Shell girl didn't know who to read a check

I was at store 14 in North vernon indiana and try to write a check for 40 dollar and it didnt go throw bc she was putting my check neumber as the account number. Then i wrote a check for 30 dollar and show her what she did wrong and it went throw now they have try to sent the 40 dollar one throw my bank two different times and cause me over draft fee when it shouldnt have went throw to being with bc i only got 30 dollars wroth of gas on may 10 2017.

Shell unethical behavior

Worst experience at Shell in my 16 years coming to Shell here in Houston I have been a loyal patron of shell.I have never felt so humiliated disrespected and embarrassed in my life. My vehicle ran out of gas so I decided to stop here did not have my purse on me so I scrapped $0.50 worth of pennies from my glove compartment so I could go back to my house since I live less than a quarter mile away from this establishment. First off the cashier was very rude from the moment I walked into the business, It was not busy at all. Only myself and two other patrons at the time, I handed her my change and gave her the pump number (# 3) went on my way out to the pump station it never turned on so I went inside to inquire about the hold up this is when she informed me that she would not be taking my $0.50 send it was not enough money and to take my money elsewhere in front of the rest of the patrons and left my money on the counter.I explain my particular circumstance and that my money was as green just as everyone and anyone else. The only difference was that it was in pennies, it was so humiliating and embarrassing and simply put her actions were plain out disgusting, sick and disrespectful never would have thought shell would have employed this kind of individual since this goes against Shell core values and customer importance and code of ethics. She was extremely unprofessional, unethical and really unbecoming of her and this of course goes against shell code of ethics again and she should be reprimanded for her very bad moral attitude as well. I will be taking this matter to all of Houston Media Outlets as well as social media.This type of behavior cannot and will not be permitted nor will it be swept under the rug! I expect a formal apology from this cashier as well as from shell in front of all media.

Shell unethical behaviour

I would like to file a complaint to the employees of shell philippines regarding the very rude, very unprofessional, unethical attitude, conduct unbecoming and a clear violation of shell company core values and importance of regular customers. The shell philippines gas station branch employees located at commonwealth avenue, new era, quezon city philippines owned by sidney f. Campos acropolis motorists centre on may 25, 2017 at 6:36 am the rain is pouring hard at shell gas station commonwealth ave., new era, quezon city, I am a regular customer of shell with receipt no. Or sales invoice no. 342192/ min: [protected] / pc s/n: pc02e8fo na pag aari ni sidney f. Campos - acropolis motorists centre - philippines. After I have my gasoline filled up on my motorcycle, the gas boy employee shoved me off three times but I see to it that my motorcycle did not hinder other customers way bec. I have an suv and a car and regularly change oil on different branches (Please see the recent cctv recordings as evidence on the said branch of the complaint) the last shoved is the one the most rude I was being verbally abused by also other employees. I was very dissapointted and turned off by the unprofeesional and unethical, negative attitude towards customers of the shell philippines on the said gas station. These employees is a liability and violated the core values of shell company that is "our core values are honesty, integrity and respect for people. The shell general business principles, code of conduct and code of ethics help everyone at shell to act in line with these values and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations" they should be fired and penalized and put on there permanent employment record with very bad moral conduct unbecoming in able that other employees will not emulate their negative attitude. Shell discrimination / defamation of character

First id like to say that this particular Shell station is privately owned, not part of a chain, but still uses Shell Gas and has the Shell emblem as well. So I'm not sure if this applies... if not, please guide me in the right direction. I started working at Shell/Manor Market last November. I don't have my own vehicle so every night I had a friend of the family pick me up. While I was cleaning the store, the friend, Chris, would wait inside. At this particular Shell, there is only one person that works night shift, and me being a female in my early 30's there are times where I don't feel 100% safe, so anytime that there would be a friend or a regular in there it was appreciated. Well Chris picked me up every single night for almost 6 months. The last 2 days that I worked there, however, Chris was unavailable so I had someone else give me a ride and wait inside for me while I counted money and cleaned. I ended up being fired for just that... Allowing someone to be in the store when the door was locked. I was never written up for it, never given a warning and never told that it was not ok. Nothing was ever said when Chris gave me rides, only Dave. There is only a total of 5 employees that work there. Two people work during the day, and only one person at night. Everyone that closes has someone wait with them and nothing is ever said about it, but this is the reason I was told I was being let go. I asked my boss to put this in writing so that I could actually have proof of why I was fired because it was just so unbelievable. When I told my boss that everyone does it and questioned her reasoning for firing me, she then began saying that the new employee told her that I was doing drugs in the building or purchasing them. I offered to take drug screens for her and also offered her a full print out from the counselors office in which I take random drug screens EVERY week. She said it wasn't necessary. It seems to me that they were just looking for a reason to get rid of me and that is what she came up with. That job was how I supported myself and I busted my tail there "39.5" hours a week, just under 40 so they wouldn't have to pay overtime or offer benefits, and I did it for 7.50 an hour and never complained about it. They had no real reason to let me go and I am furious and disgusted with how everything went down and would like to know that this matter will be handled or at least brought to their attention. This is not only discrimination but I am being defamed by a new employee and my former boss. Please let me know what direction I need to go with this if this is not the proper way. Thank you for your time.

Shell cashier

Hi,
I would like to make complaint about a cashier at the shell location: C08641 located, address: 3381 Kennedy Rd, Scarborough, ON M1V 4Y1.

I went to purchase fuel on May 22, 2017 at 20:13, please see receipt for reference. When I was paying, I was not greeted and did not feel a welcome vibe. He asked if I had an AirMiles reward card. I said yes and handed it to him. He scanned it and threw it back down. Then he asked me to pay. I had a $50 visa gift card as a gift and was going to purchase gas. He took it, scanned it and he said declined and threw it back onto the counter. At this point I felt I was dis-respected and that he was better than me. I asked him politely if he could try again. I told him, I just got this card and I'm certain there is money on their. I told him to try just charging me the amount on the card at $50. He mumbled something in his language and then tried. Then he threw the card back and said u owe 5 cents. So I purchased $5 lotto max as well as a $5 crossword scratch card so I would pay more than just 5 cents with credit card. After that the transaction was complete, while I left, I heard him mumble something in his language again to my back.

Today around 9:30 PM I brought the scratch card back to check if I won anything. Again it was the same cashier. I went up to him to ask if he could please scan my card. He said no, you have to scratch it very clean for me to scan it. So I said okay, I went to the lotto stand at the back and scratched it as best as I could. I brought it back up to the cashier and he gave me attitude telling me do you know how to clean the barcode properly? He also said I told you, you have to clean it VERY clean do you understand? So I went back and tried again at the stand with his pen. As I walk back to the stand, I can hear him mumble words again behind my back in his language. I brought the card back and he kissed his teeth saying the same thing. At this point I just said, could you please try it? unless you want to try to clean it up more. I explained to him, thats the best I could clean it. So he then tries to scan it, and it worked. I did not win anything with my ticket. He just said not a winner and ripped the card in front of me and handed it back. As I left the store he kept mumbling words in his language.

At this point, I feel the customer service at this shell location is terrible. I was not treated properly and I feel ripped off for spending my money at this gas station and was treated poorly. Customer service and good manners comes a long way especially these days when money is hard to earn. I want to feel satisfied and treated properly when I spend my money. That shell location is close to where I live and I don't want to have to step in deal with that type of attitude when I'm a paying customer. I like the quality of Shell fuel, so I will continue to be a customer. BUT I might have to change locations just to avoid that type of customer service. I want at least a full refund or credit of the total amount I spent at that location for being mistreated and I will use that at another Shell location.

Shell the screens

Hello, please fix all of the screens for the gas station. I cannot enter my Ralph's ALT ID. It has been like this for months, I don't think they are planning to fix them at all. When I clicked REWARDS, it just showed me 3 buttons to click but no options. I tried clicking 3 of them, and none of them let me enter my ALT ID, just to swipe the Ralph's card.

Shell expired cliff bars

While driving through Indipendance, California, I stopped at the Shell station where I purchased two cliff bars. After driving away I took the first bite of a blueberry crisp bar and immediately thought something was off. After a few more bites I had to put the bar down because the earful taste of rancid nuts was undeniable. It was then that I checked the expiration date. May 18, 2017.

Shell cashier sleeping in booth refuse to wake up...

Shell Station at 4391 Boston Post Rd Pelham, ny, 10803, At 3am Cashier was upset that she had to wakeup in order to help a customer pay for his gas with his gas card. So she started to get upset for the lack of sleep? Really, what is she working, if she so tired...what should a customer do if there's issue with a shell gas station cashiers that have been very upset about shell customers.

Shell customer service. overnight cashier rude/ refused service in 24 hr location

Just got off work to go to the Shell on Farwest Blvd in Austin Texas. It was just past midnight and the doors were locked likecthey normally are for late bight service, the the normal cashier was refusing to let anybody buy anything saying they were closed. He didnt give a reason was just very rude and denied me a long with a couple other guests who had been waiting outside for up to 5 minutes service. Will not be going back to the shell except to twll his supervisior.

I am a long time fuel rewards customer, and I have always had great experiences with Shelł until yesterday May 19th 2017 at around 2:45pm on pump #3. My wife has recently broken her wrist and we were traveling up near Rohnert Park when we needed to stop to get my wife some water for her pain medication, and gas for our Blue Crush SE Camry hybrid at station # [protected] 5085 Redwood Dr Rohnert Park Ca 94928. My wife rushed inside the store to pay $30.00 cash for the gas while I also search for beverages and a snack for both of us. Please understand that from my previous experiences the gas pump is activated once you go back out to your car, especially when there were only two other cars at the pumps at around 2:47pm. I payed for my items and let the female cashier employee know that I would be heading out to the car. As I reached for the pump to start pumping the gas, I noticed that the last transaction was for $20.00 dollars, but the #3 pump would not pump my gas. There was a truck behind me and another one on the opposite side when I asked my wife to please have the female cashier turn on the pump for our $30.00 dollars of gas.

My wife walked inside and was told by the owner/manager Kris Goyal [protected] station # [protected] that someone had pumped $8.78 cents worth of gas from pump #3 during our time in the store as customers paying for our merchandise. He said we would lose this amount and only receive $22.72 cents worth of gas for our $30.00 cash payment. My wife was of course shocked by this response but also was in pain from her broken wrist and came out to tell me that pump would only be giving me $22.72 worth of gas. I pumped the gas and the went inside to speak to Kris Goyal about the pump transaction showing $20.00 before me, and not receiving $8.28 cents in cash back or $8.28 cents more in gas. Kris immediately started yelling and trying to provoke me to give a negative response in front of the store cameras and his two employees, repeatedly saying it was our fault for taking to much time in the store making purchases and losing $8.28 cents in gas.

Of course my response was he doesn't have any integrity or sense responsibility to take care of his customers and provide his two employees a better example as a leader and Shell representative. Kris response was I'm still not getting the money or gas back for our mistake. I then said to Kris can I suggest that you look at your camera footage near pump #3 and get the license plate or identity of the person or persons involved. Kris's response was I don't have their phone numbers to contact them for follow up. I think the fact that we lost $8.28 cents and the pump showed $20.00 on its last transaction is also very concerning from a audit perspective. I received a receipt for $22.72 but paid $30.00. Isn't this a concern for Shell as well?

So in closing I hope some investigation and follow up are done about this situation to satisfy me and my wife. Kris needs more training, in dealing with customers, leadership, proactive solution solving and being a better Shell representative.

Shell cashier

I went in to the Shell gas station to purchase an item and needed to split my payment between my card and cash (which I was told was ok to do before being rung up) because I only had $1.37 on the card and overdrawing it costs me more money than I have. When the guy rung up my purchase, the total was $1.49, he told me to scan my card first, which I did and the purchase went through. When I asked him what I owe him in cash, he said "nothing, your card paid the whole balance." This upset me and when I tried to explain it to him, he seemed unconcerned about the predicament that he had now put me in and was rude about it. When I checked my balance today, it is now negative $35.12 due to the overdraft fee of $35 and the .12 that he charged without my permission. I am very unhappy, as now I have to pay this back and need every penny I make in order to support my children. This needs to be rectified in some way. So, some idiot can't figure out how to avoid overdraft fees, thinks the police arrest people for internet comments, and is a contender for world's worst parent. You can't make this kind of stuff up!

On and now because of this rude and incompetent employee my children are in foster care.Unfortunately I was so angry at him that I took my anger out on them. Unfortunately someone witnessed this and reported me. I guess they took down my license plate number or something. My children were questioned and verified that I hit them all the time for everything. Now they are in foster care. At least I don't have to worry about child support but now I miss my kids.

Shell drug selling

you have 2 employees working at the mccleary washington location..kristina shea and tiffeny norris have been selling illegal prescription drugs right out of your store..i already made a complaint to the local police station and they are now watching for suspicious activity..maybe you should have a talk with your employees..i already know other people have contacted the manager there and he is aware of the issues as i'm not the only one complaining about drugs being sold out of this store, he refuses to do anything..id sure hate for this station to get shut down for 2 drug addict employees..they are replaceable, my kids are not! thank you in advance for taking care of this

Shell customer service

I was in the Shell Station located at 1072 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. at approximately 1:05 on May 16th, and had my service dog with me. When I went inside, the person behind the counter immediately told me that I could not bring my dog inside with me even though I showed him the service dog credentials. I also told him that it was illegal for him to deny me the right to bring my dog into a public place. He told me that this is a Shell Policy which I did not believe. I left without buying gas. I went to another Shell Station and asked about Shell's policy on service animals and was told that they are allowed inside. If Shell does not allow service animals, I would like to see this in writing.

I went to the Shell station on Josey Lane and Frankford in Carrollton, Texas and had an issue with the pump. I tried cancelling my transaction and couldn't the pump was frozem; the next thing the casher comes out yelling at me saying there was no problem with the pump that I was the problem. He messed with the pump and kept yelling so I told him he was being a complete ###. He yelled Fu...k you and was screaming. There was somethingseriously wrong with this man.. he is a disgrace to the Shell Stations. I will meet stop at a Shell again ! I have never been treated this way by an employee and based on reviews this seems to be the norm for him.

Shell money has not been credited back to my card yet

I went to the gas station on 921 North Miami Boulevard Durham North Carolina on May 11th 2017 the employee had to void it out because my rewards fuel card didn't go through the first time. So he credited my $15 from the first transaction and then charge my card another $15. But the first $15 still haven't came back to my card yet. So when I called back today May 16th 2017 two find out what the problem is. He tells me the only takes 24 to 48 hours. So now I'm like why I haven't got my money back yet. So I call all the Shell stations some told me you can get it back the same day some Told Me 2 to 3 weeks my question is when will I get my money back

Shell singapore airlines

I fly to Singapore frequently. I was supposed to fly from Mumbai to Singapore in business class on 15 May 2017 (SQ423), 2 weeks after my trip to Singapore in end April (23 April- 27 April 2017). I arrived at the airport check in counter at Mumbai airport with my passport and ticket. Singapore gives e-visa so I didn't have a copy of that - though my visa is VALID. The airport staff harassed me and did not let me board the flight. I would not recommend SQ due to extremely poor ground service. I would request strict action against the ground staff at the Mumbai international airport

Shell gas

I walked into Shell #820 in Houston Texas. On Veterans Memorial and Beltway 8. I was ignored and I continued to pay for my gas. I went outside and he never cut the pump on. When I went back inside, Vincent, the employee was still speaking to the other young lady. I advised him the pump was working. He said it was my fault I took too long. I said how would know, you never acknowledged me. I asked for the mngr, he said ### YOU, YOU WEAVE WEARING ###.. I said what, he then said it again.. ### YOU ###., He went and got the phone, called the mngr and THREW the phone at me, then the young lady working with him started screaming and being very very disrespectful. I can't believe She'll employees this and condones this.

Shell about an employee switching off pump whilst filling up 4x4 and motor bike

At Approximately 19.23pm on 14/5/2017 at the sunnyholt road Blacktown Site I was fuelling my motorcycle and a 4wd when the Console Operator turned off the pump when I finished fuelling my motorcycle and proceeded to fuel the 4wd.
when I went into store to ask why Console Operator turned off fuel pump he responded that its automatically done.
I have in the past fuelled up 2 vehicles from the same pump and have never experienced this issue.
Also I have spoken to numerous other people who also fuel 2 vehicles from same pump and have received same response that it was un necessary action.
There was no legitimate reason as to why he did this.
The Console Operator name was AJAY.
My Receipt no is 1161706.
I believe this person is un professional and in experienced and therefore requires further training.

Shell discrimination complaint

I would like to file a discrimination complaint against the summit shell at address 5700 warm springs rd columbus, ga 31909.

I visited this store around 11:08 p. M. The night of 5/13/17.

I tried to cash in a ga lotto ticket and the cashier said that the lotto was closed. Ok, fine.

I then tried to buy a pack of cigarettes. The cashier asked for my id, which I expected. I didn't have my drivers license on me as I wasn't driving so I gave the cashier my state issued photo id georgia weapons carry license. The cashier then said that he couldn't take that form of id. I asked why even though it is a state id and he didn't have an answer for me.

I then went to the car to see if I had my license in my bag and my girlfriend decided to go inside and buy the cigarettes. The cashier didn't even ask for id and "flirted" with her. Very unprofessional, discriminatory, and demeaning to not accept my id and then not ask a female for hers.

I feel as if I have been sexually discrimated against and discriminated against because of my form of id, which I have because of my constitutional rights as a citizen. This quite possibly could be racial discrimination as well. The cashier thought it was a joke to turn me away for two different transactions that I expect most convenience stores to assist with.

Shell service and product

I had visited Avareal Services Company(Company no: PG0213353-D) which located at Lot 5380, Jalan Lencongan Barat, Mukim Pengkalan Kundur, 05050 Alor Setar, Kedah to refill my car's petrol at 13 May 2017 around 5p.m.. I am so disappointed with the service at this branch . I paid 40 ringgit to refill my car petrol and the system suddenly stop at only 20 ringgit. So, i ask the worker to solve this problem and the reason of it being like this and the worker come but solve the problem with they way that I am not satisfied. The worker said that the system in the petrol pump already set and it will automatically stop at 20 ringgit. After the incident happened and i wan them to either return back the money or just let me to continue to refill my petrol, but they said cannot. This keep saying the system already set it so we cannot change it that which is not logic at all. Although the system already like this but you should refund me cash. The workers told me that they cannot refund me money and cannot let me to continue refill petrol. The way they solve the problem is to ask me to take the product inside their shop that I don even wan it. After a minute, one worker told me that we also can buy the top up for mobile as a kind of "refund". So i also agree with this, but the worker after that told us the system cannot load or something like got problem. The point is they cannot make it. This make me so angry. End up i buy some product inside the shop t solve this kind of stupid problem! Lastly, when I make payment of the item that I took, the worker don even know how to set it as refund and waste my time at there waiting them to solve the payment problem. I was told I was no longer welcome at the shell store in Findlay Ohio on Tiffin avenue she says it's because I offered her employees drugs which one of the employees I don't even know who it was the other employee was married to my friend is how I knew her which no longer works there I have been going there for at least 10 years and she has never had a problem with me until one of her employees started hanging out with me and she lectured me like she is the employees mother which she is no relation shortly after that I am no longer welcome there as a customer I feel she should act more professional and keep her personal stuff at home the employee is not a minor she can make her own decisions now Carol wants to make false acquisitions about me and I am no longer allowed there I have gone in there a long time with no problems until now and now I'm kicked out she needs to separate her person opinions about things from her career that's not very professional for a store manager when most of her employees do do drugs I'm positive she knows it but they are still there she needs to keep her personal opinions separate from trying to be a store manager and worry about what actually goes on in the store she is supposed to be in charge of
