They really dont treat people well. I.subscribed to.insider then canceled 5 minutes later. They keep reactivating it. I.even will take the charge of 124. I told them like 10 times on.the phone. In an email i wrote it..but they keep.avtivating it. Alslo points missing So.i.got to complain to manager and tske pics of my reciepts. So today after a week of fustrations they closed all the tils when i approached. Then i finally got in and they said i cant use my points. I have 38k why not im buy all the stuff missing from express shoping.
How much time do i have to phone there pc insider number pc optimum talk.to.suoervisors and keep.driving back to get the managers ti fix things

RUDE and Disrespectful behavior of employee endangering life of other customers
I am a senior citizen, trying my bit to help avoid food going to landfill.
Today after driving 20 KM/s from my house to pick up items ordered on Flash Food I visited store on Dufferin and Steels and met Ms. Alana Ali.
Reaching the Customer Service Counter I asked for the items I had ordered online through Flash Food.
She rudely ordered me to open the fridge, sort through 100 items, look for my ordered stuff, bring to her at the counter she is standing.
I touched all the 100 items and did not find all of those.
She did not bother to listen and help resolve my concern and ordered me to approach Flash Foods for refund.
Had I been affected with covid, God save the people using those items after my touching and being used by other customers .
She did not care to look for the items because the whole fridge was totally disorganized.
If the RCS is not interested in Flash Food then leave your store out or make sure the person at the desk is not that unconcerned, rude and disrespectful to customers.
It was a disappointment to say the least to visit this location.

Hi last week i purchased a few boxes of cereal for a donation center. We got to the drop location and we're told the items are expired. Their for we were stick with 8 boxes that were way out of the exp date
Buy $250 products get free turkey
Hello. My daughter went to the superstore on WAlker rd in Windsor On Tues Dec 7. She went because of an ad stating if you buy $250.00 worth of products you would get a turkey. She bought groceries for the holidays plus home furnishings. When she checked out she spent over the amount and the cashier said they were out. They were not offered a raincheck. Even though the store had run out all the ads were still posted around the check out area. There were also poster for a draw and the closing date was Nov 30 2021. Please if your ads are up and a customer follows the requirements give them a rain check when you have the ads up
Desired outcome: A rain check for the turkey offered

Store located on Columbia Street, Kamloops, B.C. This store has moved the disability parking farther away from the entrance and replaced it with online shopping and although the distance is only around 18 steps more, for me with my disability being I have a very difficult time being on my feet, 18 extra steps is a very painful experience. I tried getting in touch with the manager but to no avail and the people I did talk with the answer was " ITS NOT THAT MUCH FARTHER" which is an answer that is not at all acceptable by anyone's standards.

First I want to say that your store is not the only ones guilty of what I'm going to say: I believe it's completely repulsive to have to be subjected to Christmas music this time of year! Many people choose to not celebrate this holiday and the last thing I want to hear is Christmas music when going shopping! Don't need to hear it's for the ambient affect ( heard that excuse before) I don't say to myself " boy I can hardly wait to go to the superstore to shop so I can listen to the music playing, " the reason I shop at Costco is because it's SILENT IN THEIR STORES, besides the people talking . Christmas music is repulsive to many of us and I think twice about patronizing your establishments this time of year . Call me what you want and judge me however you like if it makes you feel better I don't care, shut the music off period this time of year and for that matter all year long, ITS NOT NECESSARY, it's not a night club

One of your employees Kable Heidt beats women and is extremely violent towards women and proceeded to charge at a 15 year old girl with his hand raised at her. I don't think this is someone you should have working at your store as he is extremely dangerous. He also says very vulgar things about the other females he works with such as a girl named in customer service named katelynn and another girl named Katherine.

Apr 17/21- PC Express pick up order, waited 70 min with no groceries. I let them know I was leaving and to cancel my order and not charge my visa. I called 4 times total, they assured me it was cancelled. It was not cancelled, they charged my card, so I called the store manager, and explained what happened, he did not apologize, he actually was rude to me, told me 5 business days to get my refund. At 10 business days no refund, so my visa refunded me. The manager then marked my PC Express and I am no longer able to make any PC Express orders. I am so disappointed with how I was treated by the store manager and that he has control to stop my ability to use this service elsewhere.
Desired outcome: I want my PC Express reinstated and a written explanation of what transpired and why.
Presidents Choice Atlantic Cod Crusted & PC Atlantic Salmon.
On 15 November 2021 I purchased food items at the Superstore in Medicine Hat. 2 packages of the PC Crusted Pico de Gallo Atlantic Cod & 2 packages of the Crusted Atlantic Salmon. Last night my wife cooked for my supper a package of the Atlantic Cod, I just happened to look at the package & noted the Best Before Date showed 2021 Jn 22. So I looked at the other packages the other Cod was the same date, the 2 Salmon packages were dated BB 2021 Oct 27. This kinder shocked me that the store would still have out-dated food items still for sale.
I thought it was only right for me to advise you of this matter before reporting it to the local Health Authority. I have taken the time to speak with other shoppers & this would appear to be a regular ongoing habit with this store.
Unfortunately I did not keep my receipt but I have a record that I spent $117.28 by Direct Debit.
I would like you to investigate this very serious problem & get back to me with a suitable solution.

Shop on Saturdays, knowing that stores are stocked for influx of customers.
Went to purchase bag of radishes the past 2 Saturdays and was told they did not receive shipment. Went to another branch and low and behold they had on shelf and boxful on their pallet. What gives? Some stores are not entitled to products?
Stinky Rotten Potatoes
I'm writing to inform you about the horrible potatoes you have at the Rochdale Superstore. 2 weeks ago my husband and I went shopping there. We could not get out of that area fast enough the smell was atrocious. I've complained to the produce manager. They just laugh. This is not acceptable. It is a filthy disgusting shame. There are a lot of qualified individuals who I am sure can order Great Potatoes.
Desired outcome: Get a produce manager who orders good quality potatoes .

The smell of urine is so strong.
It's been like this for a while. I'm a frequent shopper. They're in a state of disrepair and have been for a while.
A food store with bathrooms like this should be closed.

No products
During covid I have been ordering online and having groceries delivered by instacart. What the hell is with superstore? They never have any stock. Even chosen replacements are not available. Today was the worst! Out of an $80 order I received a dozen eggs, one tomato and a bag of lettuce totaling $13. On top of that they charge higher prices online that in the store.
A total waste of my time and the shopper's. Won't be shopping there again.

SuperStore sold me two $50 Gift Cards. When my sister to whom I'd sent them at Christmas tried to use them a Superstore grunt DAMAGED them and then claimed they were «empty». So The heirs of billionaire Galen Weston just made another $100 the apparently desperately needed by STEALING it from me. Way to go pirates!
Their so-called «Customer Service» phone line announces: ««closed, call back during «normal business hours» »» but doesn't even have the sense to state the time zone.

Water refill station
Since COVID started the water refill station at the Nanaimo store has been "Out of Service".
Well all the other grocery stores have theirs up and running...
I do the majority of my shopping at RCS (which is a 5 minute drive for me) and now I have to drive and extra 20 to 30 minutes to another store to fill my water jugs.
I'd like to know RCS does not have the water refill station up and running.
We get told to shop "local"! Can't any more local than 5 minutes.

My husband and I both love coconuts. on Thanksgiving night we bough a coconut from superstore, it smelled awful and when we peeled it, it was completely corrupted.We were really frustrated by that. Unfortunately today my husband bought another coconut and it was corrupted again. It seems that we pay just for nothing. I hope there will be a good answer for this problem.
