were not busy I didn't need one. He couldn't find sales person so we finally left. Went on web site ordered cabinets. Later went to Rehoboth DE store because this order is for our place in Rehoboth. I wanted to start the order for the countertop. I asked for a print out of the cabinets I order. I found out the two lazy Susan's were 36" and not the 27.5" as stated on website. I had to reorder cabinets, would not fit because small area no room for mistakes. The sales person was very nice and helped me. When I went online to do survey the user ID was not valid it's has been more than 2 weeks. Which is not correct. I ordered sat April 14 it is the 20th. I can't do survey for my sales person, Mary Lenz. I then try to cancel my online order. I now have $3, 400 wrapped up in cabinets. Of course I can't cancel. I asked for supervisor and I talked to a woman named Veronica. She went the extra mile got the order cancelled. I hold on the line and there was no survey at the end of the phone call. Again I cannot do the survey and let you know how much I appreciated Veronica. I feel this is totally unfair to your good employees your survey on service is totally bogus. Have no idea if your complaint survey works because I didn't bother to tell you that your Christiana location was very rude by ignoring my husband and I because we didn't have an appointment. I then try to track my order. The email and password according to your website is wrong even though I saved it so would not have the hassle of remembering another password. So cannot check on my order. I have t o be honest with you. My next order will not be with you. This has been such a hassle and I will not go through the aggravation of rude employees and a lousy website. I wonder if your employees know that you make it impossible to comment on their service.

Home Depot no product for one day sale

Thursday, April 19th there was a one day sale for vegetable and herb plants for today only, priced at $1.98 per plant. After driving to the store the only vegetable plants they had were tomato plants. No other vegetables. I asked the associate on duty where the others were t and they said they didn't and hadn't had any. He said their shipments were behind due to the weather. I asked if he would give me a rain check and he stated it said while supplies last so he couldn't. you never had a supply to run out of so how can you fall back to the no rain check because line. I consider this the normal "advertising bate and switch". Thank God we have Lowes and Menards in the Omaha area as Home depot has truly gone down hill.

Home Depot online orders and the pro desk

I placed a online order and received a confirmation that it was ready. I went to homedepot and rented a truck to transport my order. I ended up waiting an hour and a half and order still wasn't ready. I couldn't get any assistance from pro desk and they were very rude and ignorant. I've spent a lot of money in the Vineland nj store and always have problems at this location at its pro desk. Long story short, I canceled my order and returned the truck.

Home Depot special order flooring

We ordered Allure vinyl flooring on 03/29/18. We were told it would arrive in 7 to 10 days, and we had an estimated arrival date of 4/10/18. We called several days before the 10th to find out that the arrival date had changed to 4/15/18, which is a Sunday. No one had bothered to reach out to us. This flooring was for a rental home, which we based the terms of the lease with new tenants on this date. Beginning Friday, 4/13/18, we attempted to find out exactly where the truck was that was carrying our product so we could let the renters know how many more days it would be to expect the flooring. No one could tell us whether the flooring was in Maine or almost to Texas. We needed to know this information so we could cancel the order, if need be. The order arrived Monday, 4/16/18. This has been a financial loss in excess of $300 for us due to no intake of rent since there are no floors in the house! We spoke with Jason in the shipping department of store #0527 in Plano, TX. My husband asked if there is anything that could be done to help us in this situation. Jason was extremely defensive from the beginning, stating that he had already checked the 7 to 10 business days and that Home Depot was compliant with that. From purchase date of 03/29/18, 10 business days would be Thursday, April 12th! (Not Monday, April 16th.)

We have been customers of Home Depot for many years and have spent an enormous amount of money with them. We own 12 homes and frequently replace flooring and all the other things that come with rental homes. We would like to continue doing business with Home Depot and hope someone in management reaches out to us.

Home Depot service in garden department

I was in the garden department at Home Depot and there was four workers there in the front near the register of talking and having a good old time chit-chatting drinking their drinks and I was asking them about a buying a pallet of grass nobody knew how to do it went to the service desk there was nobody there nobody there knew how to do it so went back to the Garden area and still the lady called up nobody's answering let me check out this person I'll get back to you it's just unbelievable!

Home Depot faulty werner 40' aluminum extension ladder

I'm a general contractor and owner of a small construction company. I purchased 3 40' Aluminum extension ladders at Home Depot yesterday April 17th 2018.
One of the ladders had a crushed foot upon purchase. My crew did not notice, until the ladder was fully extended on the side of a building.
When they did notice, they were instructed to take the ladder down immediately for safety reasons. While they were taking it down the foot gave way and the ladder fell and and injured one of my employees. The ladder also caused damaged to the siding of my customers house when it fell. I am now responsible for fixing the damage to my customers home as well as stuck paying thousands in workers compensation claims not to mention the upcoming medical bills. My employee will not be able to work for quite some time and I will need to hire new to replace him, costing me more money, time and effort that I do not have to give.
I attempted to exchange the faulty ladder at a store but was basically told to go f* myself. They were extremely rude and insensitive to my situation.
This whole thing has been a horrible, painful, embarrassing, expensive f* nightmare.
I need help cleaning up this mess.

Home Depot outside storages

I went to Home Depot on 4/8/18 and the girls at customer services new nothing about the storage rooms outside.
No matter what question I asked... they were rude and when I asked for management-- they were out to lunch or no one was there.

I call on Tuesday 4/11/18 to the store to file a complaint and the manager Matt
who stated that he was the complaint manager - he took my complaint- apologized and stated he would get my questions answered.
He stated that he knew who the girls were and would talk to them.
He also stated he would call me back... and as of today
He hasn't even called or nothing

I am very disappointed and will Never shop there
I will buy my storage room at Lowes... a lot more knowledgeable and not rude.

Home Depot online delivery

I'm writing to let you know I will never order another product from your company on line .every piece of furniture I bought from you recently was damaged I had to return the first desk I received was damaged returned to the store reorder it the second one was damaged didn't realize it was damaged until after I put it together order my daughter a vanity witch also was damaged still haven't put her new bed together yet but willing to bet its probably damaged .I will also be sure to let my family and friends no about my experience. Home Depot online order

I placed an online order back in February 2018 for a door. Once the order was placed I was informed that the estimated delivery dates would be between April 19 through April 24 of 2018 for an in-store pick up. I always check my emails every day multiple times a day to get status updates. In March my order still said Pending status so I called the customer service number and was told that the manufacture custom makes each door that is ordered. I check my email today & still no shipment email instead my order is now in BACKORDER status! This has happened numerous times that I have placed online orders. Furthermore I ordered a vanity for my Bathroom remodel and one of my three bathrooms and lo and behold my vanities that was last night on back order not damage completely lost! Needless to say I will never order through Home Depot ever again whether online or shop there personally. If it were to not affect my credit report for closing my Home Depot card I would do so.
