Priceline.com booking

I thought i booked a 3-night stay at Quality Inn Flagstaff I 40, but payment did not go through on my end and never received confirmation number so i booked with Days Inn in Flagstaff, AZ. I stayed there for 3 nights and have proof and now cannot find a number to chat with a live person about this. No one person can stay in 2 different motels at the same time and priceline.com refuses to give me my money back for the Quality Inn

Priceline.com hotel flight package

booked a hotel and flight package to Cancun Mexico on Nov 10 2023. Was told by 2 priceline agents that this was the allinclusive price. Found out it was not allinclusive. Been trying to get this issue resolvedfor 2 weeks. Called several time,always told they will get back to me in @ to 3 days. Never have heard any response. This issue was not my fault. Priceline.com False advertisement

On a hotel reservation it is clearly advertised that the Breakfast is included and the parking is free. In the Confirmation email if you search you can find something about the parking but nothing regarding the breakfast.

Priceline says that the reservation is made by Booking so they discharge themself of the false advertisement.

On booking Site the same hotel have with or with out breakfast and clearly says that you have to pay for the parking.

So since there was a mention in the confirmation email about the parking i was only demanding that they reimburse the Breakfast. Even though the advertisements says it is free.

these are not big amount but there is a respect of your customer principle

Priceline.com Best western plus hotel booking

Book hotel with price line November 28 2023 -November 30 2023. Checked in with front desk. I always check the beds. I noticed broken glass on sheet and behind headboard. Looking more closely I could see that it was a meth pipe. I was very outraged. My husband and I have a 3 yr old that was traveling with us. Very scary if my child would of cut herself on it. Told the front desk. Didn't seem like they cared at all. pool was not open like as promised.

Priceline.com car booking

priceline member. trying to get a hold of priceline to find out why no car rentals are available for the next two months. I realize that you can not book cars over the phone. I am trying to get a hold of priceline to see if if it is really true that no cars are available. whenever i call priceline at their various customer service numbers i get a recording saying "please enter the priceline trip number or enter the phone number associated with the trip"...then the recording says we will get someone to talk to you and keeps repeating this message until priceline hangs up. How can i talk or text to priceline to see if it really is true that their are not any cars available for the next two months!

Priceline.com Priceline hotel

I booked a hotel through priceline. The website said that the room was fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to check-in, so I booked it.

The photos of the hotel looked great.

A few days later I was looking at the hotel's reviews and I became very scared. The reviews said that the hotel was cockroach infested and extremely run down. Several reviews mentioned prostitution and drug users in the hallways. The pool was in disrepair. There was no security and homeless people were sleeping in the building. Broken locks, etc.

I tried to upgrade my reservation with Priceline to a better hotel and was told that the room was non-refundable.

I have screenshots that show the room being advertised on Priceline's website as fully refundable.

Claimed loss: $192.00

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and an apology.

Priceline.com A trip booked going to isreal November 19th but because of the war everything was cancelled

We have talked to Delta on this flight since it booked thru Priceline, Delta issued a refund on October 18th for trip [protected] to priceline since than my wife Lisa has called and talked to several agents and each person has given her different time frame on the refund up to 8 weeks up to 12 weeks 10 business days. We are talking about 40and something. I know if this was your money you would want it back ASAP.

Priceline.com car rental

i was not able to rent a car and i was trying to confirm that i wasn't charged, i don't remember which card i initially used when booking it, but i was left without getting a vehicle because i was told it required for someone local to have full coverage, when i came to pick the car up, this was news to me, so when the very busy little office where the cars were rented (an hour later) we tried to call priceline so that i could make my dr. appt in kerrville, texas , they said it was too late to purchase the insurance and that i couldn't get the car. What? Horrible experience and then last night a very rude rep at priceline told me that i had to call the rental place, i did and that is not correct, i just want to know did you charge my credit card!Q!

I called priceline multiple times spoke to 5 different person 1st one is Flavia from Lima > juan >mila >deny and the last one Natalia from Philippines id number 4963420 all of them is not helpful at all, They are Very uneducated, they don't even know how to respect customer They are sucks . Priceline.com Priceline rental cars

We booked a rental car for our trip. When we arrive no one answered the phone so that we could get a shuttle. Contacted Priceline and they said we would have to get a Uber or Taxi to the car rental place. Crazy! Then one we arrived they would not open the door at the rental place, I refused to leave and continured to knock on the glass door where I could see people working. Finially they cracked the door and said we have no cars. I said we had a reservation and they just shruged. I contacted Priceline and they said get another rental car and they would pay the difference, well they do not repsonsed after this initial contact. We had to pay 3 times more for a rental car on our trip which was really over our budget.

Priceline.com Charged $400 for parking... $80 a night that we knew nothing about when booking your flight, room and car.

We went on our trip from October 17th to the 22nd. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Suites and Waterpark in Orlando, Florida. We were charged $400 extra for parking to stay there. We knew nothing about this charge. If we had known we would have booked a different hotel.

This is the 3rd day since my sister passed away that I have been able to get no where with Priceline concerning changing the dates on my hotel reservation.

The hotel is willing to change dates without penalty and at no difference in costs, they have also tried to reach someone at Priceline!

The hotel manager told me they are extremely difficult and will not give their full names or a number to call back!

Priceline just refuses to do anything!

I have tried to reach Priceline executives but no responses from them!

DO NOT USE PRICELINE!

They just don’t care about their customers!

Priceline.com Modifying hotel dates

I had booked a vacation through Priceline for October 10-17, 2023.

On the night before leaving, my sister passed away.

I called customer service about my flights told to call airline, the airline was very nice and changed our flights to October 23-30, 2023.

Next called Priceline to change dates at resort, its been a nightmare!

I have emails from hotel stating they would change dates!

Priceline needed to send an email requesting date change, the resort has not received any request and numerous Priceline agents have been calling me all giving me different information.

This went on all day after the passing of my sister😢

All I want is to change my reservation to October 23-30, 2023.
