wrong order
On 9/9/18 my mother made a order and when handed the recipe she told the server it was not correct and even said this is what I ordered and handed her a hand written piece of paper with the items written on it. (The waiter said this is how there made) and handed mom her food. The bill was $40.40 . When she got home everyone of our orders was wrong! And the hamburger meat was over cooked so hard all around the edges. I have tried to call and report this to the manager because we are so disappointed and dissatisfied but the phone just rings and rings. We don't want money or free food but we have always enjoyed Jack in the box but we won't be going back any more. I thought you should know. It is the one in Rosamond, Ca

I went to the jack in the box on Thousands oaks in SanAntonio 78247. I have never had jack in the box and McDoalds are doing renovation so I went to the jack in the box, I got there and placed my order at 5:02 and waited 17 minutes before I go my food. So I went home opened up the bag and the food was awful and I am sending you pictures of the food. I will never go to jack in the box again.
I got there at 5:02 to order a hamburger meal first I didn't know what to order because I have never eaten at jack in the box, I was waiting for my order and it was taking time by the time I got my order it was 5:17. So I headed home when I opened the bag the fries were cut into pieces and it was not hot, then I opened up the burger and it looked so ugly, the bun was burned and the burger looked awful. I gave it to my dog when I go to McDoalds I always have good service but this restaurant looked unclean and the food was not good.

I went through the drive thru, order two jumbo jack one with cheese one without. Order # 118, Tuesday September 4 2018. i also ordered a chicken tator melt with no bacon. I'm Obviously Muslim, I know i said no bacon but Hey, were human sometimes people tend to not hear you the first time. Anyways I went back, and then thats when everything happned. I kindly pulled in and said Hey i ordered a chicken tator melt with no bacon, dont worry its not a problem but please let me get one without the bacon. That's when the lady over the intercom(Rita) Jack in The box Location #JIB 3069, 3:51 pm EMP Rita, was like we can't refund you, but the thing was I never asked for a refund? she clearly did not hear me or acknowledge me as a customer. The disrespect, then followed up with you have to buy another whole sandwich, and that is that. I pulled in to the window, and Jennifer bless her soul took care of me. This is the first time I have ever been treated with such disgust and poor customer service. Please this is an issue that can not be looked over. I am a paying customer. My number is [protected]. they are always out of coke
I always go thru the drive thru twice a day to order a large coke, and this morning i ordered a large coke and a supreme breakfast croissant andHe gave me a diet coke so i went inside to dump it out and get coke the machine was out so i went to the front counter and waited for 15 minutes for the manger carl to tell me he would be with me in a minute i waited another 5 minutes then i said excuse me i just want coke the machine in the lobby is out. He told me my cup wasnt valid because i bought it in drive thru and would have to purchase another cup if i wanted a drink inside. I said i just saw you at the window and ordered and he said it doesnt matter no refills if you didnt dine in. How absurd and then he ignored me, i asked for his supervisors number emmanuel c. But he refused to give me the number and said they wouldnt care because he is the manager and the boss in charge. I have continuously received poor service from this location and now they are closed in the lobby at night the doors are locked after 8pm and chairs are blocking the doorways. I go here on my lunchs at night and can no longer eat here because drive thru is too busy to wait in line and i cant go inside anymore at night because they lock the doors but the sign on the door says open 24 hours in lobby and in drive thru so not sure what the problem is please call me [protected] i just want some respect especially since i spend so much money here and they always act like they could care less about my business

The last two times I've tried eating there they've told me they can't take any orders I asked why the lady said there was only one person working. I don't understand why she couldnt take my order? Is she getting paid to sit there or what? I'm very unhappy with the terrible customer service and also the lack of professionalism. i ordered #2 jr bacon cheeseburgers the price of those were $1.49 each for 2 it would be $2.98 and a #1 large curly fry $2.49 #1 large drink $2.09 total $7.56 + tax .79 total $8.35 they charged me $3.98 for#2 jr bacon cheeseburgers, $3.19 for #1 large curly fry, and $2.39 for #1 large drink total $10.35 +tax .79 i think you should check in to this on what happened iam going back to tell the manager
incomplete order
We have gone to the Jack in the Box on Almaden Expressway and Brahman Road in San Jose California three times now.. The first time we ordered 2 teriyaki chicken bowl meals. When we got our order there was only the bowls. No egg rolls. The second time we ordered DIET Dr. Pepper and we got REGULAR Dr Pepper. I am a diabetic and that night when I went to bed my blood sugar was dangerously high because I thought I had a Diet Dr Pepper when I actually had a Regular Dr Pepper. The third time my husband ordered his sandwich expecting to get tomato on his sandwich and they made it without. I will not be going to that Jack in the Box again because of POOR service.

I ordered 2 breakfast meals and got no hash brown for either. My kids fries were also cold. I later drive back a few miles to jack in the box very upset about my order and spent my gas to go back. When we get there we give Pamela our receipt she was instantly very rude and told us we must have went to a different location before even seeing it. The receipt clearly says their location. I feel that she was discriminating against due to our nationality. She tells us their is no way to give us our money back and throws 2 hash brown in a bag and rudly hands them over and throws our receipt in the trash. So we didnt have proof anymore but I paid with card so it will be traceable if needed. I try to get the franchise manager's number off the window and she comes over and says the number wont work and would not give me any numbers to complain. My order was wrong, food cold and then I get treated like im not even human. I will never visit jack in the box again because of Pamela. And I will be calling first thing in the morning because the office is closed now. I would like someone to contact me about this matter.
No one should be treated like that especially someone who got cold food and half of 2 meals.

This is not the first time they've done this they indicated Viagra on another commercial this is totally disgusting. Then you wonder where our children get what they get from I don't really care for Jack in the Box food and I will not support them because of the commercials that they have implemented sexually in the last few years. quality of the food
I visited Jack in the box to try the new menu (teriyaki bowl) for lunch, I choose the steak.
actually the taste of the steak and steam veggie is ok, but the rice that I got is undercooked, it still hard in the center so it ruin the taste. so I just leave the rice.
and also when I asked for the hot sauce, the server gave me 2, one is good, but one is opened.

Around 9:30 am on Monday August 27th a Manager working at Jack in the box in Everett, Washington on the corner of 128th and Highway 99 completely disrespected me and 2 other people i was with for absolutely no reason. We sat at the front counter waiting for someone to serve us, after about 10 minutes of waiting a manager, some mexican lady (who refused to give her name) came up to the counter and for no apparent reason whatsoever told us to leave and said that she refused to serve us.
She wouldn't give any reason as to why she wouldn't let us buy any food, and she made us leave. Then she fallowed us outside and refused to give us her name. Then I asked her "why the hell won't you just sell us some food?!" The i pulled out a couple $20 bills and told her "Look i got money, i don't understand why you're treating us like this" and she yelled really loud in the parking lot "yeah, you have money because you're a prostitute"
I'm definitely NOT a prostitute and I definitely would never even consider that as a career option either. I'm honestly seriously offended that she said that and really don't understand what would nake her think i was a prostitute. I actually have a job as a Flagger making really good money and this whole situation was nothing but discrimination. That lady is a horrible person with some seriously bad judgement issues. She was assuming crazy things and i don't even know why. It's discrimination, you can't choose who U will & won't give service to just because you assume bad things or judge someone off their appearance. I seriously can't believe how that lady treated me. And I'm honestly thinking about filing a lawsuit. Nobody deserves to be treated that way and that lady should be fired for being so disrespectful and unprofessional.
unable to buy an extra cup with a large coffee
Store located at 4111 Lindell Blvd. Saint Louis, MO 63108. This morning about 8:00 am I was refused service for a large coffee and extra small cup. Just moved into the area and located across the street from this store. I was surprised at the response to my request and left the store without purchasing the coffee due to the refusal to sell me an additional cup.

I used the drive thru yesterday (8/25/18) around 5:30P.M. in the Davis, CA area. I ordered my food and the manager on duty sounded like it was an inconvenience to be there working. I finished my order and he didn't even give me a total. I drive to the window and instead of getting a greeting or even a total, the lady working the drive-thru simply said "what did you order?" I had to repeat my order and gave her my card. The manager came to the window and asked what I ordered, so I had to tell him (again). After waiting about 5 minutes, the lady asked me to go to the other parking lot. I waited about another 10-15 minutes and saw the other people in the drive-thru get their orders and leave. I decided to go inside and said I wanted a refund. The manager decided he was too busy cleaning the microwave to even acknowledge me. The lady apologized (at least, even though it was a sorry and that was it). I had to wait about another 1-2 minutes for the manager to stop cleaning out the microwave and come over, only after the lady told him I wanted a refund. He had to actually ask me again what my order was to give me a refund, and as I was trying to tell him, he interrupted me and the lady, and didn't even have my order correct ( I never ordered a soda, yet he tried to tell me I did).
Absolutely terrible service, and I won't be back to this Jack in the Box, ever, maybe never eat at a JITB again.

From the beginning of taking the order in the drive thru to the end of the transaction, the person (who later said he was the manager...what a joke) was rude.
When I got rude right back at him, he started making the "what's your problem" noises (think of a teenage girl who's self-entitled and you get the idea). I told him "Sucks when someone is rude to you isn't it?"
He said he didn't think he was being rude and was just doing his job the best that he can. (Cue the entitled teenage brat persona again.) I told him "Being rude is the best you can do? Then don't be surprised when people are rude back to you. Where is your manager?" He said he was the manager. "YOU'RE the manager?" I said. (This guy's uniform t-shirt was too small [guy weighed around 240 or 250], stringy dyed blond hair that he kept pushing back with his hands while HANDLING food and drink. ) "What's your name?" He said "Edward Perkins." He then literally threw the food bag at me.
To top it all off, the order was wrong. No surprise there. Maybe if JIB spent more on training their people instead of marketing and stupid ad campaigns, there would be less of these problems.

It was the first time I've ever been to jack in the box and I'm very disappointed. I ordered a jr hamburger, fries, a drink, and two tacos for $10. As soon as I left the line, I realized I could've gotten a meal with a large burger, fries, and a drink for $7 and then two tacos were $1.25. I had to wait in line to tell them I wanted to switch the hamburger out for the one that comes with fries and the team lead laughed and said no and said I already ordered. I explained to her that I'm paying more to get less and I'm still paying more for the meal, even if we switch the burgers out; as I wasn't asking for a refund and exchange... just a different bigger burger. She still refused and acted annoyed as she didn't want to deal with me anymore, even when I'm talking calmy. Once I gave up and sat down to eat my food, my fries were warm and my tacos were soggy. This is my first experience with your fast food and I don't think I will be going back.

Yesterday I visited your restaurant at 9004 Dyer St in El Paso Txt, I am a frequent visitor there because we loved the food. As of yesterday I will never go back again. I got my food went home and called my kids to come eat. As we sat down to eat everyone grabbed a taco and started eating, at this time everything was fine. My oldest child goes in to grab a second taco and notices something odd. I grabbed it from her and opened it up and what I found next was so incredibly discusting. It was a glove! And it actually looked like someone took the time to fold it in there all nice and neat. I'm so in awe that this would happen. I want something done about this or I am going to make this an even bigger deal than what it already is! The manager at the store wasn't any help at all, he took the fault for it but proceeded to take the good out of my hand and throw it in the lobby trashcan. All he kept saying was to please not blast him on social media, like really!? I am beyond upset and will take action if something isn't done about this !

rude manager/allergy problem
On 8/23/2018 around 1 pm I went to jack in the box located on Hwy 105 in Montgomery Tx. I ordered a #4 with no lettuce and no onion because I am allergic. When I got to the window I asked the lady in a gray shirt who took my credit card for payment to please make sure there was not lettuce or onion. Before I could tell her why she rudely said I am not going to open your sandwich. After she made that statement I told her that I was allergic and I just wanted to make sure. She said again rudely that is what we have on the screen. Actually what was on the screen was pls mayo, plus tomato, plus pickle, extra pickle. I was charged for extra tomato which I didn't get and I only got 1 pickle. She walked away from the window with my bag and my credit card and then said that there was only pickle, mayo, and tomato. If she would have checked my sandwich she would have known the truth. My sandwich had lettuce, onion, ketchup, tomato, mayo, and 1 pickle. I had to throw my sandwich away because I did not get a receipt to return my burger. I am really pissed. I am a general manager of a restaurant and there is no way I would treat my customers in this manner. Customers make your business. All customers should be treated with respect. Every customer is special and should be treated as such.

I am a regular customer at the location 11303 Washington Blvd, Whittier, .ca 90606.
I noticed that for the past month or so the manager Juan has been short of staff.
The bathrooms are disgusting. Homeless people coming in and using the restroom as if they were there homes.
Now yesterday I has enough of what I have been witnessing these past few weeks.
Yesterday he has 1.. just 1 young lady (Liliana) I saw her name tag. She was taking orders in drive they, the front and packaging the orders.
I was sitting in the lobby and observing her.
No one was helping her!
I was there for a long time and took note of this.
Where was the manager?.
Where were her coworkers.
There should be 2 employees at least at the front and 2 in drive thru.
This young lady looked overwhelmed and yet managed to smile at her customers.
She was kind and would ask them to please wait sonthat she could attend to the customer waiting in the front.
You need to send to out a supervisor to review how Juan is conducting his store.
It is very unprofessional.
One time I came through drive thru and he didn't even welcome me or smile he just wanted to hurry me through.
I don't even understand his English.
I say this with respect.
He needs to clean up that store.
Hire more employees.
I believe that it is illegal to be so under staffed and abuse of these young employees.
I will continue to go to this Jack in the box expecting to see quick, effective change.

employees closing the restaurant to leave for their break
When we arrived the doors were locked and no sign was posted, after waiting for about five minutes we decided to leave. As we were pulling out of the parking lot we saw 2 employees get out of a car and unlock the door as we were pulling away. It seemed like they were waiting for us to leave but I cannot say for certain. It was during lunch hour and it seems alot of business was lost because of the employees locking the doors
