Late charges
I have received a series of late charges plus interest on late charges. Local customer service removed some of the charges, but not all. I am a retired from Kohls employee as is my wife and have never over the years incurred a situation such as this. I spoke with Sabastion and his supervisor, both of whom spoke fast and was difficult to understand. The amount the complaint is $15.00 which we requested to have removed. This was refused and we closed our account after such poor customer service. In the years we worked for Kohls. the customer was a top priority. I am sorry the customer is no longer thought of in this way. I would like a response, My e-mail address is [protected]@aol.com.

Kohl's credit card
I went into the store with an available credit of $289. At the register they let me know I was eligible for an increase. My limit was increased to $700. I tried to use My $289 it took it and then told me I didn't have any available credit. The associate called customer service. She was told for me to call customer service, so I did. I was told I would see my available credit back in 24hours. That was 2 days ago. I call customer service this morning and they tell me it's going to take 6 days and sorry for the inconvenience. I ask for a supervisor, and I was hung up on. I call back and the customer service rep kept repeating me the scripted line off the screen and couldn't answer any questions he just kept reading the script. I asked for a supervisor again and I was hung up on. I can't wait to pay off my balance and close this account. We both said it was an inconvenience for an error done on their part. Shame on you Khol's this is stressful for families as they get ready to go back to school. They don't need the added stress of their cards not working properly. The ladies in the store were nice and apologized. It's customer service that needs the work.
kohls kept my money
i purchased a item and got a gift recepit because it was a gift. well my sister got 2 of the same gifts so since i given her a gift recepit she went to exchange the gift i got her for some thing she wanted they scanned the recepit and gave her a merchandise card for 266.14 but i purchased the mixer for 344 so she called me and told me thank you i asked her how much did she get on the card she told me 266 i said wait go back in there cuz i paid 344

I was online on Facebook and came across an add from supposedly from Kohl's this is the only reason I took the offer it was for 6 pair of shorts I placed the order on June 3rd, 2023, for 29.39. The sale was finalized my question is did Kohl's offer this? I have been in contact with the site and keep getting pulled in different directions with mailing information that is wrong.
If this wasn't offered through Kohl's, you need to look into this I do have all the emails dealing with company the company is from China.
Calling customer service
Not only did I waste 15 minutes of my life explaining the same situation to a customer representative called Ivan at Kohls customer service via a phone call, what country he was in I don't know, but afterwards I was sent a survey to fill out regarding Ivan which I did.
I also put on that survey that I'd left a message with Kohls headquarters this same very morning being Thursday 7-20-23 asking quite clearly for someone to call me back.
So the customer care support is useless and nobody in headquarters can be bothered to call you back either. What has this company come to?
Desired outcome: Someone to call back and readjust what's in my account. Is it that hard a thing to do.
Kohl's charge card payment options
At a time when electronic banking and ACH payments are available for every account, every other card issuer allows you to pay more than the minimum via auto-pay vs just the minimum or total balance. This is clearly an attempt by Kohl's to get cardholders to only pay the minimum amount and continue racking up interest charges. Kohl's can and should do better. As a very long-time customer it pains me to do it but I am closing my charge account.

Placed order for 2 boxes rug gripper tape in November 2022. Never received it and tracking showed it was never sent. After talking to customer rep he said he would refund my purchase (for $19). Received refund of $4.59 for one box. Called again 7/5/23 and after over 40 minutes, spvr said she would send replacement boxes. Order was for 2 boxes, 2.5" x 300 ft. Just received 1 box, 2.5" x 25 ft. Called today (7/12) and after over 40 min on phone with rep and supervisor, Gabby, was told they couldn't send correct size because they had already refunded the $4.59 for 1 box. One correction per order? Also ordered some undergarments recently, 1 was wrong size, which they replaced. Second part of order came and 1 undergarment was missing from the order. Gabby said she couldn't replace it because they had already made one replacement on this order for the wrong size? I am still missing items on these two orders. Is this Kohl's policy? Items don't get shipped and then they refuse to send them to customers. I have already spent too much time dealing with customer service. I expect to get the items I ordered. If they want me to return the "wrong ones" I will do that if you send return postage. 52 minutes later and Gabby has not returned to the phone.

I ordered an American Tourister 29" suitcase for my grandson and this is what arrived. The suitcase was all scratched and it had a hole in it.
The box was in good condition so that tells me that the product was placed in the box in this condition. I am very disappointed in this type of products leaving your warehouse. I'm shocked someone would even place this suitcase inside a box to be shipped. Doesn't anyone take pride in their work.

It is with great concern that I write this, where does the line become not okay? If your business chooses to celebrate Pride Month and you believe that’s best for your business that is what you must do. However, delving into this political arena, as that is what it has become, is risky at its best; you begin to alienate customers whether intentional or not. I understand you want to reach all cultures, all types of people, and that is what I would expect any business to do, however your approach I would venture to say is not bringing in new customers but the opposite, it’s driving customers away. There are ways to support Pride Month without pushing customers out the door. I hope that you will reconsider your approach and how you celebrate your corporation’s beliefs, as I will reconsider if I can continue to support your business.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology for the manner in which Kohl's has alienated customers.

I am an existing customer; I have had my Kohl's card for 6 years now. Due to the recent woke policy of Kohl's, having kid's clothes and such catering to the trans population, I will not utilize my card nor step in any of your stores until this practice ceases.
Anything short of stopping this practice presents a danger for Kohl's of losing a core share of its customer base in the months and years to come.
Pride wear for infants and kids
Kohl’s is selling infant and toddler wear with pride flags on them. That is way over the top. I am sick and tired of having the stuff shoved down my throat first bud light then target now you? I hope what happened to you is the same thing that happened to Bud light. I was a cold shopper and had a Kohl’s credit card. Remove lgbtq clothes for infants and children under age of 18 and apologize to base customers
LGBTQ Clothing for Infants is horrible. My wife and I will no longer purchase any item from Kohls in Louisville Ky till all items are removed and apology given to your base Customers. This information has been provided by Fox News on 5/29/23. It is not limited to one store but it is a Corporate decision.
Also you seem to care about too many Capital letters in your subject header instead of selling these clothes to infants and children.
Random charges
Actually, this has been an ongoing issue since last December of "22".
Apparently, charges just appear and disappear and then reappear.
The last time happened in February of "23". Random charges appeared once again, but this time I have had enough. I called to dispute the charges on my card.
I was informed that Kohl's had decided to "POST DATE" billing... This makes no sense because if the credit isn't available, the charges won't go through... Yet random charges appear yet again on my card. I was told there is not an explanation other than that and she can't help me...
At this time, I requested loudly for a supervisor. I don't appreciate being robbed. I work too hard for every dime. She put me on hold while she transferred me. Came back on and told me to wait, please. I waited for almost 4 minutes only to be disconnected. SURPRISE...
Since when does Kohl's just decide to randomly charge people's account and justify it by saying, ohh sorry, we post billed you for a charge last year...
I will be contacting BBB to file a complaint if I don't hear back from you in a timely manner.
I've also been working hard to pay down my card so I can close my account. I don't appreciate the way you are doing business these days.

I am having a problem ordering items on line constantly I don't know what the problem is
I tried to order 2 tees one in white and one in brown petite size xl and underwear - 5 pairs of briefs for $16.00 - in size 7 - every time I do the order everything is good until I get to paying. I put in my e-mail address and my password and when you have to check on the captica - I am not a robot - it then tells me something is wrong. No one is customer service can find out what the problem is - in fact I had to have a gentlemen order a shirt for me the other day cause I could not place the order. Now with the above I cannot place the order and I need to use the coupon by the 29th - if this is not rectified, I will have no other objective but to cut up my kohl's card and forget about using kohl's stores again. I need this fixed if you want me to remain a customer.
