Missing Gold Cards

My account # is [protected], I've completed the "Daily Dash" with time to spare and have not received my Gold card.
I've gone in and out of the game on Facebook and also FB Game-room. I love the game, but it is getting harder and harder to trust I will get what I pay for or play for as this is not the first time this has happened.

I have been playing Ceasars slots daily, for a long time. I haven't been able to access the ""Legacy Bonus" for months, the game just disconnects when I touch the icon.
