I come to the Jack in the box location on Del Paso rd in Natomas Sacramento California everyday if not 2 to 3 times a day and the experience I just had with the manager really pissed me off. This gentleman is extremely rude no manners what so ever. There is an electrical outlet at one of the tables that I use to charge my cell phone. never have I in a year been spoken to so rudely I was told to unplug my phone I asked why and he stuck his nose in the air and didn't answer me I asked him again what the problem was he responded in a rude tone tone to unplug my phone eventually he told me for safety reasons. Well let me tell you you have no sign posted saying not to use the outlets I have been a loyal customer to this location for well over a year and some of the most I'll mannered rude employees I have come across. The name of this manager is Raul and I am not the first person that has had a problem with him. If something is not done about this incident then I will have to take further steps. I am appalled that Jack in the box still employs this individual and even allows this flippant attitude. I come 2 to 3 times a day and until this issue is resolved I will not be coming in.
I am complaining about management getting upset over coupon usage.
The managers were getting upset because I used my coupon to get a free combo meal, after I got my meal I over heard one of the managers talking to the other how they were upset that my family and I used it and when he was how many were being used he made a facial expression, that seemed upset, they messed two of our orders and got rude when I asked for sauce.

The last 3 times I have been here were horrible. I have been going to the Federal Way location on 336th street. Last week I ordered a 3 taco bundle and a value fry, should have been $4.29. The guy in drive through said if he rang it up as a combo it would save me money. It was $4.99 and I didn't catch it till I drove away. I came back last Thursday and made the same order. Same guy, this time he rang it up as a combo without asking so I made him change it. No receipt offered so I couldn't do the survey. Today I went inside at 8 am and the bathroom was filthy. No TP, garbage everywhere, paper towels plugging the toilet. I complained before I ordered and again didn't give me the receipt. I won't be back.

This was the second time within 5 days, 1st time I went, waited in drive thru for 5 minutes and then a person comes saying they be able to serve me for 15 or 20 minutes. Mind you you all we're open! Yesterday, I go waited again in drivethru for a few nobody came to the speaker. I proceed to drive up to the window, honk my horn, guy comes to the window says he's only the cook that I couldn't be served because there was no cashier. SERIOUSLY? This location needs new management or something. Very very disappointed.

I went to the Jack-in-the-Box number 763 it's on Main Street in Grand Prairie Texas 75050 I have my receipt here it was at 10:39 p.m. on a Saturday May 19th 2018 I was on the drive-thru first. And I was ordering two orders and the girl that was on drive-thru with a mic was very disrespectful her name was Hayden she is Hispanic young girl probably between the age of 15 and 18 years old with glasses I wasn't even finish with the first order on the drive-thru when she said are you done and I said no. I told her I was getting off because she was very rude. She stated to me go ahead come inside I'll be waiting. When I walk inside I tell her she needs better customer service Plus morals and values. I told her I was calling corporate office on her. she said go ahead. She needs to be either written up or fired. That customer service that she has will make a lot of customers very angry. Every time I go there the food is overcooked and hard there's no sauce on any sandwiches that I've ordered and the fries look at the sky Steen with the black stuff from the Greaser. They need to learn how to make food since that is their job. The Jack-in-the-Box I am talking about is located at 2955 North Chester Avenue Bakersfield California 93308. The employees there are very rude and give me nasty looks for no good reason and I am a hard-working citizen. I have worked in fast food customer service for a very long time and I have never treated my customers like that. Something needs to be done with that store.

Went threw drive threw only car in it got to the window notice my bill was less then usual ask cashier could she reread my order gave me the receipt told me read it myself I left got two blocks away notice all food wasn't in the turned around went in inside she threw the box on the counter and said her ask for a manager she replied why you complaining it was on 10 dollars and began cussing and threatening manager could not control here at all and another employee said call and tell nothing gone happen and laughed

I had orderd a new cholula fries, a jack burger and a sourdough jack an a regular fry. All food was ice cold none of the buns had been toasted
I did not get a receipt so i could not take it back . This is completely unacceptable. Sorry but when i order food i expect it to be hot an fresh, an get a recept. I feel as though i may never eat at this location again. We were very disappointed because i bought this for my husbands dinner after a 12 hour shift.

May 18, 2018 around 7pm I ordered food in drive thru! Every time I go to this store it's always something I ordered a number 2 which is a buttery jack with extra sauce it's dry the entire sandwich is dry! I ordered bacon cheddar wedges it's like 3 drops of cheese on it! My 3 year old was ordered kids chicken nuggets with regular fries chicken in areas was hard! I'm not expecting everything to be perfect but when I pay $15.00 worth of food and don't get it it's a problem especially when this is on going every time I go back! I went with my wife this morning to purchase some croissants thru the drive thru... There was this very rude person in the drive thru window that was taking my order... I asked for a #21 and #22 and she repeated my order before I paid. She had gotten my order wrong so I told her what my order was she gave me my wrong order and didn't give me a receipt so I could check my order... While she is handling my food she is wearing jewelry items on her fingers and gold bracelet which is very unsanitary for working at a food restaurant... I get off and go inside the store to return my wrong croissant and the lady from the counter is going to refund the order and charge me the right one and the same girl I think her name is jazmin as far as the receipt says she tells the cashier not to refund it because the one I want is more expensive then the one she gave me which is wrong she gave me the #26 and I wanted the #21 well the money is the least of my worries I would have paid if there was a difference just the fact that her attitude was very rude and didn't want to give me a receipt.. I buy from jack in the box all the time and I will no longer visit anothet jack in the box again! You have very unsanitary employees and rude employees working for this company! You just lost a very good customer!

I was hired in January two years ago and I was supposed to be trained on the job not be on probation. I learned the point of sale machines and I was just struggling with it without my manager standing behind my back. Then she told me how come I was not getting it usually girls get it in a week. That's not true it actually takes them quite a bit of time to get the machines of point of sale depending how many menu items there are. She didn't explain the combos either, the employees there had to. I finally get it after to weeks and she fires me for unsatisfactory work. There were other new people hired and not getting the point of sales transaction why did she single out me? I am disabled and I was really working hard.
poor customer service skills
Hi I went into Jack in the box today that's located in Houston Texas at 3402 Mangum Rd and was poorly treated. I have been into this location once before about 5-6 months ago and received poor customer service. I thought I'd give it another try today but the service ended up being the same actually worse. Now I work in retail pharmacy so I understand it can get busy. I first stepped into a line waited about 10 minutes in the line without one person being acknowledged. I know it's busy sometimes but if you just acknowledge the customer there would be no problem. Soon the whole line left and I ended up staying just to give the benefit of the doubt. I waited ten more minutes of just workers passing by looking straight at me and not even saying "I'll be right with you" or a simple "hi". After the (about 20 minutes) I waited I just ended up asking for the manager, in which I was told she wasn't even in the building. After that that's when I just asked for corporates number and the worker had gotten rude and tossed the paper with the number on the counter. He didn't want to give me his name but I did catch one of the other workers names which was Ruby along with the manager Margarita. I love eating at jack in the box but these people at this location are making it very hard for me to even consider even going to any Jack In the box. I would like for some action to be taken towards his attitude because he was the same guy who took care of me the first time in which I decided to not even come back. The customer service was so bad i just don't understand how people even get hired acting the way he acted with me. There was absolutely no smiles or anything from the workers there. When I asked for corporates number he had first said he doesn't know it, then he said he didn't have it then when asked for his name he said "you don't need my name it's not your business" so I just ended up looking up information on google. I wish I got his name but it was 5/5/2018 around 2:20-2:40 the time of my visit. I'd like to receive a call also if needed. I do love and enjoy jack in the box but he just makes me not even want to spend my money here. It's very sad when you expect to get treated well at a nice place but end up losing your appetite because of people who don't like their job.

The Jack n the Box located at 10460 Page Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132. #[protected]. On 04/27/18 at midnight and 05/04/18 at 10pm went to the drive thru sat and waited, sat and waited, saying hello anyone there. Not a sound could see people inside. NOTHING. Saw people outside in the parking lot on 05/04/18 don't know if they worked there or not. I called and asked to speak to the manager and a male (could barely understand him) said "What u want" I just hung up, I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere. So they could answer the phone but not the drive thru. This store is a problem, the workers don't care (evening shift), the food is so sloppy (evening shift) and they are straight up rude (evening shift). They think they deserve 15 dollars an hour, for what NOT DOING YOUR JOB. If you don't like your job get another one. Or do they feel like [censored] should be handed to them? Just close this location or get a crew that cares. I am tired of it.
bacon swiss buttery burger, regular fries, curly fries, chicken fajita pita and shakes
We went to our favorite fast food on 5/3/18 at 4:42am. We like the fact it's 24 hours and it's not busy at this time so we know our stuff will be fresh. The burger was hard and stale and tasted like it had been under the heating lamp for two hours. The fajita pita was rubbery and cold and the chicken was crusty around the edges. Both of our fries were cold and my curly fries were almost as hard as a rock. They were unable to serve us shakes for reasons they did not tell us which is why we were originally going there. This was the worst Jack in the box experience we've ever had if not the worst fast food experience we've had in a long time. Unfortunately I'm not sure how long it'll take to get that horrible experience out of our mouths but we will definitely be going elsewhere for awhile. Very very disappointing. $20 a meal is not chump change to us and when we treat ourselves we don't expect a five star experience but this was just sheet lazyness and lack of pride. I hope you can get things turned around over there. Thank you for your time.

I just want to let yall know that The Jack In The Box that is located on 328 W. University in Denton, Tx has the worst customer service. When I go through the drive thru they are always asking me to park in the back of the restaurant to get my food because they are on a timer and need to get the food out fast. And when they have me park in the back they always have my order wrong. It's always missing food and then I have to go back around the drive thru or park and go inside just to get my order right. I understand that during the busy times they need time to get food prepared but having to park in the back for 1 burger and 1 med fri and 1 med drink is ridiculous, and on top of that they get the order wrong. There have been more than 5 times where I get home and my order is wrong and when I try and call them the phone rings and rings and no one answers. This isn't the only complain that I have but there have been too many to count and keep track of. I also understand that not every person is a good worker but everytime that I go through there, there is always new people making the orders. In the past month I have seen at least more than 10 or 15 people come to the window or see the people who are cooking my food. I think that this location just needs a firm hand and good people to run the restaurant. They get good business but it doesn't count if more than half have wrong orders or have to wait for 10 minutes in the back just to get a regular order.
I love Jack and so does my family, but it has been a month or more since I've been there. I just don't like to wait in the back of the restaurant for my order and I don't like getting home and realizing that I having my order wrong. Please fix the management.

I purchased food at jack n box on Garey n Rio rachano purchase about 32$ of food it was 1045 pm n the order was all wrong n gave me food I did not even order was not happy n I could not turn back to take it was late tired from work n kids were hungry I will not go their again paid 32$ for food that was not even wat I order n gave me food that was not even 32$ worth I work hard for my money n to go through that really was a bad experience

I cancelled my door-dash account because I can't get a correct order from jack-in-the box @366 bayshore blvd, in San Francisco. This is a pervassive problem that should be addressed immediatley. Short-order cooks at that location routinely make the most elemantary, inexplicable, inexcusable mistakes there are to be made. In my opinion, this type of work is too simple, for these type of mistakes to occcur at the rate they do. It seems as if the english language is being read, and spoken inadequately per employee. I don't see how, or where that benefits paying customers. This is a widespread problem across fast-food that needs to be eradicated. I've seen cashiers clueless to their own restaurant's menu, poorly trained cashiers who frequently request assistance while delaying overall service, and cashiers devoid of customer edicate or decorum. Quite frankly, this angers me deeply. Love to see some real change. I love Jack-in-the box food.

I am there I just barely got hired with 3 days out of a week with no training whatsoever and they expect me to learn how to make hamburgers like from the night too the morning they just only put me on fire and expect me when employee takes their brakes they expect me to take over them with no teaching or experience over any type of product or meal I've been getting 3 days 6 every two weeks now 2 a week equals 4 management harasses and talks filthy to grow employees and does what he wants
