Cancelled flight Ref [protected]
I booked a return flight from Heathrow to Alta ( Norway) on 23/12/23 Flight SK804 to 28/12/23 SK4545, However the flight times were changed on the SK804 flight so I spoke to one of your advisers and the booked a new flight for me.
When I went to book in my details/seats it was still showing the old flight details. I tried several times to get in contact with you but there is no contact number on your site.
When I did eventually find a contact number I could not get through to speak to anyone the line goes dead.
I was worried that if they had not changed the flights going out there would be a problem with the return flight.
So I cancelled the return flight and re-booked it with Scandinavian airlines.
When I received notification of the refund it was only £34.34. I am not happy with this at all I want a full refund. If your advisers had done their job properly, I would not have had to cancel the flight. If I had been able to speak to someone, we could have sorted this out.
I am afraid to say it is almost impossible to sort out a query with your company as all emails from you are no-reply and no contact numbers. The complained email comes back as blocked!
