I've been going to kfc in banning for years n it's gotten bad over the yrs and I believe it's management not enforcing rules. The dining area is disgisting..how can it be dirty every time I walk in? Every table is dirty and nowhere to sit. Completely ridiculous! Then all I hear is employees talking and laughing very loud being very inappropriate at work when they could be cleaning. The floor in front of the drink machine is always wet and I've slipped a couple of times n they just add the Wet floor sign. All the floors are disgusting and window sills are so gross. I'm sitting next to one right now and it's covered in dried food smears. RESTROOMS omg beyond disgusting. Marco the manager needs to get it together and his team needs to be taught profesionalism in the work place.

Numerous dates... This KFC at this location always is out of everything, does not have pot pies, chicken sandwiches, etc etc. on any given day. This location apparently is the problem, because it is at 3025 Florida Ave South Lakeland, FL 33803, but I can go to the Northside and they are fine.

I am very disappointed with the service we received last night! It took 1/2 hour to receive 3 simple chicken dinners! The staff was rude and the restaurant was dirty. There was no ice in the soda machine either. When I called the store this morning all the manager on duty said is she is sorry but they were busy...there were only 2 other people ahead of us. Needless to say...we will not return to this location nor will my family! I think some sort of compensation is due to this extremely poor service.

I purchased my product today from Kentucky Fried Chicken on 3rd street, in Chattanooga, Tennessee 37404 on 3/13/2018 at 2:00 P. M. The numbers on my receipt associated with the restaurant are K365008 2 192 1762. I purchased the Flavors of the sauce 3 piece hot chicken Tender Basket. It was sitting in so much oil, I poured it off and there was at least 1/8 of a cup of oil that it was floating in. The biscuit was wrapped in paper and it wasn't a biscuit but a roll. The oil got all over the paper the roll was wrapped in. Before I could eat it, I had to take a bowl and pour the oil off. It was still very oily and unappetizing, this can't be healthy for anyone buying this product. I won't ever purchase this particular item again. Below are pictures of the oil that my chicken was in, this is minus the oil that I had to blot from the chicken tenders with paper towels. This was a waste of money.
My too was like that, and didnt even have any flavor to it and so soaked couldn't eat it. the nastiest food I think I have ever tried to eat or seen especially for the Price. I can go to the Olive garden and pay the same price for a meal that includes a unlimited salad & bread sticks.. Will never eat there again. Sad cause I used to love KFC growing up.. Me and my husband walked in to kfc on douglas ave in racine wi, at 5:00 pm on sunday the 11th. We were not greeted at all instead one of the girls was looking at her phone. Another girl was laughing looked at us and walked away. Than a guy walked by us giggling also playing around... Not one person noticed us. Than finally the manager walked out eating something than turned around because she finally saw us, i'm sure she didn't want us to see her chewing her food. Still not one person not even the manager greeted or helped us. Playing on phones and eating is more important than customer service or making the business money. So me and my husband turned around and walked out to spend our money at a place that wants it! Such horrible customer service i'm very disappointed in that manager running that shift.

I went to the kfc on Guadalupe street and they made me park. As I was park 4 employees came outside each at a different time but never to give me my order. They would go just to smoke. Something should be done. The team member Carlos, Alexis, Evelin, and April where all smoking while delivering orders. They shouldn't be allowed to be smoking marijuana so they should get fired or do something about it. The car behind me was offered marijuana by the employee Carlos. And I know he offered him since he was talking loud and I had my window down
never have items on the menu
This is the third time in the last 3 weeks that KFC has told me that they had no white meat and when they do have it, it is never cooked and I'm told it will be 20 minutes and do I want to wait for it. In addition to not having white meat, I'm also told that they are either out of biscuits or I will have to wait for those to cook as well. My husband and I usually love eating here but because of this we are taking our business elsewhere.

Kfc in newport, tn stopped having gizzards some time ago, so ok I was not happy but what can you do? Then I went last week to get livers and guess what they stopped having livers too! Why why why? I am not happy about this decision they have made and why why? Kfc has been known to serve chicken and that means all parts of the chicken... Right? I am a gizzard and liver lover not legs, wings or thighs. Please re-consider this decision... My whole family is disappointed in kfc. What would the colonel say?
food poisoning
On Wednesday February 28th 2018 my wife and I were readying ourselves for an out of town guest arriving at 5 A.M on a "red eye " from Los Angeles to Philadelphia. Rather than cook dinner we decided to get take out from K.F.C on Delsea Drive in Vineland, New Jersey. I am approximating the time at about 5 P.M. It can be verified since I used a credit card to pay for our dinner. One thing I purchased along with the usual Chicken, mash etc was the new B.B.Q dinner. We are elderly and my wife had eaten a light breakfast of crackers and coffee, I had a bowl of oatmeal and had consumed nothing else until we purchased KFC for dinner. When we got home we shared the new BBQ chicken meal along with the rest of the food. Within a few hours we were both nauseous and throwing up. It was accompanied by uncontrollable diarrhea. This continued all night long at 3:45 in the morning I drove to the airport with a bucket I used along the way. I really had no choice. Upon arriving home I found my wife had virtually exploded in her bathroom and was unable to control the vomiting or diahhera. My guest went to a hotel and we spent the next 24 hours in bed. It took a day and a half for us to be able to function. I recovered more quickly than did my wife. She was not able to function until the 4th. I tried to contact the health department so they could take steps to warn the company. Our bathrooms are truly a mess and we will bring in help to get them in some semblance of order. I would like to add one footnote... I have been a restaurant operator and owner for almost 40 years. I am not sure what I might want other than a refund and restitution payment for the bathrooms cleaning. I do have photos (rather disgusting) but I will send them to you if you wish. I was in Pineville, la around 7:10 and said to myself I wanted some Kentucky fried chicken! so I stop by the one on hwy 28 in Pineville, la! one person was ahead of me and I waited for about 20 mins to place my order! well it was my turn and I ask for a 3 piece white with two cream potatoes and gravy and the person waiting on me said they do not have any white meat! It never fails...it's Sunday night at 6:15pm and there are only 2 people behind the counter and 10 customers in line waiting to place orders. There were 2 additional employees pushing brooms and then left. The wait time was over 30 minutes for a single bucket of chicken. Not even a meal.
So many times we have purchased dinner here and it's the same story. I continue to be disappointed with KFC. We stop for months then try it again and nope. Nothing ever changes. I hope all your locations do not have the same issues.

We tried for 30 minutes to phone in our order because the hot wings bucket is a special order and takes 9-10 minutes. No one answered the phone.
We arrived at the drive through and there was one car exiting the drive thru. But when I asked why they were not answering their phone I was told their phone never rang. But it is the same number I always use to place my order.
Then I am told it will 9 minutes to cook. When asked if there was anything else, I said yes a discount for having to wait because they did not answer their phone. I was then told it would take 18 minutes for the wings.
When I asked for corporates number she said she did not have it and that it was on the receipt. So I asked to buy a small coleslaw so I could get their number. The teller continued to talk about how it would not do any good to call. I them told her to shut up and sell me the coleslaw.
She then told me she refused to serve us. I pulled up to the take out window and that person told me if he had a line of cars he would not answer the phone. Not that it did not ring! I said we wanted to order a small coleslaw and then was told that the manager told him not to serve us.
I then turned off the ignition and said that no one would get thru the drive thru until they served us. They threatened to call the cops and I said go ahead. Then I decided I had over reacted and we drove away.
We took our business to eggees and a male from KFC followed us over there, said he was the manager, and wanted to get our license number so the cops would come to our house. He actually pulled up his shirt to show his chest and said my husband was messing with the wrong boy. My husband is over 67 and disabled. Now who is overacting! The male ?manager? created such a scene at eggees that the cashier stopped taking my order so they could observer what was happening in the parking lot.
I have been a loyal customer of KFC for almost 30 years and have put up with bad service and broken equipment from this KFC. The only reason I stop at his KFC is because Popeyes quit selling hot wings.
However, this is the last straw. You have lost my business forever. After I calm down I will decide whether to post this on Facebook.
Please educate your managers in how to deal with the public. This whole situation could have been diffused if the manager had been truthful when we first placed our order.

On January 25th, 2018 I went to the KFC store on the Santa Rosaweg in Curacao.
The waitresses attended my well but there was one thing that you should take notice of.
The client on-line survey is being done by the waitresses instead of the clients.
They "borrow" your phone to help but they fill in the survey themselves.
When the survey is done the clients are given extra chicken.
I have seen this done to all the clients that were ordering there.
Needless to say the surveys coming from here are not really trustworthy and I suggest to perform some undercover shopping being done here in Curacao. I haven't been at other KFC stores in Curacao but it is most likely that this will also take place at other stores.
Again, my experience was good at this store but I feel I should mention this to you since I don't think it is completely honest from the part of the employees and KFC should know the truth.
customer service
I visited the location to give it another try, because pass experiences ranges for slow ordering, no product available at the time. Being told no product would be available because they were threw cooking for the night with hours left before closing. I feel as though if a location isn't closing until 10:00, and I visit at 7:00 there is no way nothing else should be cooked. I love KFC and their products but this location in Magnolia, Arkansas is a total disappointment and needs to be checked out and something done about it. From ownership, management to cooks, and cashiers someone needs to train them in good customer service.

using a credit/ debit card to pay for my purchase, prompted to enter pin number. told cashier that it was credit, not debit. re put card in, still prompted for pin number. she said if it was over certain amount, had to put in pin. never heard of that before. i reluctantly did. i do not like putting my pin number in anything out in public where anybody could be watching. either she doesn't understand or machine is programmed wrong. i am very cautious when it comes to personal information. ticket #4598. i would like to know the cause for this. i can be contacted at email, [protected]@hotmail.com

I am a great kfc customer, I'm a junk food junky lol every time I go to this store my order along with others is constantly being stuffed around, I ordered the family meal to receive cold half filled chips and missing a box of them at that we ordered hot and spicy to yet again get original, nothing is ever fresh or is ever served right ... I went in a second time this week to order a ultimate box with spicy wings to get a piece of original .. think I might head to maccas next time .
your store not supplying what they should have
Your store in Bradley Stoke reopened today with no chips and carried on serving meals without chips and charging full price for them no real apology just we have no chips or buns so we ended up paying £9.98 for 8 fillets and cooked chips at home for the kids I am not sure who to contact you or trading standards about this you were shut all week with your we'll published problems and then opened with no chips which is bad enough but carry on charging full price and thinking people will be happy with that I paid it so we could get home because we had to go out and my wife was working we were late to were we were going has I had to cook chips at home so if you could let me know what can be done about it so I don't need to contact any one else with this

I arrived at KFC meyersdal @9:43 there was no staff in front to assist me in placing a order. only after someone saw me did they come strolling to assist me with no apologie provided. Nomad served me and did not ask if I was eating here or take away. service was unfriendly and shocking to see that staff are half asleep when serving their customers. I ordered a break wrap and when sitting down the wrapper was the inside put and the wrap was half falling apart. The shop is also dirty. Not a happy customer KFC!
