breakfast sandwich had whole egg shell in my sandwich
I went to the drive thru and purchased a breakfast comb meal. As I arrive to work to eat my breakfast I started to bite into the sandwich and I was crunching! I looked at my sandwich and there was egg shells in it. I am very upset! I could of scratched my throat with the hard egg shells. I complained to the manager and she refunded my money. I will not eat breakfast at Jack in the Box anymore! That was so Gross!
multiple order mess ups
I am a little pissed just ordered a burger with extra onions from location 92703 and there was no patty just buns and sauce... The last time I went to location 92655 and ordered a burger with extra onions and I got a burger with no onions or sauce just meat and bread. These are pretty big mess ups and I don't know if its training or policy or what but i'm about done with you. Your hiring some pretty incompetent people...
racist slur
I came to this restaurant on june 16th, 2018. I was in the drive through waiting to give my order, but I heard a female on the speaker telling me to hold on. I told her alright. She came on a second time, and asked me to hold on again. I didn't mind the wait. It was about a seven minute wait. The third time a male got on the speaker and told me that it was temporarily closed. I wouldn't have minded if they told me the first time that it was closed. I get to the window, and asked them what was going on? I said the female said to hold on and now you are saying it's closed. He continued to say that I was wrong and that she said that they were closed. I then asked who the manager was, and what their store number was? But he gave me all kinds of attitude! Telling me to go look it up in the internet! He said he didn't hab e a pen to write it down! He said i'm not his boss so he doesn't need to do what I say. But that is not the real problem. He called me a racist slur! He called me the "n word"! Not once, but twice! I recorded him also. I confronted him about, and he said he had anger issues! So that gives him a right to say it, I guess. I tried to call to make a complaint at their store. I made several calls, and I left three messages with their shift managers for the store manager to call me back, but I have heard nothing back at all. I guess I call corporate on monday, when they open up. This person name is melvin, or that was what he told me. I wish I can post a video of him saying what he said. I hope this review helps. sauced and loaded fries
What is there to say? I order the sauced and loaded fries with chicken and only one piece of chicken about 1 inch long was in the box! Plenty of cheese and guacamole but just one little bit piece of chicken!... What a rip off! I am considering calling the better business bureau and file a complaint.

terrible service
I pulled up to the pay window and was gretied by an employee running up and screaming "Are you the one who's [censored] messaging me". I hadn't seen this woman before and I was just suprised and the absolute lack of respect for a guest at this establishment. After I tell her no I haven't been messaging her she storms off and another employee steps in to apologize for her behivor, but im appalled at the actions taken all she got was a slap on the wrist for swearing at and accusing me of actions I had not done. I belive severe actions should be taken and I will not be returning to a jack in the box till they have been punished or fired this was absolutely appalling and beyond unprofessional. we ordered meals to go 6/17/2018
We went through the drive thru to get a meal for me and my wife. The bacon and cheddar potato wedges weren't heated up right. They where hard the ultimate bacon cheese buger had no bacon. The monster tacos where ruined not even a taco. Took photos the tacos and carne asada fries they would have been good. But had no meat or cheese lots of fries. We eat at this jack n box offten. Not happy

We pulled up to the jack with a full truck of hungry people and ordered. We were laughing a bit and having fun but they got mad at us. They lied about not having cream soda and proceeded to lie once we got to the window. We got to the window and the lady at the front told us the cook walked out... we could see her. Then we asked for a manager and she refused us service.
summer floats
The service agents during night always have excuses to not to provide new summer floats.
Been there twice in this week but they never have ice cream or they just cleaned there utensils, this type of excuses are given to us.
Over the top of it they are billing us for the soda but are not providing cups for that.
Being a regular customer from past 2years it's really hindering.

My family and I had waited in the drive thru for at least fifteen minutes after we had ordered our food. We get to window and sit another seven minutes as we all watch the staff argue with each other. Finally they hand us drinks that have no ice and they are almost hot not just warm but hot. They come back to the window to hand us the food, we ask why there is no ice in the drink their response was but cause the ice has been out for months. At this point I'm pretty aggravated with the situation it's hot outside and if true that they don't and haven't had ice for that long then shame on this franchise or Corporation which ever it is. I also found it odd that as napkins we got a wad of brown papper towels. Either or they both come with deep pockets and should come as a priority to fix such equipment to at least give something satisfying to a customer's visit. The thoughts that come mind are no ice, ok I can somewhat understand but why is the liquid so hot, why are they not in the cooler. then I think do the coolers work or their freezers, what about my food was it cool before they cooked it, was it at the correct storage temp. Who knows but if they are having that much trouble a health inspector or even a regional manager should probably check the place out they might need to shut the door till they can have a fully operational restaurant back. And by the way this Jack in the Box is located in Rock Hill South Carolina on Heckle Boulevard and this occurred around 9 p.m. June 14th 2018

I drove into the Slabtown Jack in the Box in Portland Oregon (2260 NW Wilson St, Portland, OR 97210) at approximately 2:38:11 AM. The Late Night Supervisor (Gaby) who's name is on my receipt, was the employee who took in my order. When giving my order to Gaby I repeated the order once over to ensure that it was computed correctly. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I receipt my order as it reads:

Thereafter checking with Gaby to ask if my order was complete, Gaby stared back at me and told me I needed to move forward and go, as there were other customers behind her. Privy to my being rushed through the drive-through Gaby had forgotten multiple items within my order. I discovered this nearly 5 miles out to drop off the order. I had to turn around and drive back to the location with cold food and ended up having to ask Gaby to redo some of the contents of my order with the drink included which she left out. Gaby's response however, was most alarming. She suggested that I 'exaggerated what was wrong with my order and caused her to yell at her employee.' Which in turn made me feel horrible for the employee. I ended up apologizing directly to the employee for her, due to her belligerence. Finally out of frustration I went up to the window and asked for my receipt back from Gaby as she had initially tried to keep it to possibly dispose of it. This is something that no customer should have to do when it's their order that has been messed up by the fault of the supervisor's cursory job performance. I'm somewhat at a loss. I cannot fathom how Jack in the Box is allowing Superviosr's to run their restaurants this way. To make matter's worse when I attempted to contact the regional DM his number goes straight to voicemail: [protected]. I am saddened with disappointment and still horrified in disbelief today. I appreciate Jack in the Box contact me promptly in order to compensate and rectify the matter.

Ordered Breakfast at 3pm paid around $4 and waited 20 min for them to say the grill was broken... I was compensated w a $1 chicken sandwich ... I have paid money for terrible service .. I waited way to month for any of the employees to finally say that they couldn t make the food. This is a common occurrence at this restraunt they are always messing up orders.
it was bad customer service and my food wasn't great
On Sunday or monday last week I ordered at jack in the box and I asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 burritos. I had to go back because the eggs on all my food was not cooked right and the meat and eggs weren't fresh. I then asked if they could remake the burgers and they had really bad attitudes so I asked for a refund and the manager Mira wasn't really being polite neither was the employee at the cash register. I was as respectful about the situation as I could please and thanks get back to me as soon as you can thanks again.

My husband and I went to Jack in the box store # 141 at Bonnie View Rd, Dallas Texas.
We ordered food, drink and a cup of water at the drive thru menu. When we got to the window. A very very large white or Hispanic male employee at the window, according to the receipt named Chela, was very rude and seemed to be angry. When he charged us and requested payment he was very rude. My husband gave him his credit card. The male employee never smiled nor thanked him. My husband requested strawberry jelly. The male repeated my husband request for strawberry jelly. My husband confirmed. The male employee practically threw grape jelly toward my husband's out reached hand and most of it fell on the ground. My husband confirmed with me that he asked for strawberry at the same time that I told my husband he was given grape jelly instead. My husband handed it back to the male employee. The employee threw it into a corner by the widow and dropped 2 packets into my husband's hand very rudely, again more of a toss. My husband asked for the cup of water we ordered at the menu. The male employee looked at my husband and said you should have ordered it in the back! Extremely annoyed and rude! The male employee then quickly shut the window in the middle of my husband's response. He was telling he that we did order it in the back. He opened the window and gave a cup of water to my husband with a huge frown and angry look on his face. He then handed him a straw that was in a brown stained wrapper. To top it all off I forgot to tell my husband that we needed to go to the bank and withdraw money. I did not remember until we got home. He was still angry at Chela that he slapped me across the face and told me that I was stupid. I then started crying and he told me to shut up and that I was a big baby.

Ok, six month ago I was treated wrong and really disrespectful. At that time I was working for Uber. I went in to the restrooms for fixing my prosthetic I don't have a right leg. I simply wanted to fix my fit that's all. But unfortunately the employee at the harbor location in down town San Diego. Ok, well" the problem is that they all gang up and they all started to kick the door I was in the middle of fixing my fit when all of the kicking started, did my best to fix it fast so that I can see who was kicking the door I almost fell down just to put my fit in a fast paced. Unfortunately couldn't see anyone at the time I can't out. There was the manger of the restaurant present and the workers they were all laughing and enjoying the situation. It's sad to be bully around. I called this number the [protected] and simply told this young lady that because of that situation that had happened to that was given a treat as what had happened, now, I lost that email meal that was given to me, I ask the young lady that it was given to me by Aussie what had happened to. She hung up just like that, if I would wanted to sue the company I could of. But I had rather speak to someone about the situation. I lost my email for this free meal Jack in the box gave it to so that when ever I needed to use it than I could use it. Please let me know if my treat is not valued any more, or if I can get it back, it's was stored in my email.

lack of customer service
Went through the drive thru to order an ultimate breakfast combo with coffee and 2 breakfast jacks at store #8445. When my Oder came, I DID NOT get any of what I ordered. However, I Was charged $9.21 for 2 supreme croissants. I told the manager that my order was not correct and was told by manager "oh well". I said even commercials advertise the supreme croissants for 2 for $4. Manager said I can charge what ever I want. If you don't like it you can go somewhere else. This is the worst service I have EVER received! I never did get the coffee and my order was not corrected. I was told "take what is there and just go away!" I want to know What are you going to do to fix this? If you don't do anything then I will pass along to everyone I know what your lack of business practices are at this location and will boycott your business.Fix it now or I will also be contacting the BBB to report you.
butter burger meals
Live in Seguin tx. And went on or about 12:35 Saturday morning, 5-26-18, buying 2 butter flavored meals and onion rings which I ate. I ate 1 order of french fries at or about 6:30 Saturday am. Went to sleep at 7:20 am waking up on or about 3:30 in the afternoon. Had acute stomach pain, tried to drink some water only to feel nauseated. I did vomit a few minutes later, abdominal pain still remained and was acute; I noticed my stomach felt and looked bloated. I figured in a few hours my stomach would process the food I ate and everything would be fine. Sipped on some chamomille and ginger tea about 2 oz.; so I waited Saurday afternoon til Sunday 1am and nothing. No bowel movement only acute abdominal pain and nausea and now I notice I'm getting chills. On or about 1:45 Sunday morning I took a laxative at approximately 7:20am Monday there was a bowel movement. Some relief was felt but the stomach pain though not acute was still present. I thought my stomach was just sore. I did not eat anything Saturday afternoon, Sunday, started taking boost on Monday, Tuesday, Wednsday 1:30 am for lunch. Keep in mind that I had to work Monday and Tuesday and I cannot describe in words the pain and suffering I went through since my work involves being on your feet and constant walking, stooping, lifting. Today, Wednesday came home cooked some eggs, onions, corn tortillas washed it down with a sprite and figured if I'm not better then I'll see the doctor and they can take it from there. Woke up 4.5 hours later had a bowel movement little to no abdominal pain. Went back to sleep, earlier days was only sleeping 2.5 hours a day because of the abdominal pain. I'm reading the desireable resolution and I have no idea what would be fair especially after going through 4 days of pain and suffering, thinking maybe something else is wrong. That being said I leave it in your hands, I'm only telling you what happened to me.

Hello on 5/27/2018 at around 3:45pm I went to Jack in the box at 645 South Main Street in Salinas California. After I received my family's food and went home I bit into ome of the breakfast jacks and felt something cut the roof of my mouth. I than opened the sandwhich to find a bunch of egg shells. This is ridiculous you would think a employee would have the decency to provide customers with a meal they would serve their own family. This could have been so much worse if any of the kids had choked on a egg shell. I am very disappointed because I assumed JIB cared for its customers. I want my full refund and something needs to happen to prevent stupid things like this from happening.
the staff was mean to me
I went jack in the box today around 7 pm today and I tried to use a meal voucher from delta. the flight was dayled for five hours so the airline give me the food voucher. the staff told me to wait for her manager. the staff was not friendly but they were ok. the manager was really mean. I dont know if she was mean to me because I use voucher or she just having a bad day. but either way it's not right to treat me like that. I feel so bad that I didnt want to go back to get her name. they were laugh at me and talk about me in front of me.

This is the second time I went to the location at 1500 University fort worth Texas. The service was horrible. I believe the same manager was on duty both times. I only come to Jack In The Box when when I have my client that stays in the area. The first visit was on Fri May.11 around 3:30-4 o clock. The drive thru line was ridiculously long. Some light skin Lady that appeared to be the manager was outside talking and playing with some male the whole time. When I'm sure she was getting paid to take care of customers and that was not happening. I visited this location again on Sat May 26 about 2:45pm I came through the drive through again and I was very concerned as I waited in line about 7 minutes I ordered 2jr jacks and a large fresh fry
The fries were not fresh and the sandwiches were sloppy as I'm paying for my food. I asked for a reciept sje seem to be havung a hard time so I said dont worry about it. some lady I believe her name tag said Helen was right behind the cashier on the phone cursing, screaming using the N!?!@ and B!?# word with no regards to the customers inside or out. It was ridiculous I will never be back! I can't help but wonder where was the manager? And are the cashiers being dishonest pocketing customers money since theynarent passing out reciepts...I am disappointed tjat jack in the box tolerates that kind of behavior in front of guest. After returning to work I called the store asked for a manager the lady who answered the phone said she not in and hung up before I could ask my next question. So I called back and asked when would a manager be available she said Damn at 6 and hung up again. I called that store from 3pm-6pm when I got off of work and the line was busy as if they had taken the phone off the hook. That is completely unacceptable... Your employees including management need the proper actions taking over this behavior
