possible gas gouging
We had a gas tank on e (some gas still in tank) and put $10.00 of gas in the tank at $3.67 a gallon (as dvertised on gas pump). We got a half tank of gas. We went back a few days later and are gas gage was just above the red and we put in $15.00 worth of gas in at $3.63 a gallon (as advertised on gas pump) and got half a tank.
We have a very small car .so we thought this should be brought to your attention. Hopefully there not, but this has happened to us and are friends from meijers in the past.
refusal of return of product under warranty
Dear Interlocutor,
I bought an item at a local Meijer store in East Lansing, MI. The item is a Meijer band nominated "Shop Force" that only Meijers carry in its store. The warranty is of year as is clearly stated on the warranty that come along with the product. The product quit working some time ago and when I went to the local Meijer they simply refused to exchange or reimburse the value arguing that they only exchange items within 3 months. And even after clearly demonstrating that it is Meijer brand and that the warranty was written by Meijer itself and that it clearly stated that it should be returned to a local Meijer store in case of malfunction with the warranty period the manager and employees simply refused the return. That is a complete and absolute nonsense since the product is a Meijer brand and warranty the comes with the product written by Meijers clearly states that the product has a 1 year warranty and should be returned to Meijers in case of any malfunction when within the warranty period. I would like to know what ca be done in such case since it an absurd and an aberration in terms of injustice.

i finally found out who makes shop force, alton industries. sent email, within two hours got call, there sending me two parts they believe could be bad. we will see.
This just happen to me, I used the generator just one time, went outside yeaterday to start and check out to make sure all good and it started but the generator part is dead. i checked all resets and called the number it had been changed, called that number got a recording. i then called store complained, got same story 90 days were sorry. i called around to see who would look at it and no ine will touch it because they say we cannot get parts. so there is money down the drain, bad thing is i work there, will never buy anything again. i will go to lowes.
so beware DO NOT BUY MEIJER BRAND!

We just had an issue with our shop force 3500 generator and called customer service who said they don't warranty this brand anymore. Meijer exchanged it to us and said they will deal with it. Bought 6 months ago. We also spoke with the store director instead of a manager don't know if that makes a difference.
Bought a shop force spotlight, has a lead/acid battery. The battery no longer takes a charge. So, went to Meijer to buy a new battery. Guess what? No battery there, no one knows where they can be found. Told me to write the company, or look them up on the internet...N.P. MI
I bought a Shop Force 12 volt power source and it is next to useless. I bought it new from ebay. Don't but Shop Force brand. They DO NOT stand behind their product...T.D. Pa.
I bought a Shop Force 3500 Watt generator in December 08 in anticipation of Consumers cutting my power. They didn't actually cut me off until 8/21/09.
The unit sat in my living room all this time never used. We followed the instructions to the letter and it didn't start.
I got the same BS from Meijer in Kalamazoo. $307 down the drain and I will never shop Meijer stores . Beyond the 90 day policy.

I feel the photo department at Meijer in Bowling Green, OH has some customer service problems and doesn't have understanding when it comes to making reprints. First of all, the girl working on January 22, 2007, was rude when I asked about how to write out the numbers for negatives. She just stood there and acted like I was supposed to know what to do and what finish I wanted for my pictures. When I got home I noticed I was missing 2 sets of prints (4 photos total) and was charged too much. There was a sale going on on reprints for $.29 and I was charged $.32. I have had problems there before and will not be returning to that department for photos any more.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We bought your lasagna for our camping trip. Usually we by Walmart's lasagna, but we were already in your store.
Upon cooking, there was no cheese on the top. Nor was there mozzarella cheese in the lasagna sauce. This was disappointing on our rainy-day meal.

Bottle return closes 2 hours before store. Even though hours state that Meijers is open until midnight. There are no hours posted on the door for bottle return. This is an inconvenience for disabled veterans like myself that do there shopping at this time.

Our Cashier at the Meijer in Brighton Michigan was Edmund. I asked if he could put an item in my use my brand new reusable bag. He said I am not putting it in there. It was November 11th, 2023. My receipt serial number was A004603NL9QTTS
Date: every day! Try to go to Mperks to get my rewards and it keeps saying it is not available. Is the site having problems? Please fix as I use it to get discount on gasoline! Don't know how much more I could tell you -I have been using it before with no problems.

I was running low on my prescriptions so i called a week in advance to get them refilled. now its day 9 and im still out of my medications. i get severe migraines due to withdrawal from my medications and its very inconvenient to be given a time frame for a filled prescription only for it to not be filled 2 days after.
I see big changes in our local Meijer store in Escanaba MI. What I am seeing most is a lack of Organic products. I went shopping on 10.07.23 and could not find organic nuts, lots of meijer brand but not organic meijer brand. You are pushing me to buy online organic products as you are failing to provide organic products in your store.
i ordered and was charged for ben and jerry brownie ice cream and did not get it. i ordered meijer sharp shredded cheese and got a diff flavor in my order andon second part of order i got a shaker cup and the lid wont close and seal so i cannot use it either. !
Tried to ask a Meijer's employee to just tell me where the boys underwear were located and she said back to me, "Nope I'm on break!"
