I had bought tomato from Lulu Hyper market, Dana Mall, Bahrain on 08th March 2018 and when I cut those it emitted a chemical smell. It tasted some sort of chemical product. Following day again I bought the same and tested, it tasted the same. Please advice me how can or where can I test vegetables scientifically to know whether it contains any chemical which is harmful for our body.

This is the first time to write a complaint against someone and I wish that this would be the last one, I had credit note issued from luluhypermarket Al Khobar KSA branch, the credit note was expired last Dec 17, I met a customer service (Mr. Abulaziz) and he assured me that the validity of an expired credit note will be extended within a maximum 15 days as they need to have an approval from head office.
He assured me to bring the original receipt and he will clear it for me ASAP.
I went again to the same department but I met another Egyptian customer service (Mr. Essam) and he unprofessionally told me that whatever expired can't be extended, your money is gone, then I requested him that I need to see the store manager as I was told something other than this. I went alone until I met Mr. Raseesh (storefront manager) and he was helpful as he was sorry for what Mr. Essam declared, Mr. Raaseesh accompanied me to get back to Mr. Essam to confront him for what he said to me but he denied and start yelling at my face in public, abused me, cursed me as I said that you have a lack of professionalism in dealing, he took his shoes off in public and was threating me in public.
The camera proves that as all security guards were holding him, taking him away as he was continually yelling, abusing me aggressively.
The security manager was a bit underestimating the misbehavior act of Mr. Essam the customer service so I had to meet the GM of the store (Mr. Mohammed Rafiq) the GM showed me a true support & respect and promised me that he will take an action against him
I file this complaint as I really lost myself & dignity in public and I didn't spit a word as it was testified by the security guards & Mr Raseesh,

Please be informed that I bought a as stove on 28.01.2017. On Jan 20th 2018 I got a fire incident in my room due to burner leak. I showed a hole in the burner down side to the customer agent in mazyed mall I told him to take this issue as serious case and told him to complaint to the higher authority of the nikai company, as you can see in the picture rust in the burner remains same also the hole is still in the location. Today 30jan I got a message that my item has been serviced, since all the rust persist in the stove I refused to take the item. I cannot play with my life, please take this issue as serious matter and inform the service agent to support the customer not the company. I need the burner to be changed or well serviced. I am staying in Abu dhabi more than 8 years and a regular customer of lulu. Yesterday [protected]) I have visited lulu madinat zayed hyper market with family and purchased several Churidhar material based on the price mentioned in display board. The display board showing the offer as following;
For 118 aed churoday we have to pay 59
For 79 aed we have to pay 39.50
For 69 aed we have to pay 39.00
For 59 aed we have to pay 29.50
Based on that we have spent more than 2 hours to select some materials and took some materials of 59 aed and 69 aed. But when we billed at cash counter 59 aed item is drilling showing 59 aed itself, there is no any discount. Then cashier called conceded supervisor and asked him about this and his reply was disappointing. It was a mistake from their side and the actual price was 118 aed. Then why they put the tag of 59 aed. This is a type of cheating and wasting the time of customer. We simply waste our time for nothing due to this issue. We came over there with family and small kid. So please avoid such bad incidents in future.

Good day. I went to Lulu Hypermarket at Al Fanater Al Jubail to grab your very good happy hour promotion of DAC dishwashing liquid which only cost 2 SAR - it was a really nice offer. Before 7pm i was already in the store unfortunately the Manager told that I was not available because they are doing the inventory. I was so upset because many people went to Lulu Hypermarket at Al Fanater Al Jubail KSA to avail the very good price and where infact we came from work. If it is not available at that time of Happy hour and I saw when somebody from the store remove the price tag from where the Dac Dishwashing is placed. Kindly address this matter because why will you advertise such a good promotion if it is not available?

I buy a phone from Lula supermarket madinat zayed abudahbi was on 17/09/2017 08:39 the problem was the which was displayed was not the one which they kept for selling(the phone displayed was P9lite RAM:3GB but given was RAM:2GB) so I complain regarding that one on the same day but they were not caring my words and they were giving excuses that it was a printing mistake so I think it was not the right way to tell a customer that the display was wrong because it was published for a month before the sale. A person came for solving the problem and told will contact within a day and he collected all details but still no calls until now from there we can understand that you are not caring for the customer who buy product from your company so this is to bring notify for the people who buy things from you that be careful do not totally fall into the display which you publish think once before you buy the product so if you really care about the customer do something for this issue and tell the officers if you say something to the customer that it will be done do it not let the customer to complain.

I bought a dress from lulu celebrate on 24th November, this dress was over sized and the sales woman said it will be shaped very well. So I paid, it was given for alteration. It was late and I didnt try it then. When I tried, it was over tight. Next day I went back and told them, they again said it can be fixed. What they did was, they just stich one straight line to make it loose or tight. That dress is over sized for me and it won't get shaped just by stitching one line. I asked them to exchange it. It is not possible if it is altered. Then why didn't they say it before giving it for alteration. For them it is another one sale. I had to buy another dress as I couldn't wear this dress. With great upset I would like to register my complaint against Lulu on the parking fee imposed on me after completion of my shopping in Al Barsha Lulu Hypermarket.
On Saturday (04-Nov-17) I entered Lulu mall around 11 am with my family and did shopping for a worth of AED 1400. We had spent almost 3 hours in Garment & Grocery section and then had lunch in Calicut Notebook restaurant inside the shopping mall, where it took another one half hours (which normally takes) to complete our lunch.
While exiting from Lulu, I was asked by Lulu Security to pay AED 20 as a car park fee since I have spent more than 3 hours even though I had showed him the purchase bill amounting AED 1400. Since other cars were standing behind me, I had just paid the requested fee without any argument and left the mall.
If Lulu allows free parking for only up to 3 hours, then why Lulu have provided the in house restaurant facility, which is taking minimum one half hours for serving lunch? Do you think, the person comes with his family can finish his shopping and lunch within 3 hours?
Finally, it is not just a matter of 20 dhs which I have paid and it is a matter of principles which have been adopted by Lulu without having any logic and deceiving the customers...
I hope Lulu will understand the issue and reimburse my parking fee back to revert my good opinion on Lulu...
I am ready to produce my shopping receipts to justify the above.

I Binil P Thomas have bought a blender from Lulu which had 2 years of warranty but within 4 months each part of it got complaints, thereby we requested to get it repaired, they asked to pay and we paid when again and again it needed to get repaired we asked them to give a new one and they told I need to pay for the new one instead which has two years of warranty, but I paid and got it. I make this complaint letter to mention that please don't do such kind of indecent service to the customers, and please make sure the quality of your product,

I bought a kids tab on 22nd July 2017 for Aed 299. From the time we have bought it we are not able to use it - twice it was given to your service team who kept it with them for almost 3 weeks each time - but still it doesn't work.
Moreover, when I asked them to exchange the product i was declined and was informed that we would keep on repairing it but cannot exchange.
Shame on the entire senior management of lulu FOR having such a policy inconveniencing your loyal customers.

Three days ago I complained that my supra general refrigerator bought in june didn’t work properly, is defect. There is the second time (First in august) when the refrigerator work without stop, too much ice, too much noise, everything frozen inside! Today, at 22:23PM I have purchased tabouleh, from your Karama Store and found some pieces of broken small plastic/ mirror in it . I came to know it has plactic or mirror after i ate few bits of Tabouleh in my mouth.
It is utter of irresponsibility of kitchen team to serve this food to any customer. Any thing could happen to me because of this food. right now I am also feeling some irritation because of this food.
Secondly when I came to complaint the same to your store, I found its pretty casual approach by the support team I feel like this is happening regularly in store.
I told them i had this food but still no Courtesy by the staff ofr manager to ask for my health, I told them I ate some portion of it.but probably life for them it important is to replace the food or manage the customer that time
I Just want to give my feed back so this will not happen to some one else.
It clearly not a show how customer service work in your store ... I can never expect this from LULU ...
I hope I will get some response from the concern authorities on the same... about the what actions has been taken to ensure this will not happen to any one else in Future.

I purchased a laptop from LULU located in Dibba 3, 4 day's ago. When I used that laptop there was problem with it's fan (unexpected noise). I informed to LULU Dibba and they said yes their is a technical fault in laptop. So they changed it after two day's. The new laptop I used just for a day it had a new problem hanging for long time even I had to restart laptop. I complained again, now LULU Dibba people are misbehaving and not changing it. I know it highly unusual but this happened that both times laptop had problem, and why I should keep a laptop that is not ok. it's not my problem i paid 2200 AED. I left the laptop there and moved from there because they were not changing it. I humbly request to proceed my genuine complain to compensate my 2200 AED . I shall be grateful for your effort.
