Playtika card selling in slotomania

I know of a person who is selling her album cards on eBay and has done so since the winter album she's getting anything from $30-100 per card depending in demand. This is totally unfair for the rest us players. But if you have to say who I am making the complaint then I'll withdraw it as I'll lose so many great sloto friends and be known as a snitch. Nut I do believe something should be done. She livrs in America... Thanks so much

Playtika poker heat

Hi I am writing about my poker chips I lost 9 million chips due to the game freezing up and losing connection while I was in a all in bet I had a royal flush after the game loaded back up the timer went fast and my winning hand folded I've tried reaching out to them about it I have been patient I really want my 9 million chips I played so many games to get those chips and it's not fair

Your website is a joke all you do is screw people to have to buy more chips which is a bunch of [censored] and you should be shut down for good and I hope you are to hell with whoever designed this I hope you do something stupid and get sued

Hi,
I just played with your game (poker heat) and I picked the option with the best table for me ... I had 5.5M chips and it had to sit me with 3M according to the chips buy in indicator. But when The table reviled I wasn’t sitting and he asked me to sit... when I pushed on the seat he showed me that I have only the remain 2.5M - I lost 3M chips because of a BUG in your game...
this is really frustrating Please help me with that so I will keep playing your nice game. BTW there are a lot of lags in the game the recent 2 days.

Playtika slotomania keeps losing connection

I would play Slotomania for a few seconds and then it would say "oops, we lost the connection"! I'm getting REALLY tired of that, I can't even play one game for a minute...what's going on here?

This has been happening more than once and I'm just about to not play Slotomania anymore! I'm really angry with this game...either have this game fixed as soon as possible...or I'm not playing Slotomania anymore!

Playtika slotomania - daily dash

Hi there,

I completed the daily dash with well over 1000 points this morning (23/5/18) and I didn't receive my 5 star Ace card. I know i am not the only one this has happened to and would like to have this rectified.

I spend money on this game and when i am out of playing credits i like to use these cards to play.

Could you please rectify.

After completing second level of daily dash, I could not collect Ace card. Every time I opened the sloto album, there's no Ace to collect.

Well meater is not working on the dash...
It is stuck on level 2 at 99% and you know this is a time crucial event . .
How went through a billion coins at the same level I need this fixed I rebooted and it still didn't work

Playtika bingo blitz

I have been writing for 2 months now about my issue with this game. I have not been able to load a game on there for over a month and a half and nothing and I mean absolutely nothing was done about. Automated emails, and once to respond to the email to see if it was still happening, I did and nothing back. I am very disappointed to be treated this way by a game I have been paying $19 a month to, he an Elite member, but have cancelled my membership.
I have 2 issues, one I was writing for months for themtofixthe problem as to why my sticker album was not loading, when it was a week before the first time I wrote, I have collected so many stickers through buying credits or winning the I games but never once could I get any that I needed through trading because I have been locked out of my sticker album since a week or two after it started. T would say beside it, you have 3 new, buticannot load my album. I am tired of writing now the contest is over and I never got to collect one credit from that game after spending money on it. It's very unfair.
My second issue is, and I have all the emails you have ignored saved and the few I got back from you which were automated ones. I wrote 2 weeks before my Elite was up and told them I wanted my membership cancelled and to not take another dime out of my account and they also ignored that and still did it, did not even send me an email on how todo it. You do not make it easy to cancel and I could not figure it out, but I did eventually, but they still had no right when I said to not take another dime out of me.
When my member ship is up so am I, with bingo Blitz or any other game you support and will be telling people to not waste their money on it because when you do have a problem they will never fix it, they will do nothing but ignore you and send automated emails back. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is to treat paying customers this way, I can imagine how you treat none paying customers. I really liked this game but I will not sit back and let someone rip me off like bingo Blitz has. I am not done here and will take it farther BBB, online fraud line. I just wrote this today butam not feeling very hopeful because it has taken so long for anyone to get back to me. Ignore it and it will go away, I feel that is there way of thinking. Very sad to just ignore emails fo 2 months and not being able to trade stickers. It was a rip off scam of a game to make us buy more credits but got absolutely nothin get back inreturn, like promised.

Playtika being charged for services I didn’t order

I keep getting charged for services I never ordered. I never buy coins for any game I play but I am being charged multiple times on my credit card. Please refund all of the money you have charged me over the months that you have taken out of my checking account. This isn't the first time this has happened. Playtika slotomania

About a month ago I was playing Slotomania on my iPad then later played it on my laptop. Somehow everything reset to starting level. I have been playing this game for about 5 years. I had 3.5-4 billion points, all the games were unlocked and I was at the gold level. Now I'm at the beginning level. I only have a couple of games open, a few hundred thousand points and am at the beginning level. How can I reset this to where I was?

Playtika slotomania

I was betting 60, 000 when three times it changed to 100 million per spin. I lost 1.6 B coins and I want them back. I play for fun, and no matter how low my balance is, I will not purchase coins I will just stop playing. So give me the coins back asap. I play fair and I expect you to play fair and not change someone's bet to you benefit. I could not believe when I looked down and saw that high of a bet. I can look back and not find more than 30-50 M bet at any one time

Playtika house of fun

I have purchased many credits through my credit card and I'm on platinum status at the money. I love house of fun but there have been times I've been charged twice and havnt received credits? I've also reached the last key in the promo and didn't get my spin that I chased and spent money on trying to obtain.
I would really appreciate some kind of compensation as I never complain or ask for anything. I don't have any evidence as such because over time I've left it unable to reach you through the app itself? Which was really annoying. I've found this site and hope this isn't going to be a hassle for me considering we pay to win credit to enjoy and not playing for real money. Thank you.

Playtika slotomania and the mother's day quest the prince and the frog slot game

Playtika credit card charges

On May 4th, 2018, I was making coin purchases. They took my money, but when I went to spin for the multiplier, it would not process. They stole an a total of $40.00 from me. I never received the coins or the chance to spin for the multiplier two different times. I checked my credit card statement and they took the monies. I am requesting a refund.

Playtika slotomania

I really like playing your games . But I have noticed every time I win at any of the games I'm not receiving all of my coins . I would like for this to be corrected if not I'm done . I'm not spending anymore money on something that's not fair to its customers . The games are great but be honest. I spend a lot of money to play your games but get robbed of coins and levels I have earned . Thanks for your time I hope this can be resolved.

Playtika I was not given a wildcard

I have been in contact with Slotomania customer support due to missing coins that was not added to my account, then to top it off this morning everyone who completed "spring blast comp" would recieve a free wildcard. I completed these sets twice and havent recieved one yet it says in my history i did. The card they say i chose was not a card i needed i had plenty of sets that only needed one card to complete them so why would i choose something i did not need? This may sound confusing but ive been playing for 7 to 8 years and never had an issue. Now that i need their help im getting absolutely no where.im not only a loyal player i am a frequent payer to play. It was only Monday (Australia time) that i spent $1000 on this particular game. They dont mind accepting my money but dont care about me as a customer with my complaint. They are making me feel like a liar which i most definitely am not. I do not know who else to contact. Can you please help?

Playtika caesars casino on facebook

When playing on your desktop computer, has anyone experienced that the Video Poker choice on Caesars Casino on Facebook, is gone? In other words, there used to be table games, reel slots and video poker along with all the slot choices, but now the video poker choice is completely gone? I only signed up and gave money because of the video poker choice.

Playtika slotomania

Finished all 3 daily challenges. If all 3 are completed you get starter packs of slotomania cards. 3 different days. Did not receive any starter packs. From any of those days. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game before the 3rd day to see if I would receive a starter pack if all 3 challenges were completed. Still nothing. This is very frustrating to say the least.

Playtika slotomania

I have had multiple problems where I have been charged twice for one purchase and I have also been charged the incorrect amounts. I contacted iTunes and after much debate was refunded for some of the purchases. I did however identify that it only happens when I use my credit card and not my itunes vouchers so I decided to only use itunes cards and continue playing, however yesterday I had another issue. I got the megaspin and it landed on $3, 150, 000 however the system only registered $2, 100, 000. I have attached a screen shot below

Playtika slotomania

I purchased an extra spin for 17.99 on this game and it glitched our and I was booted and then when I was asked to update my card information and come back it said your purchase is ready, but then I was charged twice for this spin. I added a pic to this complaint for you to see. Please fix this. This is the 5th email I have. Want to you. I will file a form through my bank if I have to saying I didn't approve this transaction if thisnksnt fixes today. My card was just charged for two of those transactions. Thank you.

Hi I was charged 17.99 twice for a response on slotomania. I did not approve this. I closed out of the game and teset my phone as I was advised to and I was still charged two times . I have email you guys 5 times and every time nothing has been done all you send me is an automated response that says information is missing when nothing is missing. This needs to be fixed or I will go to my bank and fill out a form saying I didn't not approve this transaction and then they will investigate. This has been going on for over 3 days not and no one will email me back and fix it.

Playtika gifts

I have issues with the slotomania support system. I spend good money but fo almost a year having problems withgetting the coin gifts when other players buy. Support tries to turn it around to me that I have the issues no it is them they fix it for a day or two than poof it is gone again. I am not alone in this many others have the problem some have deleted the app. I am mad I am not rich but in this year alone spent over 500 dollars and I am not getting what other players who do not pay get. I want the techs to fix this the only way I get it fixed is by contacting you. I told support no more money till it is fixed unless you do not want my money I am sure other games that work right will take it. Thank you for your time. My buying time is monday if it is not fixed I am deleteing you I am sure goldfish or jackpot party will take it I have no promblems with them

Playtika slotomania game play

Unfortunately I do not have any backup on this as I thought the problem would resolve itself when I logged back in. But a couple of weeks ago, I had won a substantial about of free spins during a challenge that actually finished the challenge. Unfortunately when I restarted the app - the challenge was completed by I get neither the gold card/ace card nor the tokens. Not to mention a possible Big Bullhorn that seems to be eluding everyone. That being said, I am enjoying the product for the most part - even tho game play and payouts are not very good at times. I do enjoy the social aspects of the game with the community. Please provide either cards to coins to make up for the crashes — this happened at least 3 other occasions (involving a bonus game, but not cards) within that same period of time, but not at all lately - so there must have been some server issues. I need the following ace cards, gold cards (gary goldfish, sword of slotland, columbus, the pandits, mask of glory, ann aermageddonsen, bella blaze, samuel spinstone, big bullhorn, spin for peace, celtic clara, roulette rhonda, the patroit, the status, secret santa, mr magic, apollo) — or the equivalent amount of coins 50-75 Million.
