Playtika world series of poker

I'm going to talk to a lawyer about this.. apparently if you place 1st in a seasonal tournament leaderboard, you dont get awarded the divided jackpot? After all my hard work, chips wasted, and sleep lost, i don't actually get awarded what was promised? its been 4 days and im still waiting for my 7+ Billion poker chips..

yea the 2 rings by themselves was really worth losing 900M, ( i started with 16.3B - I'm now at 15.4B) due to bad games and unsporting players. I have also suffered sleep deprivation, in order to keep my spot as 1st place on the leader board. Not that I'm hurting for chips, my goal is to progress. My goal was the jackpot. I won, only to have my winnings unrightfully withheld.

That's not fair. I am very disappointed

Playtika slotomania complaint

I have been playing Slotomania most of the day and my huge complaints are anything I have been winning over 2 million coins I have not been credited for - I just won 7, 5000 coins on Sugar Sevens and didn't receive one coin from the win - This has been happening all day and I'm mad! The other thing is the daily dash where I'm suppose to collect so many Sloto cards but it never gives me a chance to finish the daily dash! Come on everyone let's play fair with your patrons!

Ok this is really making me MAD and MADER - I just won 206 million dollar's on the bonus round of Unfortunate Monsters and DID NOT receive one coin of it - I want my full amount of coins now! I really don't know what is going on with Slotomania but I hope it gets fixed - Filing a complaint takes time away from my play time -, I guess it doesn't matter cuz I don't get the coins anyway - Please give me what is due - I play fair and square but it seems you aren't

Playtika the loss of money and the bonuses haven't added my winning. i've spent a lot!!!

In the last three months since my last update too your app. I've been ripped off many many times with unfair wins and not adding up correctly. Billions and billions. I just want too play and have fun. Plus no ace cards. I deserve attention. I deserve some compensation. Like lottery bonus booster and slot club points just for the effort I've already lost having too contact you. I also think a ten billion free chip is in order. I spent time and money. Hi I'm having an issue with playing the ace card games on my account so far this season and towards end of last album when I play the ace card games it doesn't give me ace cards this is quite unusual it use to give me them quite regularly I do play a lot my email is provided here

Playtika email sign on

Since 9/22/18 I have been unable to access Slotomania using my email and password. Since I am not on Facebook this sign on method is the one I prefer. All the sign on prompts allow me to enter required information the when I click on the sign on button nothing happens . I have used two different computers and cleared the Cache and Browsers on both, then closed slotomamia and reopened it and am getting the exact same result. No sign on .Please advise.

Playtika "update now" tab on caesars slots

An "update now" flag continues to pop up even though I have updated to the latest version. VERY ANNOYING! Please drop this annoying flag. I have seen other complaints about this as well. "Update now" started appearing in August and continues to show up about every 15 seconds. Press update now, takes me to the app store where it has already been updated. Please make it stop!

Playtika slotomania customer support unethical behaviour

Slotomania support tcket#inc6742719 I have been more than patient and it seems that about the so-called "vip" status that I have been invited by you guys has gone forgotten. Yes, there was mr. Aidan a few weeks ago that initially got in touch with me personally (he did claim to be from slotomania customer service) but as I did have a feature connected on my mob. He promised to get in touch with me in 2 days but he did not... There is also an issue which is about the "daily - dash" which gets harder and harder to pass as you guys set unreachable levels of coins won or to bet, let alone other gimmicks in regards to your games or to complete the so-called mission to at least get the starting package of those cards that you meant to release.
It is obvious that I will not spend my pension for a fake coins which gives me nothing in return. It is beyond shameful that you are expecting people to spend exorbitant sums of real money for you "fun & games" which it get rather frustrating often.
Every album you continuously release only duplicates over and over and over which clearly looks that shamelessly you want more and more money for a fake games. Your games has exceeded the limits and you are expecting players to buy, buy, buy but the entertainment that you suppose to provide its nothing else but high-way robbery. It's is obvious that your so-called "vip" it's just a poor excuse to exploit the gullible and get absolutely nothing in return. I know from past experience that you do have carbon copy answers for every complin but it will not work for me anymore so as of this moment I will not spend even a red cent on this game of yours which clearly has become money making machine. It is very shameful that your "customer-support" have stoop so low. As I am not at all surprised anymore that it is beyond obvious that your answer going to be unsatisfactory as usual so I will not hold my breath of wait for your "quick-response" which usually comes after 2 or more weeks or never responds to my complains. You can keep your fake games and i'll keep my money pure and simple... For example, from three albums I was'nt able to close even one of them despite the fact that I spent real money from may pension and all I receive in return endless doubles of your sloto cards, regardless which game, promo or your "daily-dash" which I played and in return I received frustration, carbon-copy answers to my complains and your so called "entertainment" has become an endless night-mare.
Bluntly I had it with all the charades and deceptions.

Playtika slotomania x77 bonus reward

Hi guys I played the Slotomania x77 reward and not got full reward I played with a 20mill bet ended up with 2.5 bill win in 26 spins and should of been x77 my win ? I received just 2.3 bill reward everyone else has a massive payout and few off us been shunned and not happy and sure machines are broke 23/9/18 as hardly any wins today after betting almost 15 bill today my credits almost gone again hope I can rectify this issue and not fob us off again I can be contacted via email at

Playtika caesar casino challenge bonuses

I have been completing power and master challenges (the only ones that are affected) The bonus is given I see it added to my coins. In the next spin or if I leave the game I'm playing the challenge bonus gets subtracted from my coin balance. I have kept track of coin balance because this was happening everytime for the last couple of months. I contacted support and they stated I received bonus. Yes I did for 2 seconds and then the coins disappear. I couldn't make them understand what was happening. I finished the power challenge today coins went to 326 plus million the next spin of game play coin balance dropped the exact amount of the bet and whole challenge amount. (all 7.65 mil which was bonus on challenge plus my bet) 318 mil and change. Same thing happened with mastered challenged that I finished today. coins for bonus added 19.16 mil made my balance 333 mil plus. one spin and I was down to 310. (my bet and the whole challenge amount was subtracted) I haven't received a challenge bonus that has stayed added to my coin balance in ages. Now my support button on the Caesars site is shut off, because they don't want me contacting them anymore. How unfair is that? I only want what i spent my time and coins, earning in game play. No way to take a pic because it happens so fast but they should be able to tell that right after I receive bonus the very next spin the coin balance is minus that challenge bonus. everytime. Challenges were completed today one between 430-6pm cst and the other between 8-9 pm cst

Playtika House of fun on internet

Three times this week alone that I have paid for coins that I did not receive! This has been going on and on and on. I have complained to Amazon to the point that they just about hang up on me telling me they are sorry but there is nothing they can do about it. When I call or text customer service at Playtika, they tell me I need to take a snapshot. A snaphot of WHATTTTTT? It accepts my money and then it goes back to the homepage. I never receive my coins and anything else that is promised in your bogus promotions. I cannot tell you the money that I have lost. The dates are too numerous to mention. Today is the most recent which is 9/21/18. This also happened twice before like tuesday or Wednesday of this week.

Also, I never get my bonus coins when playing! It acts as tho the coins are going into my existing coins but they do not. Again, I was told to take a picture. It is impossible to take a picture. I have three different tablets and it happens on each tablet. How can this be resolved? Probably by never playing again. How unfortunate that this company continues to rip people off and gets away with it. Shame on Amazon for allowing this to happen.

Playtika slotomania purchases.

I have always been able to pay for purchases through AT&T provider for years and just the last few weeks I can not . AT&T said I do not have a purchase block on my phone. AT&T says the problem in on slotomania Playtika side. I so enjoy playing slotmania please allow me to play some more.

Can you please check this out so I can continue to pay purchases through AT&T.?

Playtika non-payment of major jackpot on slotomania... no response from support

While playing GOLDEN CHAPTERS first leg received 5 RED BARNS ...POP-UP tells u you have hit MAJOR JACKPOT but when I finally glanced at my remaining balance no CREDITS had been added ...I WAS BETTING 30 MILLION A SPIN...Since this app charges REAL MONEY for credits this is comparable to theft or at least non payment of SERVICES...I Have tried to get SUPPORT from FACEBOOK AND GOOGLE PLAY STORE but cannot find any phone support...we are talking about 5, 000, 000, 000 credits HERE...I HAVE TRIED TO E-MAIL PLAYTIKA and of course they do not respond...I have found a phone number from overseas but they also DON'T answer...after being on HOLD for 3 or 4 minutes they END THE CALL...HOW CAN FACEBOOK and Google PLay Store allow such APPS to run sanctioned by them...WORD FROM THE WISE this app is to say SHADY at least...GREAT GAMES but the poorest CUSTOMER SERVICE of all time...IF U DON'T MIND being ripped off for HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and just want to enjoy great casino games this is the APP for U...

Playtika update new version

can't seem to upload new version available update now. When I try to update the new ceasars version, it keeps telling me its already installed, but it isn't. Please advise
Please let me know why it keeps telling me to upgrade, when the site tells me its is already installed. I need to know what to do to correct the issue. August 30, 2018 I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible. Why is it telling me to upgrade, when it is already installed, can't play the game.

Playtika slotoquest

I choose the medium level for the farmers fortunes slotoquest.. as it advertised 19K coins. (not very high.. but trying Hard might just be beyond me)

But for such a low profit.. One of the quest has a minimum bet of 250, 000 ! and we will probably need to around 200 to 300 spins to even have a chance of completing the task. How does this make any SENSE!

Already invested so much time and some money to get to the last scene in the chapter, but now I am totally stuck, coz I could never have that many coins.. even if I wanted to buy!

On top of that there is no way for us to downgrade our quest

Please rectify.

Playtika language, abuse, and racism

Players are allowed to call someone a b****, to say that a person suck someone's dick, to call somebody a N****, to call somebody a f** and other homosexual slurs. All of this is allowed, and there is no number to call, no one who can be reached, and the abuse continuous daily. I would like to know why you are not allowed or able to complain direct to accompanied . Today was the worst, and I am uninstalling the app from my phone. Shame on you for allowing this to continue.

yes that is terrible. they do it a lot. Players ZEE333 SpiMo69 are ring leaders to stalk and harass people. Tell lies, make up stories just to try and aggravate people...its sad yet funny to watch, some Juvenile Old people.
Gawd I hope i'm never like that in the next 30 years. They have had more than one account had a coupler closed (Good) They recruit or its them themselves to harass people over and over again DAILY1!

Playtika complaint

I was finally able to get into the Sloto Club on Slotomania after purchasing my piggy bank. The slots in the clubbed burned through 1.8 billion coins in hours. Couldn't even hit any bonuses. I was really looking forward to this and now its all gone. Slotomania claims to be free, but I feel as though you only want users to make purchases. I would either like a refund or my credits back. If this does not get resolved with in 24 hours I will no longer support any Playtika games and I will write reviews on how much of a scam this is.

Playtika unable to play / register account at slotomania.com

I want to play slotomania games at slotomania.com. When I try to sign up / register it says 'email is invalid, please correct'. My email account is valid, I use it everyday. Clicking on the support link takes me to an invalid page. It seems impossible to locate any support for this issue. I like to play the games. it is the only reason I got a facebook account. I have quit facebook as my account has been hacked more than once and my sloto coins and cards stolen. It is like Playtika does not want my business.
