Uncertain/late delivery with forgery in booking documents to avoid penalties
I booked my vehicle Kia Picanto in April 2021, and the delivery month given by Kia Lucky Motors was Sept-2021.
When in June 2021, I contacted my dealership, they said my month of delivery is changed from September to November 2021 by saying the reason that I (customer) has changed the color of vehicle, however I never did.
Upon inquiring they provided a forged and fake Note (Written on some school copy) which showed the request for change in color with my fake (unmatched) signature.
Upon inquiring further I got to know that Dealership mistakenly input the wrong color, and when realized they changed the color which ultimately resulted in change of delivery month.
I rushed towards KIA's flagship store where I tried to lodge complaint, to which they asked me to complaint over given UAN phone number. which I also did. But it has been3-months of continuous scheduled weekly calls to their UAN number, but unfortunately every time I have to tell them briefly about my complaint as no body at KIA Motors Pakistan is aware of customer's complaint. I have also sent them emails, but unfortunately no no any feedback/reply/call-back has been received in previous 3-month.
Today It's 14th December 2021, and I am still unable to get concrete month of delivery by Kia Motors.
I don't have any platform now to launch my complaint for my query. If somebody could advise me any portal or KIA South Korea's contact email where I can lodge complaint against their partners in Pakistan.
So Pity, we are born in a country where customer and a common man is not heard.

Paint on car is peeling
2013 kia soul. Purchased used from a Kia dealership in Florida. After getting the car serviced at the dealership and then washed also at the dealership. The clear coat and paint is peeling very badly.

Poor customer service and communication with Crain Kia, Fort Smith
I have been a customer of Fort Smith Kia since 2016 when I purchased my first Kia there. I've had many issues with them over the years with the problems getting worse every year. I've pretty much kept my mouth closed until now. I had my car in Kia Fort Smith about 3 months ago to get side rearview mirror fixed and get headlight in driverside low beams changed. At that time my O2 sensor also needed replacing. It took a month to get the mirror fixed, the light was replaced and I was told the O2 was ordered and would be taken care of at a later date. The service tech showed me my light bulb with it's bracket to show it was completed as they had my car for 2 full days to do the repairs. I never received a call either day and the 2nd day I had to call to get updates. I went home and realized my driver headlight was still not working. Upon inspection I realized there was NO light bulb or bracket in the headlight. I called Brandon, the service worker and explained the issue. He said he'd get back to me. A week later I called him and he again stated he had to speak to the service tech and get back to me. I explained that time change was coming up and I needed my headlight and he agreed. Again, a week later I called him and he had NO answer for me. He proceeded to tell me he was leaving the company and I would be working with someone else. I was quite upset by this point and told him I wanted my light bulb and bracket back. The new bulb needs a bracket to hold it in and they are he ard to come by. He told me I could have it. I called the following week and spoke to the new service worker, Nick, and he Informed me that Brandon threw the bulb and bracket away and no longer works there. I was told that because Brandon did this there will be no fee to fix the issue however the problem is still not fixed. I called last week to inquire about it and I was told in a obnoxious way, they needed to see my car to figure out my issue however I've, again, not received any calls on this matter. I did ask him, "wouldn't it be wise to let me know this? Like a call or something?". His excuse was he's been busy. I'm a very patient person but lack of communication to your clients should be fixed. The attitude to us is also bad. Once this issue is fixed, I will never step foot in that establishment again. The info I listed is limited, I could have said more. That establishment is poorly run and needs fixing. I've not received any calls from them having to chase them down. I've had a business for years and would never treat my customers the way I've been treated. I need my car, both light and O2 fixed. If I get a ticket for NO light Kia will pay it. This has been going on far too long. I will give them poor ratings. Below is photo of empty light. I've been driving without since September.

brought my 2012 kia Sorento for service on 12/7/21. was told they would run a diagnostic check which cost me 125 dollars. this service was never performed, but I was still charged the full amount. In addition, I called the dealer off and on for 3 hours to see what was wrong with my vehicle and got an answering machine saying all service reps were unavailable at this time . Kia soul 2016
In 2016 my father and I financed a 2016 Kia Soul from a Kia dealership in Mableton, GA. The vehicle had 2 miles on it when we purchased it. The vehicle has had regular maintenance on it and has worked well up until about the last 2 years. It has been progressively worse the latter of the 2 years with substantial repairs being done to my vehicle. I wanted to send a formal complaint using the proper channels in the event that there is notice of the vehicles deteriorating condition. You have to go beyond verbal complaints and internal frustration and reach out and that is the purpose of this letter. To my knowledge the vehicle has had 2 engines, 2 batteries, catalytic converter plugs replaced, motor replaced, hydraulic components replaced, timing chain replaced, resealed oil pan and is currently at the Kia dealership for what is going on 36 days since it is now almost the next morning and I am up writing a letter to the Kia dealership.
Jason, the service manager at Kia dealership in Manhattan, Kansas has been working with me regarding the vehicle. He keeps me updated on my vehicle when I am able to get ahold of him, notates the account and is honest about the status of the vehicle which I appreciate greatly. As of now my understanding of the vehicle's status is that the service department has run all the tests they could on the vehicle and they are getting a mix of different codes that show that so many things are wrong with the vehicle that could not all be wrong with it at the same time. Jason stated that every 4, 000 miles the vehicle starts shooting off different codes that show that several things are wrong with it. Jason explained that because the service department has exhausted all of their options they have reached out to an engineer and provided all the documentation and test results of the vehicle for assistance. The engineers have recommended cleaning all around the engine and parts internally. This service has to be outsourced to another shop to be completed. I think the most alarming thing that I learned about my Kia Soul is that roughly every 4, 000 miles the vehicle goes into a breakdown and once it is placed on the computer it returns back with several different conflicting codes making it challenging for the dealership to understand what the issue is with the vehicle. I remember driving on the highway at 70 miles an hour and then my vehicle started declining in speed quickly with cars behind me until I had to swerve into the shoulder as my car started stalling out. It was smoking and I had my young children and nephew in the car while it stalled on the interstate. There was also a time that I came home for my lunch hour and when I went to leave the vehicle would not turn over no matter what. A few hours later it turned on and then started shaking uncontrollably and cut right back off. My father was unable to reverse the vehicle out of the parking spot to hook up to the trailer because it would not stay on. We had to call a tow truck and that was on September 25, 2021 and the vehicle still remains at the dealership. I am so uneasy about getting the vehicle back and driving it. I always do the maintenance needed on the vehicle and any recommended work at the time the vehicle is being serviced. This year alone the vehicle has been in the Kia dealership on January 18, February 11, February 24, May 3, June 16, June 21, July 7 and went back on September 25 and I received it back on October 29, 2021 where it stayed for 36 days. One day after receiving the car back the engine light came back on and because the dealership has no loaners I am unable to take my car back to the dealership without a loaner. I am a mother, student and have a laundry list of things to do like anyone else. I am not asking for any special accommodations but I am really struggling with this vehicle. At this time due to the alarming issues that are still continuing to include the transmission light currently back on and there is an aggressive jerk I am requesting Kia to purchase the vehicle back from me so I can move forward from this continuing hardship. Paint peeling on 2015 Kia Sorento, Pearl White
The pearl white paint on my 2015 Kia Sorento is peeling off. It is peeling on the entire front of the car. It has 70, 000 miles on it, the paint started chipping around 50, 000. This is causing my trade-in value to decrease.
Desired outcome: I would like Kia to pay for a new paint job.

For the type of car and the cost of the car, I would expect for the paint to be of good quality. But if it strips down to the metal the paint is of poor quality.

TOOK MY CAR FOR SERVICE 5/11 FOR 70000 SERVICE. THEY STATED IT DID NOT HAVE A SERVICE FROM SUNBURY MOTORS LAST YEAR AND IT NEEDED DOUBLE SERVICE. I WAS SHOCKED AND WORRIED RE THE PRICING AS I COULD NOT AFFORD IT DUE TO NOT WORKING FOR MONTHS WITH COVID.
WHY DID THEY NOT CHECK SUNBURY MOTORS? THEY JUST WENT AHEAD TO DO IT AS I HAD NOT CHOICE. MATT TOLD ME MY WARRANTY WOULD BE VOID IF I DID NOT DO THE 2 SERVICES.., QUITE RIDICLOUS AS WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE INVOICE KBZKT448 IT STATES NOTHING JUST ONE SERVICE 306.45... AND REST LABOUR COSTS RIDILOUS.

power window motor warranty issue
i am using KIA sportage AWD since February 2021, couple of month before i had issue in driving side power window i visited kia motors dha and they informed me that motor is not working and need to be replaced, my milage of vehicle at that time was 22, 000 km i asked them to change it in warranty but they told me that as i am not maintaining my vehicle for kia motors so they wont change it in warranty and i have to pay for the motor. i already filed my complaint 2 time on this portal if this time my complaint will be unattended i will approach through legal system and will make sure that i will get my warranty after court order

Recently my wife took our 2019 sorento in for its scheduled oil change and with concerns about occasional clunking in drive train. She was told the problem was that it needed a transmission flush. They didn't investigate the problem first but did the flush. They also identified a problem with the inboard axel joint wear which was in fact causing the clunk which they were aware. The flush was expensive and unnecessary according to a corporate Kia mechanical engineer. This seems like a ripoff that they perpetrated on my wife. We have owned multiple KIAs but will not purchase any in the future. This is the Beavercreek Ohio dealer. Buyer be ware of this dealer.

Hello I'm Barbara my car my car 2012 Kia Sportage had an engine recall. It's been almost 4 months now that I've been waiting for my vehicle to be fixed and ready I was told my car was going to be ready today 11/19/21 . So unfortunately was told that there's something else they weren't aware of now they have to order new parts and wait another three weeks this is ridiculous I've been waiting all this time for nothing. Kia dealership at Redding California didn't want to loan or get me a rental car because they are franchise I can't drive a vehicle out of state. They want me to pay out of pocket I can't afford for that. So they expect me to be without a vehicle. I feel that they are not being responsible and not being helpful at all!

Crowley KIA in Bristol, CT has the worst service that I have ever come across. My car was towed to their facility on 9/22/2021 with engine failure. My 2016 Sorrento has 51,500 miles on it. Apparently this engine failure is a problem for many KIA owners as the was a Class Action Lawsuit that settled in 8/2021 which I was unaware of. My car was diagnosed on 9/30/2021. I was told it would be covered under warranty and would be ready in 3-4 weeks. They would not give me a loaner or rental. I was told I would have to go to corporate KIA to pursue a rental. I did that and was told KIA would only cover $35 per day and the cheapest rental is $70 plus tax. My daughter has a KIA Sportage that had the same engine issue about 3 weeks ago and it was towed to KIA of Danbury, CT and she was given a rental right up front with no cost to her. She should have her car back in a few days. Every time we call Crowley KIA and speak with the service manager we are always told it will be 2-3 weeks tops. My husband even asked to speak with Mr. Crowley directly about 2 weeks ago and he said he would check to see what was going on and call my husband back. We never received a phone call. I filed a complaint online and received an email confirmation that I would hear back in 1-2 business days. It's been three weeks with once again nothing. I called KIA customer service on Friday 12/10/2021. I was put on hold while the called Crowley KIA service department. When they got back on I was told they had to leave a voicemail and would call me Monday. Here it is Thursday and still nothing. We are now the week before Christmas and still no car. I am both frustrated and disgusted with the lack of custom service I have received Kia and especially Crowley KIA. We have 3 KIAs in our household, As much as we all love the cars after this experience you could not pay us to buy another KIA!

This is regarding a vehicle I bought on the 09 of November 2020 at Kia in Randburg. It is a Renault Clio GT Line. Bought the car and was never told about it missing the 60 000 km service from the previous owner .After a month of me buying the car the car started overheating took the car to Renault alberton and was told the car was previously in an accident which i was never told about on the PreSale and that is why it had a radiator that needed to be replaced and a thermostat that needed to be replaced. 3 weeks later fetched the car and they said the car was fine. Took the car again and it gave me the same problem, Took the car again and was told it's the coolant. Fetched the car again after they declared it to be fine, Gave me the same problem again and took it back again was told the first thermostat they replaced was faulty and they had to replace it yet again. fetched it again after it was declared fine all over again Gave me the same problem again. So the car has been giving me problems and I have been taking it and it comes back without getting fixed. I took the car to the Garage for about 10 times now with the same problem without getting assistance.
Another issue is the fact that I have to pay 25% of the costs are because of the Service that was missed by the previous owner that I know nothing about. I didn't know the car has a missed service until I took the car to renault, i didn't know the car was previously in an accident until they assessed it at Renault and I also didn't know I was liable to pay for a missed service I didn't know was missed for as long as I own the car until they told me at Renault in Alberton.
Furthermore the fact that this is an inconvenience to me. They always say there are no courtesy cars available always. The first 25% Kia Randburg agreed to paying because they acknowledge that I didn't know anything about the service that was missed now they are saying because the car has been sold for more than a year and it's not their issue anymore whereas the car has been giving me the same problem even before it was a year old now because it is a year old the find a loophole.I'm really not happy about the service from both Garages.Please assist further

2013 Kia Optima PAINT PEELING
I bought my 2013 Kia Optima brand New from Folsom Lake Kia. This car cost me $32, 000. I paid this car off within six months. All of my family buys from this Kia dealer, and have bought several vehicles each. But our family will not be buying any more Kia cars because my car has had the paint peeling since the first year of me buying it. I have only had the maintenance done at the Kia dealer where I bought it and every time have asked Kia to fix the issue and they claim it's not their issue there's no recalls on it. But when I look it up online there's thousands of people with the same exact issue. The fact that Kia has not made this right, they are going to lose a ton of business. Because each of my family members my dad my two brothers my sister all on their own businesses and we're buying Kia‘s however will not be doing that any longer. We always recommended Kia to our clients and will not be doing that either. The paint started peeling from around the windows now it's on the fenders and the trunk it's looks horrible it should not be doing that. And Kia should have made this right, if they had we would still buy cars from there.

My vehicle has 38000 miles on it and the paint is pealing of the front hood roof and door post this is becoming a real issue it is pearl white . This is a factory problem and needs to be taken care of by Kia .The is my second Kia and will be my last if the company does not stand behind it's product. 2020 Kia Soul Unsafe Vehicle
Vehicle was purchased NEW July 2020. December 2020 issues started happening, taken back to the dealer, concerns were dismissed or no issues found. After many trips to the service department a new engine was supposedly installed October 2021. Today, November 9, 2021 the issues started AGAIN and worse. The check engine light came on again along with other warning lights. The whole car shakes terribly and "stutters" while driving. This car is UNSAFE for me and my family. I have submitted two formal complaints to KIA of America (#[protected] and #[protected]). If a new engine was installed, why was the odometer not reset and why are the issues still happening? 2016 Kia Sorento
On 10/28/21 our 2016 Kia Sorento hood paint started to suddenly peel in very large pieces. This happened without any warning while my husband was driving in rain, as the pieces peeled off they stuck to the windshield and caused a significant driving hazard. This is evidence of a clear failure of the factory paint to properly stay adherred to the body of the car. We have reached out to Kia consumer resources both online and directly by phone, and have simply been told that there is nothing that can be done since the car is over 36, 000 miles. We have filed a complaint report with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
Desired outcome: Acknowledgment that this is factory defect and a corrected paint job by Kia.
2015 Kia Optima Paint Peeling
I purchased a 2015 Kia optima back in January 2018. Since then, a spot of paint missing formed on the rear passenger-side door that has expanded to the size of two fists. I brought the vehicle to a local body repair shop recommended by my auto insurance provider to get the work done. Upon starting the work, the shop owner immediately informed me that the paint was "delaminating" and is not adhering to the primer at all. I did some research and found this unfortunately is a common problem on Kia Optimas with the "Snow Pearl White" paint finish. I've contacted the dealership, purchased a vehicle history report and filed a complaint with the NHTSA. The issue is still outstanding. All I want is for Kia to pay for a new paint job.
