I would like to complaint about the delay delivery service against Naza Malaysia. I had booked Kia Picanto Segment-A variant 2018 at with Butterworth dearler (KIA MOTOR (BUTTERWORTH) Jalan Bagan Jermal, Butterworth) in 19 August 2018, and this is my very first car ever! Since my car loan was approved in 21 August 2018, and signed the loan agreement at 25 August 2018 in the dealer premise with sales person. I have being informed that the will be arrived at last week of August thus it has been registered with JPJ at Aug 30 2018. All process done included full deposit, loan agreement, road tax, insurance, number plate, and etc. The worse case is, my loan is being disbursed without my consent and I only realized after received SMS alert from bank.
I'm still waiting for my car arrival today, it's almost one month already. The sales person told me my car can arrive before Sep 1, but it keep delay until today. I tried to get update from my sales person daily but I was informed that my car not even PDI at Gurun yet and it is still at NAM process as at Sep 24 2018. This is so unacceptable. Knowing that Naza already sending out free stocks since last weeks, even my dealer already received Picanto free stocks! But how about those already registered? Pls prioritize us! Some of us the loan is already disbursed like me, we are paying one month for nothing, the loan+insurance+roadtax is just burn off. Since my car still at NAM, I can't imagine how long do I still need to wait for the arrival?
I strongly request appropriate explanation and compensate from Naza Malaysia. The loan payment can't be burn off when I still yet to receive car as well as the first time car service will get impact too. I was learnt that the 1st time car service is countable from 1st 1000km or One month after registered, whichever earlier. I believe missing service as at schedule will bring further impact at future for claiming!
Pls give me a satisfy feedback. When can I get my car? How to compensate me for loan payment paid without car? Will this impact car service?
I am seriously to say that I will bring this issue immediately to Tribunal Pengguna if I can't get satisfied feedback by this week.

i also a victim of this in Juru AutoCity branch. my case is not that long, just 1 week but they kept on lie and drag my car delivery where all procedure had been completed! really piss with the services!
seriously I will never encourage people to get a Kia now.

During Aug, they told me car is ady at Pre-delivery inspection, at September, they told me there are delay in sending my car to the dealer during to the trailer service issue, now they told me my car still at knock-down! It is now even in a car shape? OMG!
