On placing on Online order for delivery, the following information is provided:
Estimated delivery: 2 - 5 days
I placed an order on 20-Nov and to date it has not been delivered; I cancelled the order today 02-Dec.
Our previous order was placed 16-Oct and was only delivered 28-Oct.
It is possible to order items from abroad and have them delivered sooner than a delivery from a store 30-mins away. Our orders are for groceries and cleaning supplies for the office.
Why offer the service if the Resources/ Management/ whatever-it-may-be do not exist to provide said service?
We have supported the online delivery option in support of job creation but due to the extreme frustration experienced, both from lack of delivery and lack of adequate communication, we will no longer make use of this service, or rather non-service.
No resolution is required, this is a complaint so that others who may be thinking of using this service either think twice before doing so, or adjust their expectations of delivery from 2-5 days to 10-14 days.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
