Patio Set
The arm of the sofa came damaged and unpainted. The holes we also miss aligned.
Desired outcome: Compensation/refund for the damage.
Rude service and after I complained about it to the manager with a written letter, I got no response.
This is the letter I sent to the store manager, after trying to resolve the problem in the store. I have never received an answer.

I am concerned as to how customers are treated, and the fact that their concerns are totally ignored and belittled.
I will tell you my story…
On Wednesday, June 8, 2022, I shopped in your store and purchased 16 items, many of which were very big and heavy, and considering that I am 80 years old, I put them in the cart with the price facing upwards so that the price could be scanned with the least amount of difficulty. I checked out with a very young, male cashier ( who had very broken-out facial skin), who was unable to use his portable scanner to check the price. He therefore made a joke as he was lifting these heavy items that he was getting his exercise lifting these heavy items so he would not have to go to the gym in the evening. All the items were then scanned from the counter, I payed for them, and then he just let them lay on the counter. He began to check out the next person to the point that the items were becoming mixed with mine and I asked him if he was going to help me put my items into the cart so that they would not be mixed with the next order. He said, “no, he would not help. It was not his job.” I gathered my order as best as I could, considering my age.
I put my purchase in the car and decided to come back into the store and speak to the manager. You were not in; I spoke to a female. She was very loud and belittling, as can be verified if you speak to two employees who were at the customer counter in the front of the store, and the cart girl who was out in the entrance of the store. She has zero concern for my difficulty in moving my purchase, and said the cashier was not suppose to help put things in the cart.
I went home and called the store and asked to speak to the manager. You were not available; again I spoke to a woman. I asked her to leave you a message which I’ll bet you never received.
I cannot believe that a store would have such an irresponsible attitude towards senior citizens, but if your store does, maybe senior citizens with a handicap should go to a different store, such as Costco.
I would appreciate a phone call. Thank you in advance.

Trying to return items and scheduling pick up is IMPOSSIBLE
Order #[protected]-Trying to return these items. I've been contacting the customer service number since May and have spoken to your reps in the Philippines many, many times. To date, these items have not been picked up despite multiple (more than 10) requests for pick up. Why is this so difficult to accomplish? This is so FRUSTRATING and CRAZY. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE EVER.
Desired outcome: Pick up the items for return and issue a refund.
Unauthorized purchases and credit card use/Customer service
At 12:05am on June 20th 3 orders were placed from my account within minutes of each other and charged to my husbands PNC card. Minutes after that more orders were placed using my mothers Wells Fargo card—-over 100 orders. Every few minutes they were placed until 8:00am. PNC notified my husband at 8am, they thought it was suspicious. We then checked the Sam’s Club acct and saw all the orders placed. I called Sam’s Club and told them they were not ours. They were still in process. They said Fraud department would call back. 130pm I called back, I was told I would be called back in an hour. —— My husband called back at 430p and was told they would call back in 5 minutes it’s 630p no one has called back. All orders were to different names and address all over the US. Now I have received over 100 emails stating my shipment is on the way. Sam’s Club did nothing all day and could have stopped them bring shipped. Wells Fargo should of realized it was fraud and stopped the 100 orders. Worst customer service.
Pick up order and purchase new battery

The LAST time I used pick up it was the worst experience I have ever had. My order was late when it was finally ready we (my 60 yr old son and I (82 yrs old) had to wait an additional 30 minutes i n parking lot. We live in Arizona so it was hot. I had the van running and it over heated. I know I should have watched the temp better but I was preoccupied trying to get some ones attention. We had checked in on the app and gotten conformation that order would be out shortly. So to go on with saga, van overheated and ran battery down. Ok we are in Sams culb parking lot and son is with me so he goes into store and purchases new Battery. We make it home unload groceries. Next time I go to drive van battery dead, OK we have battery charger - won't take charge. Son thought he could get it to charge. Did not happen. It 2 weeks before someone can give my son a ride back up to Sams club to exchange battery. [protected] He arrives an hour before automotive closes. NO One there. [protected] They have all left for the day. Cannot return battery for exchange because no one there authorized to accept but they can sell new battery which is what he did . Needless to say It has been a very bad experience and one not to be repeated. Also it cost me 2 $20 deposits for the batteries because the exhange did not take place at the same time.
I had been raving to my family about the pickup service. As I said I am 82 yr and with Covid and losing my husband last year I only shop on line with delivery or pick up. I still have Costco membership too but have not used except for gas as it is closer.
Desired outcome: Refund of double charge on battery and gas for double trips and I would like apology. Some one was to contact me after I did survey and all I got was another request for survey/ Ha Ha
Membership, Customer Service and CC Usage
Used my CC in May 2022 for a $1000+ purchase and now Sam's tried using my card for fraud purchases. Never going to happen and they got caught by my CC company. I have been a business member for over 25 years and was denied early access to the store, unless I paid an additional $70 fee. Never going to happen. My wife and I were treated like criminals today, from the cashier to customer service, for not paying their "ill-gotten and unwarranted" fee. Destroyed my "club card" and will never patronize this scum organization again. Change you name to Biden's Club - it's more appropriate.
I had the opportunity to meet the rudest member of the Sam's Club team in the whole United States last Friday around 3:00 PM in the Siegen Lane Sam's store. First of all the parking lot has enough pot holes to ruin anyone's vehicle. 2nd of all, we purchased an extra AC unit & needed a flat instead of a cart. When I asked about getting a flat, I was told there were some in the closest cart area, which there wasn't. Had to walk to the back parking lot to get a flat.
Then when we were about to check out, I asked the manager if they had any empty boxes we could put our loose items in. Our normal Sam's club has a big bin they keep boxes in for customers. This guy just gave me an I don't give crap response & told me if there weren't any at the entrance then they didn't have any.
Then after checking out, we needed an age checker to take care of our wine. the manager had walked to about 40' from where we were & was just having a good old time trying to flirt with some lady. I waved to him that we needed service & he waved us off like we could go F--- ourselves. So I walked over to him & asked if he minded having someone to which he rudely replied, I told you I'd be with you in a minute! Well that was like setting fire to a can of gasoline because i then felt obligated to give him the worst cussing he was going to get all week. he tried to throw me out, but since my stuff was paid for, I told him he could kiss my [censored]. the little girl who vanished during our check out reappeared in this 15 minute span somewhere & gave the okay so we could finish checking out. Sam's has become a bunch of [censored]ing [censored]s which treat their own customers like criminals.
This is how my order came in
On June 15 my order was delivered, the box came in damaged with a relabel on it. Once opened I didn’t have the 2-syrup s I ordered or the 2- cereals instead I had one cereal and 2- pine sold in box the cereal was completely massed and the box of kind bars was opened and mashed up as well. I order all the time and really have never had an issue like this!
Desired outcome: I think this needs to be resolved because I definitely am an ongoing ordering person for sams
Customer service representative
Today 6/14/22 my husband contacted Sam's Credit Card and got a Customer Service Representative (woman) in Manila. He tried to tell the woman what our problem was on our account and if she could tell him if a pending charge would drop off our account. This lady would not stop talking so he could explain our issue. I had him give me the phone so I could give her the details and get everything explained clearly. She talked over me and would not allow me to give her the details. I finally asked her to stop talking and she just kept going. I asked her name and told her I was going to file a complaint with Sam's Club, and She hung up on me.
I immediately called back and got a very nice man would listen to my issue and explained very clearly how to handle the issue and possibly dispute the charges if indeed they go from pending to a final charge. He was very apologetic for how we were treated. I was then transferred to a suppervisor and he took my information.
We have been a Sam's Credit Card customer since 2009. If we are ever treated in this manner again, we will find us a different credit card. Check our record we have been and excellent customer.

I placed an online order for many items I am needing to prepare food for our upcoming camp... The package I received yesterday included syrup. It arrived on my porch busted up and syrup had been dripped all the way from the curb, up the sidewalk and on my front porch. The driver actually took the bottle of syrup out of the box and left them beside the box in a puddle of syrup so he obviously knew there was a problem. It was a huge mess. Order [protected]

Fraudulent order
Discovered my email had been hacked on June 6, 2022 when I woke up to almost 900 emails that kept increasing. Instantly went to my bank accounts to make sure all was OK there, which it was not. There was a $678 charge pending out of my chase bank account. As soon as Sam’s Club opened I called them as the charge was an order with them. Scrolling through the emails I actually found an order that I’ve been placed with Sam’s Club. I asked them to cancel the order and they refused and said they could not cancel it. They informed me I would be contacted by their Fraud Dept. I never received a phone call. On Tuesday I called them back which at this point the item had been received at another address that was not my home. It has been signed for at a Walgreens by someone other than myself. They said that they cannot do anything and I would have to contact my bank. There’s no reason why they could not have canceled the order after it has just been placed a few hours before. Now I’m fighting with my bank to get my money back.
Desired outcome: I need a refund of the fraudulent order of $678. They could have cancelled the order and all fine. I was hacked in their store while doing Scan n Go over their Wi-Fi
Box wine
I bought four Bota boxes of wine which is equal to 16 bottles of wine on the May 27th. The second box I opened was bad and had turned to vinegar. I took it back to Sam"s the next day which was June 7th, First they told me I couldn't bring opened wine into the store I explained the problem and the clerk went and got a manager. The manager told be I had to bring it back with in five days to get a refund. All I wanted to do was exchange it. As I left the counter she told me to take the bad wine because I couldn't leave it there. I told her they sold t to me so I left. I opened all four boxes of wine and verified only the one was bad. I bought four boxes of wine which would be impossible for me to realize one was bad with in five days unless I opened all of them. I believe you should either replace the box or refund my $16.68

I do not understand why you always send these gas savings emails with specific dates to save 10%. I just filled up 2 days ago, and now you send out an email on Jun 3rd to announce an opportunity to save when purchasing gas on Saturdays in June. Can't you send these dates out much earlier so we can plan our fill-ups at SamsClub? You did this before and the dates were for a Tuesdays in April, I believe the date was. Why do you have to get this gas saving discount on specific dates? Doesn't that make the gas lines much longer since customers have to rush in on Saturdays, which is already a busy date? Why not make the deal more broadly, e.g. all gas sales in the month of June at SamsClub? I'm very discouraged by your email since I have already filled up and don't drive much now since gas prices are so high. No savings for me, unfortunately. Cell phone service at&t
I have tried calling Sam's Club Manager - Kentwood Michigan and no return calls.
Also called AT&T and no help. This has been going on since the time of new service with AT&T in December 2021.
Sams Club is selling AT&T service and the employees working there are portraying that they are employed by AT&T. Making promises that AT&T is not providing.
AT&T at Sam's Club overcharged me and has been overcharging on monthly bills.
No Resolution and help from Sams Club or their AT&T booth at Sam's Club location.
Desired outcome: I would like to get all credits owed to me and have them make good on promises that confirmed.
Out door water slide on page 39 of current sales book
There is no item number on the pop-up water park slide on page 39 in the current sale flyer, called the store they cannot help you without an item number, called customer service on the 800 number, they couldn’t help without an ID number. I asked for the complaint line, got a supervisor instead, she did finally look it up and said it must be out of stock, this feels almost like false advertising to me because there’s no item number so everyone says it not out there! I could never look it up, and 40 minutes of my time has been used that I’ll never get back! When I called in you knew who I was by my phone number, but I couldn’t find out anything about one little blowup waterslide! I can see why Costco is so busy when I go in to Costco now! Sam’s Club has went downhill a lot in the last five years very disappointing! The Sams club division was always better than Walmart, but not anymore!

I have never lost or let my debit card out of my site. some how someone that has to be from inside job has used my business card to rack up 590 individual transactions totalling $13,298.over a 14 day period...the transaction code is for membership renewal sams club cards. ranging from $5 to $160. because I do not have a sams club card your company is telling me they cant refund my money. not fair unethical.

I place an order at Sam's club Novi, Michigan, May 29, 2022 and had a pickup time of 12:00-1:00. I go to pick up my item and the guy working at the pickup says to me "I'm busy" I said ok no problem, just wanted you to know I'm her for my pick up, he again says "I'm Busy" I said I will wait over here. So...I waited and waited and waited! He wasn't busy, he was putting orders together and not giving me my PAID order. I ended up walking out without it since the service desk line was way too long and no one to help me in pickup. I think you need a lot better training for customer service.
Desired outcome: Trained employees that actually know how to work the pickup area.

You are using bait and switch! I drove to the store yesterday (May 30, 2022) to purchase two tables for the price it lists online at 24.98 but was charged 26.98. You should not charge me more than what is listed on your webpage. Nothing mentions your prices could be more if you drive to the store.The tables were out when asking to ship so i drove to the store.
