Luzon area only and small documents only .. 1-2 days ... until now 4days na wala pa akong narerecieve.. omg naman lbc so poor transaction maybe dto lang yan banda sa lugar namin..sa pasig.. nakapagdeliver na sila dto before.. nadedelay yung enrollment namin dahil sa lbc carrier.. hayttss pls.. nag email napo ako..no response..and waiting for your calls..

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent service provided by the LBC Cabanatuan Delivery Hub.

Regrettably, my parcel with tracking number [Tracking Number] experienced unexplained delays without any valid reason communicated to me. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and the lack of a clear explanation is particularly frustrating.

Moreover, the delay resulted in me having to arrange for a pick-up at the nearest branch, which defeats the purpose of the door-to-door delivery service that I initially opted for.

Furthermore, I am disappointed with the absence of communication from LBC Cabanatuan. I anticipated at least a notification or update about the delay and its causes, but unfortunately, none was provided. This lack of transparency and communication has considerably diminished my confidence in the reliability of LBC Cabanatuan's services.

As a customer who values timely and transparent services, this experience has been disheartening. I trust you will take this feedback seriously, addressing the issues causing delays and improving communication practices to enhance customer satisfaction.

My family in Philippine's suffered severe disaster's back to back. Typhhon and 2 days later an earthquake. I had to send funds and quickly prepare an emergency box. The first box showed up a month later than expected delievery. I was forced to send another box and everything was smooth until it arrived in the Phillipines. Now its stuck in a warehouse. Been there 2 weeks. I call customer service and the pass me to supervisors who just hang up. I send e mails that are never returned. Its so disrespectful how this company is in business. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Someone used my identity and even provided address that are not mine to send something to someone but the items did not arrived to the consignee.. My name on the receipt had a signature on it but I could not make that transaction because I am currently not in philippines.. The signature made under my name does not match and would never match my signature

Kindly be informed that I am waiting to receive an *important* documents sent last July 25, 2024 from Panabo, Davao Del Norte with tracking number: 174117615698.

I received twice delivery attempt failure for the first time. We have tried all types of courier and failed to deliver ONLY in LBC.

Kindly be noted that I didn't received any *attempt* call also from your rider which is very UNUSUAL.

I sent a package at LBC Puregold QI last June 11, 2024 and I their time table for delivery from Manila to Albay is 1-2 days and I also ask the staff to make it sure and he said yes then when I track the parcel after 2days its already in Legazpi Delivery Team that was June 13,2024 so I expect that the parcel will be delivered by next day but it doesnt happen I reach out to the LBC customer service through their messenger and email but I never get any feedback what happen to my parcel until now June 24,2024 and its already 11 days this is so hilarious, the parcel supposedly needed last June 17,2024 for photoshoot and tommorow June 25,2024 for the wedding day. This is frustrating LBC from your delivery to your customer service.

I went to LBC Ayala Branch Zamboanga City and I sent the package that package was a cell phone with a Keychain for Jonnevhic Calibuyo Bernardino at Cabalitian Asingan Pangasinan Zone 2 why is it said that "Consignee Unknown Carbonell Family"? Please fix this! That cellphone is valuable and has sentimental value a high value. Please send the package directly to Mr. Jonnevhic Calibuyo Bernardino and Call him at [protected]. His tracking number is [protected]

Hi this is the second incident that my credit card delivery was not delivered successfully. Tracking only shows Delivery Team 2 here in Cebu and no specific branch where I can pickup the parcel since no one contacted me about the parcel.

First date of Delivery was on April and was return to sender

2nd delivery was yesterday June 11

Its been over a week since my supposed estimated delivery May 24,2024, however, until now I haven't received it. They keep on posting status that Delivery attempt failed due to address cannot found. I've been calling customer service hotline & was promised that it will be assisted and will be tagged For Pick-up at the nearest branch (Sm Angono).

I've waited all day but no text or any update received.

I would like to file a search request for my mail/parcel.

Its been 8 days and i haven't received my parcel yet. Im in tagaytay and my family sent me my laptop charger via LBC Express since i forgot to bring it with me. They're from San Jose City. Its been in cavite for 3 days now. Last 3 days they told me to expect the delivery within the day then it said that its in cavite waiting for pick up. Pls help me.

Good day po Sir/Ma'am, magffollow up lang po regarding sa concern namin na halos 2 months na wala pang update, regarding sa incident ng jewelry access co. nadeliver po yung box ng walang laman, d po ba meron naman insurance yung delivery na yon? bat ang tagal po ng investigation ng LBC sa incident? 2months na po wala pang update? the said parcel is worth 17k pesos po, upon asking jewelry access co. wala pa daw po kayong update sa haba ng span na 2months?

the complaint ticket # po na binigay is 1709885804. I will attach po yung video and pictures ng box and yung screenshot po ng jewelry access co sa LBC personnel.

Sana po kaagad kayong maka action dito, we are now filing a formal complaint/letter po sa 8888 and sa Office of the President about this concern and sa process na until now wala pang update.

Hindi parin po nadedeliver ang parcel ko saan ko po ba pwedeng makuha ipickup ko nalang very important po yun pleas ito yung tracking number ko [protected]

pinadala ko po sya ng april 1,2024 6;30pm from olongapo to calumpit lang so kinabukasan po april 2 yan ang status nya sa track ang trace

BPI texted me about my credit card being delivered and also they provided me with a tracking number of [[protected]] I just checked your tracking website, only to find out that it was arrived at SCS Returns? How? No one texted me from lbc about the delivery and then you just decided to return it to your headquarters instead? What kind of service is this? Don't tell me that you cannot locate my address? please do something about this! I need my credit card asap! Contact me through my number! Please give me a call or just a message.

Full Description: I already got a text confirmation from LBC that I can claim my COPCOD from any LBC Branch so I went to and LBC branch at Elizabeth Mall. I was told by their CSR that I would need to wait or go back the next day because it really takes time to claim for the COPCOD.

I hope LBC would realize that you are doing Business and nota Free Public Service! It is very disappointing and so much of a hassle from your customer who already paid for the service, and yet what we get is a lot of hassle as we would need to wait for more than a day for a money which is already in your system!

I picked up the parcel at around 4:15pm and when I opened it, most of our things got damage. These caps/hat which we ordered flattened and made the prints damaged so we are unable to resell this. Thus making this complaint.

I send my box thru LBC last Nov 20 2023 here in dubai and my wife receive it last Jan 4 2024 ship to Zambales, Phils. I ask my wife to take picture of box and find the alloy small Trinx folding bike but she told me it was missing and the box is messy half open. That bike is the only important gift to my daughter inside of the LBC box. I file a complain but I have never receive a good news that they found my bike in a month.

I bought it 1500 AED with full stunning spec of parts.

I know LBC has good reputation for I have send for more than 15 years a lot of items like macbook, cellphone and other important things. This is the first time I have lost important gift to my daughter.

If they can't find it, at least they have to pay that value.

This is a big lie! We did not refuse any delivery and was expecting it to be delivered in fact! They did not deliver it maybe just too lazy to do their job. We have a store at our house and closes at 8 pm daily so who would refuse it? Makes sense? 'cmon guys do your job!

Good evening! I have a complaint regarding the parcel. Iba po yung naka tanggap ng parcel namin which is hindi naman po yun yung name na nakalagay sa mag rereceive ng parcel. That parcel contains important documents which is our passport. Pinadala po namin sa LBC Bulan Branch noong february 8 bound to taytay rizal. Then nung february 12 daw po is may naka receive po ng parcel namin which is unauthorized recipient.The lbc branch is taytay branch and the delivery team is “LOWER RIZAL DELIVERY TEAM”. Hindi man lang po sila tumawag sa authorized recipient. Nagtanong tanong na din po yung authorized receiver sa mga kapitbahay niya po pero wala pong nakakakilala sa naka receive ng parcel namin. So please take an action in this matter.

Tracking number [protected]. Undelivered package since January 21, 2024. No attempt of text or call to receiver or sender regarding onsite day of deliveries. Emailed and called customer care a hundred times to request transfer of package to LBC San Miguel Bulacan (Highway) branch for pick up, but still the package was stuck at LBC Pulilan Delivery Team up to date. The package was paid for door to door delivery and the address is just along the main highway. JNT, JRS, Shopee and other courriers can easily delivered parcels on the same address so why not LBC?
