Real Canadian Superstore wine and beer lanes not being adhered to

Since web site shows only two problems resolved do not think any one is listening but will place complaint go on social media and contact Liquor Licensing Board to let them know your practices
On Saturday April 20th around one o'clock at store located at Green Lane Centre we shopped and bought some wine. The line ups were very long but all lanes open and store doing best but the Wine and beer lanes especially long, no complaints we waited in a very long line. As cashier was checking our goods person in line adjacent who had a lot of wine in her cart but not in a wine or beer lane so much shorter wait for her got to the check out, the cashier in our lane put this through
for other cashier using her till leaving us waiting for over five minutes while she did so. My husband was furious as we had already waited so long he let cashier know (check out lane #9) and she almost threw our groceries at us - eggs were broken, we did not receive a couple of small Easter items (of no importance) but my husband had to pick receipt up from floor where she had thrown it. I will tolerate a lot but not disrespect and the cashier she put wine through for was very young girl I think this practice is wrong and will be checking.

Real Canadian Superstore cashier names sky

I've always come to this location and never had any problems with any of the staff. But I guess when you confront "sky" about a mistake in handling money, she can rudely respond & repeatedly say to me "I know how to do math, can you do math?!" even when the manager came up she still tried to argue with me & the manager even had to tell her to stop.. I find that such an embarrassment to be talked to like that. Very unprofessional.

Real Canadian Superstore home delivery

I am writing on behalf of my elderly parents who have been using your online order/home delivery service for the past few months. I am absolutely appalled at what recently happened with my parents' online delivery service - clearly they were taken advantage of by your Langley, British Columbia store. My father is 87 years old, but is quite sharp and computer saavy. He is not easily fooled. They use your service as they are unable to get out and shop on their own without someone to drive them. Attached is an e-mail that my father sent to me explaining what happened on their most recent order.

Real Canadian Superstore deli service

This afternoon my husband and I stopped in the deli of the joseph howe atlantic superstore in halifax. The first encounter with the employee was very terse as if my husband was bothering her by asking for sliced meat. She mishear his request and then slapped some sliced beef together still not equaling the 400 grams he needed. There were no other people waiting at the time. She threw the meat across the counter at him. We ended up going back for another sliced meat that had been on sale two days prior. My husband casually mentioned he sale and she snapped that "that meat would never be that price, j don't know what you're talking about" before turning around and walking away aggressively. I was floored. Having been an employee of atlantic superstore for 6 years during school I decided to advice a manager. The manager showed up at customer service looking angry. She didn't offer her name, I explained the situation citing maybe the employee had. Bad day, it's close to a holiday maybe someone should just check and make sure she doesn't need a bit of time. The manager all but dismissed me saying in six years she's never had a deli complaint. I left feeling that my voice made no difference and I contemplate not going back after all three encounters. Everyone has bad days but to speak to any customer that way who is simply ordering a service is terrible. And for a manager to not even offer a name or simply act like they actually care is poor customer service.

Real Canadian Superstore store manager treated me poorly.

Apr.19/19 The Real Canadian Superstore is a joke! I just got kicked out until further notice for "my shopping habits" which was the only vague reason I was given. I was in the change rooms trying on a few items of clothes when I heard on the intercom that there was a security call. After opening the change room door I was greeted by the store manager who literally took my basket out of my hands and questioned how many items were there. I said one, the item I was planning on buying and the other two are there (pointing to the change room bench). I said "Is that all?" He then told me that he would walk me out and that I wasnt welcome in his establishment. I said and why is that? I was told that he didnt like my shopping habits the last few times I have been in the store. I asked what shopping habits he meant and was literally told he didnt have to tell me that! I left compliantly. I called the store afterwards because I was shocked to be treated this way, and embarrassed but again was told to stay away from the store that I visit three to four times a week and have spent thousands of dollars in over the years... needless to say I am not impressed. I was treated wrongfully and unfairly and was dismissed without a second thought when I tried to put in a formal complaint.
Ps, I have never had a criminal record or stolen anything in my entire life and I will happily share this information in the hope's of a formal apology on superstores behalf! You can reach me at [protected] if you wish to attend to the matter. Thanks in advance.

Real Canadian Superstore fresh produce section

We live some distance from Superstore in Mission and so it's difficult to return to complain about being overcharged. We've just been overcharged again, and it happens so often that even though each single instance is small, it adds up. How is it possible that the price offered in the produce isles don't agree with what's charged at the till? I've complained to Superstore a few times and they apologize, but it keeps happening. More recently, Roma tomatoes were listed at 98 cents/lb in the isle but we were charged $4.37/kg at the till. Clearly it's not in their interest to fix this problem, if it was they'd have done so by now. It sure is a way to lose customers.

Real Canadian Superstore missing points

I have a case # for which I am still awaiting my missing points, have submitted all documents necessary and requested, have had to follow up twice with phone calls only to get no results. I continue to receive computer generated emails from Loblaws stating that I have not responded when in fact I have and have the sents to prove it. This is not the first time this has happened, the last I had to wait months, lodge several complaints and get management involved. As a loyal customer this is a horrible way to treat your customers and if the points are added to my account I will gladly voice my opinion to anyone who will listen as well as stop shopping at superstore and shoppers, and will cancel my pc credit card.

The incident occurred on March 12, 2019. The checkout time on my receipt is 14:43:18. I was in the process of scanning my first item (lean ground beef) when the self-checkout cashier came rushing over to me saying "no, no, no". Real Canadian Superstore canadian springs water 1.8 liters

You have a deal that says if you buy 3 Canadain Springs large waters you get the deal so that is all well and good. The problem is you never have it in the store for weeks and weeks this goes on and when I justed asked the lady when today it's supposed to be in she snapped at me saying "I don't know when" I have seen it in other stores across the board just not your North Van store where I live. I have asked to talk to the Manager and Ed said" he didn't know what happened they missed the delivery again" and how is this okay again? How simple is it to make an order from this company and fulfill it? I suggest maybe just stop selling it if you can't figure it out each bottle is a $10.00 deposit. Each store has different stickers for the bottles. Please look into this and make it right.

Real Canadian Superstore bulk section now offering an overwhelming amount of `junk`food items produce department no longer concerned with quality -

Yesterday I was shopping at the only store offering price conscious groceries in west kelowna - as I have done in the past since the store opened - and noticed a dramatic difference in the produce section - the quality has declined drastically - produce which should and have in the past never been accepted - seems to be the norm. Bins are now half empty, however if you are able to find the produce manager - the produce you are looking for may be retrieved from the storage room - when this happens the produce is warm to the touch - produce must be kept at a safe temperature - here it is not - the worst time to shop for produce is on the weekends - where it is almost invisible to the shopper! Non existent in fact - as the kelowna superstore location is a short drive - it is easily comparable - sorry folks - the difference is night and day!
As well - when I was looking for whole black pepper - and iodized salt (regular salt) they were no where to be found - however a huge assortment of candy, chocolate covered anything, and sweet nuts, chips, = junk food = filled the bins - little to no offerings of spices, grains or dried vegetables were to be found - your bulk section has certainly changed - where it used to be my to go place for dried onions, flour and health related ingredients - it has been replaced by sugar coated anything! What happened? Did you change your purchaser or is your purchaser not aware that families are now becoming more health conscious? Both of these sections need a wake up call! If I were not tired of keeping this to myself - I would not be bringing this to your attention - are you as a company in fact ignoring what used to be a great store to shop at - have you replaced staff? Are you cutting costs and hiring staff which has no idea or previous experience with either produce or bulk?

Only two cashiers on at 9:50AM Friday. Big lineups of people with full carts. I had 9 high ticket items. I'm NOT using the self checkout - of which they have 2 -3 employees "helping people?". Why not open an express lane? Left my cart (I always use slugs) with $ items in it & walked out. Done it before, will do it again! So now, rather than having another...

Real Canadian Superstore cracker barrel cheese

I bought this cheese today from this location and found mould in the sealed pack which really surprise me because I didn't expect from Cracker Barrel and from real Canadian superstore
Which quite dangerous for the health
This is second time happened on this location and in deli/dairy section but still the same problem again

I was enjoying breakfast today when I noticed something blue in the grains of the bun I was consuming, which was from the bulk buns section of the Local Real Canadian Superstore. I took a closer look and pulled a small picece of torn blue plastic out of the bun! This concerned me for my family and I had consumed these buns the previous day and I've had to dispose of more for I was concerned we had been eating plastic.

Real Canadian Superstore the level of customer service

I am TOTALLY against the self checkout now in place at Porters Lake Superstore. The staff has obviously been cut to only two cashiers open and people are forced to use the self checkout - where there are now lineups forming. Very difficult for young mothers to juggle babies and pack groceries... Only today I was in the Porters Lake Superstore and the Seafood counter was CLOSED permanently - one more staff member cut ?. I am in the store almost on a daily basis, since I own a nearby restaurant and I am SERIOUSLY considering taking my business to Sobeys in Dartmouth ! VERY upset and disappointed in the COMPLETE lack of concern for BOTH the customer AND staff... The Westons must need more money !

Real Canadian Superstore pharmacy

I was treated terribly at the pharmacy today in superstore campbell river. I was very ill and the store was completely empty. I was the only one waiting for a prescription and the man working at the counter told me it would be 15mins, we had a good conversation and he told me to wait for 15. I stood in front on the counter waiting for over half an hour, I did not leave, and then at one point the same man that took my prescription asked me if I was looking for something, and I just said no i'm waiting for my prescription and walking around aimlessly until it's ready. He laughed. I continued to wait. So after about 45 mins I finally sat down because I started to feel faint. I waited another 15 mins. By this point it was an hour and the same man who took my prescription was just staring at me while I was waiting for the entire hour. He knew exactly what I was waiting for. I finally asked after an hour if my prescription was almost ready. At that point he looked at me and said "i'm sorry I don't know what you are talking about, I can't rember every face I talk to". What the hell?! I was literally the only person in the store. I was the only person this man had helped. I stood in front of him for over an hour and he 100% knew what I was waiting for but decided to be a complete dick and act ignorant, pretending he did not know what I was waiting for. I almost passed out at the counter after realizing what he had done. I blacked out, my hearing went, and started to faint in the store because this man made me so upset and I was already very sick. He knew the entire time what I was there for and even though I was clearly very ill and not in a good place to be standing in a store for an hour, he still let me wait for over an hour when I could have left far sooner. I will not use this store ever again and will share this story with everyone I know and my social media accounts. I was disgusted by this mans behaviour and the way he acted like he did not know what I was doing there. After this experience I will never return here.

Real Canadian Superstore president's choice coffee pods - compostable pods

Hi there,

I bought the 30 pack of the Presidents Choice Columbian Supremo compostable coffee pods.

Many of the pods have now exploded in the Keurig machine while it is in the process of filtering the coffee.

The 'lid' is separating from the lower part of the pod.

I haven't even made it through the first 15 pack, and 6 have done this so far.
