Sold us plane tickets for £2800 only to call us the next day and say for us to contact them by a phone number that doesn't work or have our tickets cancelled. Every number they have does not go through and now we are worried that the money charged to our account may not be refunded.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
i was charged 69.99 pounds for a subscription i never agreed to
They have taken £89.99 from my bank for some Prime membership which I did not agree too. I have tried to get a refund but they do not respond to emails and when on the phone they keep you on hold for ong periods of time so that you hang up. up o 45 minutes right now. Do not use this company! avoid them like the plague!
Absolutely diabolical, what a CON! As soon as the screen showed to purcuse
a few this product I went back! Only to find out a few hours later they'd Stolen! £89.99 from MyAccount!,which in turn stopped my car insurance from deducted, this could of caused me a legal arrest!?
i was cahrged for prime susbcription, even though i did not do it. I just booked a flight through opodo before. ! why is that ?
You have taken money from y account for Prime I do not agree to sign up to this and I want an immediate refund.

I booked a flight to Dublin from Glasgow and it said it was unable to process my booking so i booked again same result and the money has come out my bank twice. details below

Will I see a refund
Last year i cancelled my subscription to opodo for £69.99.
Today I've checked my bank account and seen that £69.99 was paid out to opodo on 31/12/2024.
Can you please refund that figure back into my account.
As a pensioner it's distressing to find myself overdrawn in my bank account due to this transaction.
I have been trying for weeks to cancel this membership and you have been ripping me off for 94.00!,! I will NOT pay for another dime to you people and have already started the process of reporting you to at least three international travel companies..you can call me with the information you have …CANCEL TODAY!
