samsung 2dr/bottom freezer - model#rb197acrs - freezing food in refrigerator
My complaint is the numerous times (twice) that the same part had to be replaced- considering the cost involved.
Refrigerator was purchased in Feb of 2011. I am very happy with the refrigerator, but this is the second time in two years I've had to replace the cooling/evaporator. The first time was in 2015 and 2/2018.
The refrigerator works well, but does this mean longevity of part is good for two/two-half years.

total disregard to my family time
My LG refrigerator was not freezing thus arrangements were made for the technician to replace I believe with freon gas. This was determined by the first diagnosis. I took a day off from work on 2/22/18 resulting in cancelation by the customer service agent who informed me that techncian didn't showed up for duty and because of that i've been given a $50 gift certificate for the inconvenience. They made an arrangement for 2/24/18 between 8am and 6pm on 2/23/18. At about 8pm on 2/23/18 they called my cell and my wife cell and confirmed they'll be here between 7am and 11am. I've again re-adjusted my family life to accommodate the technian, , No problem with that. I just received a call indicating they will be here between 5:30pm and 6pm as we are last to be seen after being canceled on 2/22/18. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade with PC Richards and just bought $2, 900. worth of appliances on 2/19/18. I'm very disheartened. Their contact # is [protected]. samsung refrigerator
After waiting 3.5 weeks for repair on my lg refrigerator, I requested and received a new refrigerator, the salesman suggested a samsung. I paid extra $! Was told the ice maker was "going to blow away the lg refrigerator. Well, I received the refrigerator, the delivery men installed the"wrong refrigerator "which had 2 dents in the refrigerator door. Only after they went back to their truck and were about to depart did they realize their mistake! They then installed the correct refrigerator? Well the brand new refrigerator has a jagged scratch along the side, the caps on the hardware we're cracked and not placed correctly looking very messy. Oh and the ice machine is so slow, I truly do not understand how this ice machine is"better". Let's hope for better response and service competency when I call customer service monday.

I had appliances delivered yesterday and the one delivery guy was completely unprofessional and very rude. He was yelling at the other delivery guy and when the other guy was putting the mattress in garage the rude delivery guy pulled the guy by the shirt and said no just leave it and let the mattress fall onto my work sheld. I have had many deliveries before and this my first by pc Richard and was very negative experience.

My refrigerator has not been functioning since
1/22/18, P.C. richards was informed and sent2 repair contractors out . The last repairman from fleet contractors had to order parts, that was on 1/24/18, one week later no parts! After multiple conversations with your customer service dept I was informed that if the parts for the refrigerator were not in by 1/25/18 a new refrigerator would be offered. The very next day I learned that the parts were in and that Fleet would coming to repair the refrigerator on 2/5/18. I waited, the company was 30 minutes late, only to find out that "they didn't have all the parts and it would take a few days to get the parts!"I immediately called customer service asked for a new refrigerator, I was told the rep would speak to her supervisor and call me back. Unfortunately, I have not received a call back! It is so discouraging to think that we the customers are loyal, repeatedly buying appliances etc from P.C. Richards, yet we when are utilizing our repair contract, there is no loyalty or respect!i sincerely hope P.C. Richards grants my request for a new refrigerator, I have been patient

I spent 10, 000 for appliances 6 years ago. Recently on 1/22/18 I reported a problem with my LG refrigerator. Intitally, customer service had no record of my service contract. I supplied bank records proving that I indeed had a contract. The latter was disturbing.
Well that was 8 business days ago, 2 service visits were done, by 2 separate contractors, I was informed it was a problem with my cooling system and parts needed to be ordered. I have called numerous times speaking with many reps, hearing that "we will check into the status of the parts", I have been patient! I have encountered a few rude reps, one told me he was out to lunch and doing me favor taking my call! Today I called spoke with Ava who was professionally, and stated she too would track the status of the parts, however that was what I was told yesterday by Jean and NEVER received a call back!Therefore, I asked to speak with a supervisor, I had asked to speak with "Aton or Afton " a supervisor whom I had spoken to before, I was placed on hold for 12 min. Only to find out that the supervisor "curt" was on the phone and would call me back! I am completely frustrated and disappointed in the customer service I have received. Please assist me in restoring my faith in your company. I am a family of 5, we are in desperate need of a working refrigerator. Mostly I would like to be treated with respect and consideration, I am planning on renovating a second home and was planning on purchasing goods from PC Richards, however I do not the feel the confidence needed. On Dec 15th my refrigerator broke-down, I have warranty with PC Richards - 3rd party repair was sent on Tuesday Dec 19th - couldn't fix and closed case. Since then calling every day to try to get it fixed or repaired, neither happened. Calling on a daily basis, asking for manager, manager never called back. 2nd week passing and still not working, already mold starts developing inside. Everyday we hear tomorrow will be service, but never done. Food perished, can't sit and wait for them to come. Service people are rude and not accommodating. The worst ever experienced service, if you can call it service - total disgrace

On the date of delivery my elderly father was home to receive this item. The gentleman (Driver # 367) who delivered the package pretended that the amount has to be paid with him. He showed my father a slip that had# 367 and my father assumed that it is $367.00 and he gave him a total $370.00. The gentleman took the money and left. This is a complete fraud that will need to be investigated by your company. Please credit the purchased item that I have made.

On December 7th 2017 I Amalia Raftopoulos called in for a service call on my refrigerator door which is not closing correctly. They came out on December 12th 2017 to fix it. The guy told me I will be back later this afternoon. I was waiting and waiting and HE NEVER CAME BACK. I called customer service and they told me that they rescheduled it for December 13th 2017. The guy again NEVER CAME TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I then called customer service again and told me that they had to order a special part. Why didn't they tell me the first time they came to my home. THIS IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO ME AS A CUSTOMER. I AM REQUESTING THAT THEY FIX IT OR REPLACE IT. I HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE SAME REFRIGERATOR DOORS NOT CLOSING. hp notebook computer
I purchased a HP Notebook Computer on 6/19/17 at the store in Norwalk, CT. Along with the computer I purchased one year of PC Richards 24/7 technical help. I had never had an HP computer before (I tend to stick with Mac), and from the moment I purchased it there were problems. The screen would freeze or be extremely sluggish (my 10 year old Mac book which is on the same network has no such problems). Five months into the purchase the HP started acting even more erratically - sometimes requiring me to boot multiple times before it would stay on. It eventually would not boot at all. I phoned the 24/7 help and was told that someone would return my call in an hour. That turned into two. They also offered no assistance whatsoever and told me to take the computer back to the store, where they would reload windows and reboot.
I returned to the store, who were confused as to why the tech help would have suggested that since the store does not have any in house tech staff.
They sent it out for service on 12/1. It was returned to the store on 12/8. I picked it up and got it home. I was prompted with the "Let's Get Started" window, but the mouse pad and clicker would not work on the page. I again called tech help - who are absolutely useless. The "technician" told me my mouse pad was broken - except, it was not broken before it was sent out for service. Other than that brilliant deduction, he could offer me nothing else.
I took it back to the store, where they filled out yet another support ticket and sent it out for additional service.
It is less than six months since the computer was purchased. I have not had use of it for over two weeks, and now will not have use of it for another week. It has also never worked properly.
I would like a new computer or a full refund including a refund for the "tech help" which is about as useful as opening up my door and yelling out into the woods.

Between my mom and I purchasing appliances over the years I've experienced such bad customer service and information given to me on this products purchased through your company. My original shipment day was September 17th, I confirmed with miles that I would be a available for delivery that day but asked what time would they deliver and he explained they would call before and schedule but literally the morning of that day, they called when they were already outside my door 7:30 am. And I was on my way home for work, I work overnight in the hospital 7p to 7a. So I am available ur open day window if I knew they delivered so early but I expect To be informed of hrs of ur open window. However driver couldnt wait 10mins while I was on my way, time is money I guess. But to already charge me a 65 redilivery for this miscommunication and ur customer reps explaining me that the redilvery is liability, it's expensive equipment, insurance...but I'm the customer paying for this service, I could really care less. If your company is all about business and less about customer satisfaction, I can invest the 1, 000 on this invoice with other companies that's going to show me customer service for my money and run a business same time.

Every time I call, I get the same message that the part was ordered, but it is delayed. It is delayed indefinitely or what?...
I can't believe that the first time you ordered the piece it arrived in 1 week, but it arrived damaged.
I had to wait for your technician about 4 hours to came to the door to tell me that piece came in damaged. How is that possible to waist my time and the technician's time...
The technician assured me that he will reorder the replacement piece and rush it, but unfortunately 4-5 weeks and the piece still not here.. So much for rushing...
I don't understand how is this possible?
I think if it is so hard to get the replacement piece, it must really be something wrong with that particular piece.
When I called to ask when the piece is arriving, because no one gave me an ETA the customer service representative told me that the ETA is October 18. On October 19th I called again because nobody contacted me, I was told the new arrival date is October 26th. So if the piece is not arriving this week on October 26th as per my last conversation with customer service, I need my refrigerator replaced with a new one.
You have to understand that my food is frozen, instead of being cold, because my refrigerator have ice inside and is building more every day, so soon is turning into a freezer! I'm tired of waiting, something must be done about it and it must be done soon.
Also, last week I called and asked to speak with a manager, and they put me in hold for 20 minutes or more and no one came to the phone. I called again on the other line and it looked like they already knew who it was and they put me again on hold to wait for the manager for another 20-30 minutes..What kind of customer service P.C. Richards has?
I've been a customer of P.C Richards for the past 20 years, but I don't think I will ever shop there again and I will make sure to tell everybody that I possibly know about my bad experience with your company.
I had enough patience with your company and I'm going to take the next step to solve this problem.

Interesting complaint. Maybe the complaint isn't complete, but I wouldn't understand why a retailer would be responsible for replacing the fridge. Why not just try a different service center and see if they have the same difficulties?
lg dryer repair
I purchased an LG front load Dryer from the Enfield CT store back on Feb. 1 2017. The service tech showed up and looked at my dryer, and told me he would have to order the part. When he was talking to me, I could smell alcohol on his breath. He told me I would get a call when the parts were in and could schedule the service repair from there. Great! When I received the call, I contacted PC Richards service department and set up for Oct 7 2017 for my LG Dryer to be repaired. I waited around, and received a phone message later that day telling me the service tech called out sick. I called back to schedule another date for repair on my dryer, Oct 11 2017. I received a knock on my door from a repair man telling me that again my repair man "Dave" called out sick. I was not having any more of this game, and told the guy Dave's not sick, he has a drinking problem. Which he confirmed was true! Unfortunately the man did not have the part since it was on Dave's truck, but a new issue has since emerged. This service repair man told me he would order the additional part, and I would receive a call to schedule for delivery. I never received that call, and today I called Oct 16 2017 to find out what is going on. I am now going to the laundry mate to dry my clothing, when I have made a pricey purchase of owning my own dryer. I would not recommend this company for any future business for myself or anyone else. I was planning on buy a stainless steel refrigeration from them, but I have decided to take my 4 thousand purchase else where after all this aggravation! After all this, it is my recommendation that Dave check himself into rehab for his drinking problem, because it is affecting his work performance. Shame on you PC Richards for continuing to cover for an employee with an addiction!
samsung refrigerator
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from the Deer Park store in late July. When it was delivered the left door and draw were severely damaged. I went back to the Deer Park Store and they faxed Samsung replacement parts that were needed. Samsung sent out the parts on August 7 to the Farmingdale Store and the Farmingdale store lost the parts. The end of August I called Deer Park and they refused to call Samsung for me saying they dont do that - all they do is fax the order. I called Samsung but they wouldnt talk to me because I wasnt the store. I finally called the Corporate Headquarters in Farmingdale and they said they reordered the parts on September 22 then it was September 25. It's now October 6 and they dont know where the parts are.
I've already made two payments on this refrigerator. Can anyone help me?
I'm disgusted with PC Richards and there Customer Service - they're attitudes are horrific and it's obvious they dont care about the customer!

RE: Customer Complaint /New Stove Request
This letter is a formal complaint and request to receive a new free range electric stove. If I cannot receive a completely new stove at this point I would like a full refund for the stove. I purchased the electric stove along with several other appliances on May 9th 2017. The first time the stove was used it resulted in a defect on the top piece of the free range stove. I was told by my sales representative that I had adequate coverage through PC Richardson to address any issues that may arise with the appliances. I spent a total of $2, 502.27 when I purchased the electric stove which includes other items.
I visited the PC Richardson at 2372 Broadway about 4-6 times to figure out a viable solution. I was told to contact the service center and they would be able to set up an appointment. After the service center set up a visit June 20th 2017, I was informed a new range top would be ordered and it would take 3-4 weeks. We never received a call back. On September 4th I was told by PC Richardson at 2372 Broadway that the issue would be addressed and I would receive a call September 5th. I received a call the next day, the person who called me said the new stove top arrived at the factory, also I should contact Yarga at 973.800.7172 to setup a time for the drop. I called the number several times, also I left voice messages nevertheless I still haven’t received a response.
It is now September 21st 2017, I still haven’t received any replacement and it’s going on 6 months with a defective stove. This is exploitive and no what quality of product I paid for. My tenants have been using a damaged stove now for close to six months. I’m not sure why this matter isn’t being taken serious, but this is a horrible customer service experience for me. This situation has caused me financial and emotional stress, and the staff at PC Richardson 2372 seems at most indifferent about the matter. I hope PC Richardson treats all customers fairly and equally.

it seems that pcrichards doesn't care after you paid for the item told them i wanted to cancelled the item but since i had it delivered it can't be cancelled

I purchased on august 8 3017 a new refrig with ice maker.. Delivered august 10 .
They installed a ice maker which i had to pay extra...On august 11 only a few pieces of ice.. I told my hubby. It must take time.. The next day the same thing..Repairman 8 15. Turn up the temperture no ice still 8 18 another man .. Defective hubby angry another installed still no ice sept 1 ...When the repairman put up temperture everything froze in refrig... Help... I live a busy life ... All my kitchen is pc richards.. Even my washer and dryer

in January I bought a tv from them. But I needed to repair it a couple of months ago and this took them too long. They left me without the tv for 3 weeks. Now its LCD is broken and they will take the tv away for 2-3 weeks again. I asked them for a temporal replacement, but they didn't care and were rude to me. I have to spend 3 weeks without my tv again.

The contractor who was assigned to my residence destroyed my freshly painted basement and cracked my gas line. The contractor failed to clean his mess along with do a walk through of his finished product because he must have been embarrassed. Now I had to hire a company to come fix his mess and cost me more $$$$

The contractor that was assigned to my home completely destroyed my basement! Not only did he ruin my freshly painted walls with the dust that he chipped from brick foundation, but he broke a gas line that was coming out of the wall next to where he installed the AC unit. To top it off he tucked the broken gas pipe inside the wall where it filled my house with gas. I do not know what to do? My house could have blown up!
