I believe your flyer in nl goes from Sat to the next Friday with a new flyer starting on Sat again. No problem with that my problem starts when our shoppers in mount pearl finishes the flyer early and on Friday sells Pepsi for the non sale price in the flyer. This week Pepsi was 4 for 4 when we went to get some more Friday nite we were told the price was 169 each the price it is in the flyer for Sat above the quantity limits. I just need to know why this is and do I follow the flyer or just disregard it.

I plugged my phone into the photo booth and it started acting strange. It wouldn't recognize that I was attached to the usb properly and is now having trouble charging. There was obviously an issue with the booth that has affected my phone as this was not a problem this morning and I had also used the booth before. I am no longer able to fast charge my phone and am afraid that it will doe even while charging. It hasn't increased in battery since putting it on the charger. These were not issues previously and the only external decide I hooked up to was your booth.
Is there some sort of repair service I can contact to enquire what the issue may be. I feel shoppers is responsible in this matter.

We live in Canada and and all advertising etc should be in English. Why is Shoppers drug mart (Sandalwood & Chinguacousy Rd) catering to people who do not speak English. The Shoppers Drug Mart is posting signs in store that are hand written not in English to inform customers that they are out of Milk! Why is this allowed? Why aren't we also posting these 'out of milk' signs in English and French? Sounds likes Racism!

I submitted my refill for store number 1034 in Corunna On. on Monday June 11 and I signed up for a the text to let me know when it was ready. In the text I received right away after submitting it said my refill would be ready on Tuesday June 12 at 11 AM. Since I was not going to be in town that day I went today... Wednesday June 13 at about 10 AM...When I got there it still was not ready! I had to wait in the store while they prepared it. I did tell them that I sent this in two days ago and they said they knew.
What is the point of having online refill service with text notification if they still can't meet that expectation? Right across the road is a brand new Pharma Save...after today that choice is looking better and better.
I am sending this email off in hopes that this gets acknowledged because I followed what is your rules on refills and this store did not even come close to meeting what you promised. I have saved the text in where it says what the day and time my prescription would be ready.

I had purchased a phone card at one of your Hamilton location .and when I received my recite. It did not have a pin # on it for me to activate my ph .with the pin number is what I had paid for .so when I confronted the manager .she had no idea on how to deal with it .and that it wasn't her problem .so when I called my ph provider that said the only way they recive the money is threw the pin .so basicly shoppers has my money .And never provided the service the store was at 75 centennial parkway

• When we got refills from Dr. we were told we had no refills on system.
• One day when I (Karen) filled a prescription it had on it No refills. I mentioned it to Chad and he grabbed the prescription out of my hand takes it over to the computer looks on the computer says, refills here? I said, not on the prescription script it doesn't. He gets all worked up and says it's on here. I just walked away.
• My daughter was getting her prescriptions filled there for 5 years. All of a sudden 2 weeks ago I go into store there is a note attached to her blister packs from now on we are charging $3.28 to fill Iron in the blister packs. My daughter is on Aish she can't afford this charge. And she needs blister packs made so the agency that looks after her can give her the medication she needs, or we would get it by the bottle.
• We have recently moved 3 of our files to a new confident Pharmacy.
• We are sadden by this and enjoyed the staff.
• Chad is not customer service by any means. Very rude to deal with.

The cosmetician named Nikki who works at Shoppers Drug Mart at 579 Lakeshore Rd East in Mississauga is very rude and truly unprofessional. I have been loyal customer at this Shoppers Drug Mart location for years and she is very unprofessional to customers and one of most unfriendliest. She is not always helpful to customers and have attitude. I have shopped there at different times of the day of the week and even at night time when she works she is very unprofessional when announcing store is close to closing. Her tone of voice in announcement seems rather sexual which is unprofessional when Shoppers Drug Mart is a a store that is shopped by both elder but families with young children and using sexual undertones in announcement is truly disrespectful and unprofessional. Shoppers Drug Mart should not tolerate such behaviour of employees and should be removed from working at their location. This surely diminishes the customer service experience and image as a whole.

On june 11th, between 9:00 and 10:00 am, I went to shoppers drug mart portobello/innes to by hair color product. I wasn't sure about the brand (tween time) and I went to the cosmetic cashier to clarify my choice. There was 2 ladies treating me like nothing. As I turn my back, there were laughing. I never feel so "reduce" in my life. Customer care shouldn't be like that.
I came back to told them how I feel and one of them (the big one again was soooo nasty and yelling at me telling me "go fill a complaint..."
I do not understand why they were so hard... I believe any customer need their questions to be answered and anyone (male or female, black or white, thin or big) need to received good care from their community pharmacy.

dior return and poor customer service
Square One - after purchasing a dior product, I was told I could return it unopened at any store. I decided to take it back to Square one as i was shopping there. I was informed on Saturday afternoon (around 5) by the 2 cosmeticians I could not do so because they don't carry it. My daughter worked at Shoppers for several years and had said it is no issue. They told me she hadn't read the policy. So, I drove 15 km out of my way to return it to South Common where I was informed they were obviously too lazy to send it back to them and she apologized profusely for them and the inconvenience. Might want to hire some smarter people especially at flag stores - these 2 came off as dumber and dumbest. Pissed off customer /.

She made me to wait there for about 45mins and then said she cant do my prescription today. I sent an e-mail to the pharmacy owner Mr. Zaid. But no response from him. So i decided not to go at this pharmacy when or until she is around. I am the regular costomer of this pharmacy since 2009. But for the first time i felt so embarrassed that i decided to leave the pharmacy.

Hi, I followed the instructions when I'm asked to include the "certificate number" and couldn't find it, I searched on google and came across several complaints about the same issue, no record on the receipt associated to this requirement.
I called to the store and they could not respond to my questions.
I called 1800 and spent 28 min on the phone.
Drop it now, I'm not losing more time in trying to participate in a scam survey.

a server Danielle from the Cosmetics unit at the location: : 22196 50 Ave, Langley, BC V2Y 2V4 has neglected me. I was waiting for her for a long time. She saw me walking to the department and standing there; however, she pretended she doesn't see me.
I have approached her and told her that I need help, if there is somebody available to help me. She told me that this is will be her, and she is busy. She didn't call her co-workers to help me, she just walked away, left me alone, and spend a lot of time with other people. I was patiently waiting for a help. She came back after awhile, and came to me, I asked her about the price fo the products, she was not capable to answer this question. Overall experience was like a nightmare, very rude, arrogant, aggressive and neglectful. Please, please and please hire nice and pleasant people who like to work with people and want to help. Also, please create the self-checkouts, it will be helpful for customers to serve themselves.

I bought a variety of thins at the Scarborough store. Very pleasant staff and we got chatting. Unfortunately when I got home from work, I saw that the one day, 20% discount had not successfully been entered by the cashier. No problem, mistakes happen. So I went to the store on Danforth which is close to my home, with my receipt a copy of the 20% online coupon and explained what happened. The associate said they could not honour the coupon and give the difference because it was a different store. I would have to go back the original store. I explained that the store was 45 minutes away and could only get there tomorrow, in which case the deal would not be valid. They said there was nothing they could do.
Normally I am a big fan of SDM, and customer service in both these stores is terrific but it was not this day. This is a ridiculous policy.! I all want is the difference with the 20% applied to my bill, refunded.
Kindly advise what you will do and explain this policy to me so I am better informed in the future
prescription refill
I went in at 9:15 am to get a refill and was told 15-20 min.
I went to grocery store for 5 min and came back and sat there for an hour! Everybody working here saw me, looked at me and did their business, not one person asked if I was waiting for my prescription... I started crying, people still walked by me and ignored me. every person that was waiting for their prescription got theirs right away while I sat there waiting! Is it because I'm a stupid [censored] Indian, I don't get acknowledged... my pills are for me to keep my head straight, and not person even asked if I was okay or looked after. I hate leaving my house because of this. I hate that I'm not rich and don't look pretty enough to get served. I was waiting in the waiting area because I was waiting for my refill, who else waits there for [censored] and giggles? I guess I'm the only stupid [censored] that does!

Purchased $100.00 in minutes for virgin mobile, called the number at the cashier desk, entered the pin but it was invalid. Asked shoppers to give our money back they said no we cannot do that. The manager Danielle was nasty and said there was nothing she could do. But she ended up calling the owner Scott Kippen but he would not return our money. Even though we have not left the store yet. They said there is nothing we can do. And told us to call head office to get our money back. Virgin mobile will not give us our $113.00 back either. Shoppers drug mart in Whitby on garden and Rossland made us leave with paying $113.00 with nothing to show for it. Please call us at [protected] or [protected]. bought a virgin to up card
Hi, this is concerning a top up card that i bought at kingston shopers drug mart at the kingslake plaza.This happened may 27 th 2018, sunday.My name is Jacques Beauchamp /Phone:[protected]/108 Briceland street, kingston ontario.
I've spoken with the manager or supervisor of the store her name is Jennifer.
I come to the self serve cash and the young lady mentions to me that they have to do the procedure this way, so she swipes one of her card in the slot then scans the virgin mobile 15$ card then i pay debit total of 16.95$ w/tax.
I arrtive at home go on my pc and numbers dont match (tried 3 times)and on phone w/virgin mobile, no avail.
the card in question was a virgin mobile top up card, and on receipt it says its for bell mobile, the girl in question can testify it was a virgin mobile card.
All i ask here is a refund of my charge .I do not beleive that i should pay for someones mistake or even that cash problem, not my problem.
So if u would please as quick as possible refund my money, please n thank you!
