Unauthorized charge
I had an unauthorized charge on my card worth $96. The team never did reach out to me if I wanted to continue with my free trial. I canceled my subscription and the website says that there was one more day left, meaning my 30 day free trial was supposed to end tomorrow 22nd July 2021. Can I request a refund? It's frustrating and I don't want this to happen again.

I canceled my membership same day (7 day free trial) and was charged twice for PDF Pre-Auth fees . No notification whatsoever from their part.

I was on a pc that didnt have adobe and accidentally ordered pdffiller. And although a 7 day trial period was offered I canceled immediately. 5/18/21. I received a bill on my american express that I disputed but they refused to fight for it. I since sent an email and did a chat with the company. I just want to be sure my account is cancelled. It was under [protected]@gmail.com account.
Even when you cancel once you realize its offer is a trial, they still continue to bill.

Same Complaint for me. I did not prefer for a Subscription at all. I used PDF filler to withdraw my PF. I am in trouble with family due to this. I am a volunteer doing service for people through Art of Living. Money which I need to give poor, I am forced to a situation to pay for my credit card bills. I never wanted a subscription at all. Business Etiquette should be there. I am a spiritual person, I believe PDF - Filler management person will understand and do the needful. Kindly refund my amount. I am a State co-ordinator in spreading - Free classes for children, creating awareness about Menstrual Health and Hygiene. With whatever money I have, I get snacks and Napkins for poor girls.
And what's worse, they made the billing date 23rd July 2021. How convenient is this?

Attached is the evidence of the transaction. Basically PDF Filler charged my card for Pre-Auth fees TWICE. No notification whatsoever from their part. I am aware that to everyone this may be a small amount but I am a struggling college student and every cent counts to me.

I was under the 30 day free trial period and cancelled the trial way before the billing period even started because I was no longer using it. On July 4th, they then proceeded to take out $108 from my bank account without any email notification or reminder of doing so. Very unprofessional and I will not be using this service again. I used the trial period but cancelled 3 days before it ended because I wouldn't be using it as much as I thought so I didn't think it was worth paying for the full year. However, they've gone ahead and charged me $96 (£72.01) despite the cancellation. I would like a refund and it's not clear how to go about this. This is wrong and cheeky. The company doesn't even send email to tell you it's coming to the end of the trial period and had the audacity to charge despite me remembering to cancel it

I was under the impression I had a free thirty day trial and did not receive any notice of a subscription renewal nor did I sign up for a yearly subscription. On July 1st 2021, $102 was taken out of my bank account without my knowledge. I canceled my subscription moments before writing this. Had I received notice that my subscription was about to begin and my trail was going to end, I would have canceled my trial right away. I received no emails from the company addressing the payment. I found out by looking at my bank account. I did not give my consent to be charged.

Balance deduction from bank account without subscriptions
Its me sanam and i am writing this complain regarding my balance deductions from bank account as i don't have any subscriptions and plans regarding pdffiller. Unauthorized charges
On march 15 2021 I was charged a fee of 101.76 and i never signed up for it or anything so is there a way that I can be reimbursed the funds back into my account I am reaching out to you first before I take other actions with the bank and etc. The account that the money was withdrawn from was a business account and I never authorized for any transactions to be done.
