I came to the KFC on 50th and the interstate in Lubbock Texas for lunch I ordered a honey mustard chicken little combo they said they didn't do that I said y'all don't have honey mustard chicken little I get them here all the times he said no we cannot do that so I settled for a double crunch combo instead there was hardly any mayo on it so I had to ask for a side of mayo in the middle of my Sandwhich I look towards the front counter and what do I see a big sign that's says try one of are chicken little's in honey mustard BBQ or hot... I don't understand why I wasn't able to get a honey mustard chicken little but they were advertising them it the customer service could have been better it seemed like the workers were upset about something

I hade an awefull experience on ur branche in bin omran(in front off ahly hospital)wich i will never forget and wich i will tell about to all my friends and my costumers i ordred at 9:53pm 10:20pm my order was not even start to process second thing i called the cx service they did not been helpfull and when i asked to get refund i got my money with not even a single apologies i felt like i came to begg something from kfc i will never forget this thing and i will also tell it to people as its the worst thing i lived thanks kfc really thanks

I stay less than 10 minutes away from KFC and agreed to their 45 mins delivery time as I'm unable to drive. Yet 1Hour 15minutes later they were unable to deliver.
On another occasion they delivered late yet again over the 45min given time & forgot part of the order. When we called the delivery center and asked for a refund the driver came back &forcefully asked to take the food which we did not want any longer, spoke extremely rudely & unprofessional.
On several occasions I have noticed for a take away order even, customers need to stand and check their orders in their bags as employees forget to put part of the order in the bag. I have found some of the staff to even be rude over the counter.
I think the Bahrain KFC management team is handling this very poorly all together.
The best part is im actually having my Mcdonalds meal that I ordered 15mins ago & has already arrived while I'm typing this.
Sorry KFC but you need to look into this before you drive all your customers else where.
I have experienced a disgusting service at kfc 30 mins ago
Today 24th March 2018, I visited KFC, western cape bellville the bellstar branch. I was in a line ready to order having my card in my hand, it was not full I did not stand for more than 30minutes. It was mu turn after a customer moved away. from Monique (cashier), I approached her and she was busy with Zimkhitha (chashier) exchanging change, waited for her to be done, while waiting Zimkhitha called a customer behind me and I asked "what about me.." she said card is not working... first of all there was no sign informing us as customers. Nevertheless I went to withdraw cash and I came, the same gentleman that was behind me queried to Monique why they did not inform us... Monique with a stinky attitude and lies she said she was not there, I reminded her and she began to be rude and walked away then I called her and she called a supervisor... forgot her name and she did absolutely nothing, had no answer when asked why there is no sign... only to find Monique's till is working right she had no issues with card... I am so disappointed with way the deal with customers, we spend money in this franchise we donate 2rands is this the THANK YOU we get?

I went to the KFC on Western Avenue in Knoxville Tennessee and I was waiting to place my order at the drive thru for 20 to 30 minutes. After that wait I placed A small order proceeded to window to pay and then I was ask to move forward to wait for my food, which took another 20 minutes, when I called back to speak to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do. Will never go to this KF again and will tell other people about my experience at this KFC

I am a senior and receive ads in my mail weekly. Last week the KFC ad came out and I cut out a coupon. Today I went to the closest KFC to my house and the employee would not honor it, saying I didn't get it here. I most certainly did! It came in my mailbox and doesn't expire until 4/30/18. She said they were not a participating KFC and if it wasn't in her register she couldn't honor it. This is completely insane! What a waste of time. I wish I had gotten her name because she was VERY rude! Why would I receive coupons locally that are not accepted locally? I used to eat at KFC frequently, but am on a limited income. Pretty sure that Churches honor their coupons. I suppose I will get my chicken elsewhere. I am one very disappointed consumer.

I visited the KFC in Plattsburgh NY on March 20th 2018. I bought 2 family fill up buckets, one for me and my husband and one for my son and his girlfriend. I live an hour away, not thinking I had to inspect my chicken, I was on my way. My son came and picked his food up, he lives next door and my husband and I sat down to eat ours. Within minutes my son called kind of in a panic and said I wouldn't believe what he had found in his chicken, he came back over to show me and it was a brain 🧠, a chicken brain in his bucket of chicken! I had to google what one would look like and to my surprise it was identical to what he found. I called the restaurant immediately to speak to the manager, being very careful about what he said after I told him our dilemma, he told me it was most likely skin! I don't think so! I emailed corporate but never received a response! Very disappointed, disgusted customer! I want a full refund and an explanation, the manager offered me a complimentary dinner, hell no my KFC days are over! I will most certainly tell my friends and family about this, luckily I have several pictures and even kept the brain! So beware when you bite into your chicken! The manager also told me that some people eat chicken brain and that it's not harmful, umm ok but it's not what I ordered! The whole restaurant chain should be ashamed of some of the complaints I've read, only shows their only in it for the money! Not a happy customer!

Visited the Plattsburgh NY KFC tonight which we usually avoid due to what we hear. After a very long day in the emergency room cooking dinner was not on my to do list. I ran in ordered my food. As I waited I looked around the place was filthy_ tables dirty rest room I went to use while I waited that was worse then the sub way stations in NYC ..pee everywhere no soap garbage ect..

I was offered a job at a KFC/taco Bell in kansas city, mo. The manager had basically already told me when we had our interview that he basically didn't want to hire me because I stayed too far. He sent me a link for w2 information but the link wasn't working properly. I told him that and he said he would work on it. Through the process I had to give him my password and account information. I finally get things filled out and he ask for me to come in two days later for orientation meanwhile I did. When I walked in I was never told anything and was sitting a hour and half so I ask the cook well what's going on why iam I just sitting? And he didn't say anything back so I told him that I had another job to be at by a certain time so he let me go. He told me to cum back the next morning at the same time and I did but nobody was even around I spent 15min outside looking for sum body wasn't nobody around so I left. I called the general manager and told him what went on and he kept saying that I didn't never show or whatever. But that store has several cameras. So nothing was further said about my employment with this company. So I would like to file a discrimination complaint towards this store and the general manager because things were very unprofessional and I was given the run around. He also had me take a picture of my id and social security card off of my cell phone and send it to him.. but I was never contacted further about any job.

I was discriminated against because I came in for the interview 20 minutes late. if you knew ow to read you would see this, and you are wong state capitals should not e used in capitals. only sate should be in capitals and you were wrong, it is spelled cum not come. But i was discriminated against because i came in 20 minutes late for the interview. The cameras can see thiss. the manager said that he was ready for me on time. But he did not return 20 minutes later and said i was not there. I was, only I came 20 minutes later because I was playing WOW online and lost track of time.

I have been to our local KFC several times in the past year. each and every time there was something wrong, I have waited over an hour for food to be cooked because it's dinnertime and they have no chicken. How do you not have chicken at 6 pm? This has happened multiple times to the point it got irritating. The last time, the manager gave me the phone number to call in my order ahead of time so it would be ready when I got there, so today I did that. Ordered my chicken at 5:45 pm. They told me it would be ready in 25 minutes. I got there at 6:45 giving them an entire hour to have it ready, I figured I'd grab it and go, instead what I got was an apology that it's not ready... What? So it's 7:30 when I finally get my food, get home and no biscuits... are you kidding me? So I call, and they ask me when I want them? Ummmm with my dinner would have been good. I just spent almost 30 dollars and I don't have biscuits? Of course, as I watch them, they're eating and drinking while working, popping food in their mouths while they're bagging and plating people's food. Seriously? I've gotten buckets of chicken and either don't have all my sides, or the gravy is spilled all over the bag. I'm done. This is ridiculous and saying, when do you want your biscuits after I waited an hour and forty five minutes to get my food was the last straw for me... this is the worst customer service I've ever seen and it keeps getting worse and worse.

Since Christmas 2017, I have visited the above outlet 8 times. Apart from the time when they could not supply chicken, the other times they could not even supply coffee.
3 times we were told that the machines had broken down (over a 1 month period), today we were told they couldn't supply coffee as they had no milk.
Used to be my favourite outlet but I will not be using KFC again.

I went into a kfc restaurant where I usually go. I had the worse experience of my life. First of all i'm a counselor and I work children 24/7 all day everyday. I went into kfc and was purchasing chicken along with biscuits macaroni etc... The lady at the front register had the worst attitude ever like if I was bothering her. Second of all like I said I work with all children we usually go to church's and hang out there to keep them off the street. So I had my tax exempt she said they can't accept that every kfc I went into accepts it. I finally got my chicken after 1 hour of waiting. I look at all my food when I get home and this is how my biscuits look. Maybe because she had her son at work with her. While i'm trying to place my order her son is bothering her for something to drink. I called store manager and he said he will send me a coupon sort of thing to get my whole meal free. But when? It's going to be a month!. The store manager use to be remy and he was the nicest thing there always had the restaurant together. My daughter got hired at the a Hammond KFC, she had her first day on March 17th. A manager by the name of Sharon I don't know her last name was the manager on duty. My daughter asked Sharon for her next day of work the manager told my daughter after you take those FAKE nails off I will tell you when you can come back. My daughter doesn't have FAKE nails and she told Sharon the manager that they weren't FAKE and then manager said did GOD give you those nails and my daughter said yes so Sharon said WHO'S LYING ME OR YOU. She basically called my daughter a Lier and she don't even know my daughter to say that to her. Sharon also told her that her nails should look beat up like hers. If she thought my daughters nails were too long in which they aren't but there is a way that managers should talk to their employees no matter their age. Being a parent I didn't appreciate her talking to my daughter that way and it really hurt her feeling. I have raised my child to respect her elders and she should also get respect. My daughter will be returning her uniform on tomorrow because this manager was TOTALLY OUT OF LINE.
apple turnover 'explosion'
On March 15th, 2018 at 5:11 p.m. my wife and I arrived at the KFC on Rte22 East in Bridgewater NJ. After finishing our dinner, we ordered two apple turnovers, We opened and began to eat them. After taking a second bite out of mine, it literally 'blew up' and gave me a second degree burn on my lower lip and upper chin. You might consider perforating these items and putting some kind of warning on the packaging, other than 'Fresh Baked', which obviously they are not. They are microwaved at the time of sale. Very upset with entire situation. We frequently eat a KFCs and this experience has dampened our enthusiasm for your products.
aftertaste in food
There is a chemical taste in the food. Could be from storing food in warmer in styrofoam containers or could be something wrong with the burners in the warmer unit itself. We bought a 16 pc bucket with 4 large sides and a popcorn chicken share bucket. The only sides that have no chemical taste are the biscuits and the coleslaw.
I don't understand why the food (mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, etc.) are stored in styrofoam containers all day in the warmer anyway, what happened to dishing out fresh sides per order? When I worked there the sides were done per order, not in bulk and stored in a warmer.
I would highly recommend having the unit checked for faulty pilot burners or chemical residues from the styrofoam containers before customers really get sick.

This is unacceptable look at this mess suppose to be two legs I beg to differ it look like two chicken nuggets I was very disappointed. I know legs don't need to be very big but this size is too small even the wings at times are tiny my suggestion would be give a extra piece to make up for the smallness...Quality and Quantity is very important I am not satisfied at all.

On March 18 @ 8pm I was first inline at drive thru. After ordering and paying 15 bucks, I was asked to pull up and wait while potatoes were being fixed for my famous bowls order of 3. I waited 10 minutes for 3 famous bowls that had 4 pieces of chicken divided between 3 bowls. And I didn't recieve my tea. This was wrong doing and whoever did that knew it. The associate brought out my food and gave it to me reluctantly so I checked that there was 3 bowls. I certainly am requesting a refund because
1. I paid 15 bucks for food I didn't recieve
2. I was not offered a choice of reordering or to wait while they prepared it correctly
3. I waited 10 minutes any way for an order that was knowingly not complete.

I ordered the Smokey Mountain BBQ. When I got to
the window, the cashier said it was .75 more per piece for that flavor! I was so angry! Then I looked
at the receipt and it said legs and thighs! I was getting more angry! I told her they ordered mixed!

I am complaining about the wait time yesterday in the drive-through at 1650 N. Market in Shreveport, Louisiana. When I first got in the drive-through I asked the person behind the speaker if they had baked chicken. They said yes. So I ordered an eight piece meal. I pulled up to the pay window and paid and they told me to pull up past the window so they could bring it out when it was ready so I did and figured it would only be a few minutes wait. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside to see if they had forgotten about me. At that time I was told "oh it's still has eight more minutes cooking". I said I couldn't believe it. I asked them why they didn't tell me that it wasn't ready because I would have ordered something else. They didn't answer my question but said they could give me the regular chicken now but I said no I've waited this long. 25 minutes later they gave me my food. I asked for the manager and was told she was not in. They did offer me a small dessert cake which I accepted but still wasn't happy. I think it's totally ridiculous that they didn't tell me that they would have to completely cook the baked chicken for it to be ready. If they would have told me that I would have ordered the regular. I tried to call and speak to the manager twice today but no one answered the phone. I can't believe they thought that I wanted to wait almost 30 minutes in the drive-through. I'll never go back to that location again.

Today my wife and i purchased 2 meals at the location on Beach Blvd. Jax.Fl and about 3 hours later became ill with food poisoning symptoms.I want to know how to get my money back and to pursue legal action for the suffering we have had to endure for this entire night. Avoid this place at all cost.The employees were all gathered in the parking lot when we drove up which is probably why the food was ill prepared

You dont even know what time i was there so how could you know anyone was on break for that matter and truly this complaint was none of your business i have already reported this incident to the Fl Health Dept.who assures me that indeed temperature abuse of uncooked cold foods can make you ill within hours and the doctors agreed on this as well so maybe you need to research how to stay out of grown folks business.

I went to the KFC in North University and the parking lot is full of holes and some of them can really do damage to your car. It really needs to be fixed, especially now that is only drive up!
