customer service and food service
I recently visited your Sonic location on Wilson ave in Chicago. I ordered a Double cheeseburger meal with mozzarella sticks. It took over an hour for them to prepare my food. After numerous of attempts to get the attention of the employee, they continued to work on other orders. I requested a refund but it never went through. The employee who took my order told me it went be in my account the next day but it's been a week and nothing has appeared on my account. I was late to my class and lost my appetite after waiting for over an hour. I am a restaurant shift supervisor so I know it gets overwhelming at times but I never calls for poor customer service. This Is the only location in Chicago and I am disappointed that this is the service that is being provided.
the whole establishment
I guess the reviews in Google about this sonic is absolutely correct and it's sad that corporate could care less. After living in the south as long I have and never seeing a Sonic in such sore dismay I was extremely surprised that one actually existed. Not just is the establishment trash and falling apart but drive thru wait can be 15 minutes or longer before one has a chance to put in an order. Your almost down to no choice at all anymore but to go thru the drive thru since the existing car slots are is disarray and broken and missing there signs. As well as a good chunk of them have debit/credit card machines that are busted. Then again this shouldn't be any news to sonic as it seems like this establishment is a sore sight for eyes but corporate could care less.
didn't get my order
My husband and I stopped at Sonic in Wamego, Kansas about 2:30 this afternoon. We simply ordered 2 route 44 drinks and there were orders of food placed after our order and they were delivered before ours. The menu board said our order was being delivered and I waited several minutes and it never did come. So we left and went somewhere else. Will probably never stop there again.
foul language being heard at the pull up window
I pull up to the present window and I hear loud obscene words. And I mean loud with complete disregard to the fact there were customers present. This has happened a many times before. But the manager who runs it doesn't care about complaints. Please do something about this poorly ran store! They also forgot to give me my ranch that I asked for. Maybe if they payed more attention to the customer instead of messing around they wouldn't forget how to do their job!

It took 3 times to get my order correct. A simple order 2 dr. Peppers 1 limeade 2 corn dogs. It took over 10 min for first try. The service of this sonic has went down in last 2 months of visiting several times. Need to find different restaurant. I am Done Sonic!
It is too bad because our school sends a lot of service to this one. I will suggest to site council to switch locations or find a different restaurant to use.

I ordered simple cheeseburger with mayo, no lettuce.. when it was brought out, I paid, the cathop asked me if I wanted my change and I said yes. I opened the burger and there was lettuce, no tomatoes...I read the ticket, it was input correctly they just made the burger wrong. I wish they were more concerned with getting my order right rather than worrying about if I want my change..
card charging
I know of 2 people in Norman, Oklahoma, including my son, who have had charges on their credit card after visiting North Porter Sonic yesterday. Both had to cancel their credit cards. I am seeing several posts related to this and others having to cancel their cards. I just don't want to risk it, so won't be visiting any of the Sonics for a while.

Service an on 3 different occasions I waited over 30 mins to get my food An tonight we went An waited one hour an the host came out an asked what we was waiting on an I stated my food I ordered from the board they had no clue what my family had ordered Last week we went An the milkshakes were made so bad we had to send them back an then the manager got an attitude An I asked him if he would drink them but this sonic is the worst I have ever eat at tonight I just left i wasn't waiting any longer an I also have spoken to a lot of my friends an they have had the same problem sonic just lost my family's business
removing the brownie master blast
I am very sad y'all removed the brownie master blast from the menu. It was my all time favorite. I'm pretty sure y'all took the brownie master blast off of the menu because y'all introduced the Oreo cream filled cone, which in my opinion isn't as good as the Oreo blast. Y'all could take off the M&M blast since McDonalds has one just like it. I really hope y'all bring this back to the menu soon because it always made my day better!

Went to sonic at 7:20 this morning, sat there for 23 mins before i called them . I ordered cups of ice and a breakfast sandwich, 3 cars next to me came and went, they told me she was literally on her way out the door. I waited another 5 minutes and called again. I got the same answer and i told her this what she told me that already. this is not unexceptable . Was late for work and that made me furious. I finally just left

well to start with I have went to the sonic drive-in at 1515 arkansas blvb texarkana, ar .
several time due to being so close to home ! a couple of times i have been there and i get home and my order was wrong or the left something off. one time i had a foot long chili cheese coney and they left the chili off of it. i called to talk to a manger and could not talk to one ! the last visit was sunday 10/14/2018 i order our food to take home. i order two number ones ! one with no tomatoes and onions the second one with no pickles or onions ! when i get home and seat down to eat open up the burgers and there it was again they were made wrong. now i can understand if they were busy but in this case both times they only had maybe ten cars max at the stalls and none in the drive thur. i called to speak to the manger once again and same thing happens . there's no manger to talk to. so i talk to the girl in the phone on told her what i wanted ! all she could tell me was if i didn't want in on there to take it off and then she hung up! maybe yall can talk to whom ever the manger or owner is and get this fixed so other customers get better service.

The employees at this location were slow, careless, and unfriendly! There were male employees that had their pants sagging below their butts and a couple of them were pulling them up multiple times as they were walking in and out of the building. From the time I ordered my food through the drive-through, to reaching the window our ice cream was almost all liquid, even the whip cream was melted. The fries were disgusting and old. And each car was waiting at the window for 15min or more. When I got to the window and looked inside, all I saw was what looked like a bunch of teenagers that were yelling at each other and pacing around and had no clue what they were doing! I understand this is a new location for Sonic's, but the training that was done here seems out of control. I will not be going back there to this location ever again. It was NOT worth the wait and I've wasted my money.
poor servce and unauthorized credit card charges
We stopped at Sonic located at Buda, TX and ordered 3 small chocolate shakes on Oct 13th at around 11;pm.via the drive thru. First off, the person who took our order got it wrong because she was too busy on her cell phone. When I checked my bank statement I discovered that I was charged 3 times ($7.12.00, $7.12.00 and $3.56.00). When I call them on Oct 14th to report the incident, I got the run round then I was told I had to contact the General manager to get it resolved. Really? Why have a so-called "day manger" if they can't correct a unauthorized payment. It is absurd that I have to contact a GM to fix their mistake. If anything, they should be contacting me. Due to this situation I will never stop at another Sonic.

Arrived at the Warren Arkansas Sonic on Oct.14, 2018 at 9:15 push button to order around 9:30am another vehicle came push button order was taken right then and there but am still waiting. I feel like I was and were over looked. At that point I lift the sonic.This is something should never happen to anyone when they are paying just like the next person. I am not a person to complaint and it was not full only 5 vehicles..Never had service like this..

Went to Sonic in Sedalia, Mo. and ordered 2 double super sonic cheese burgers and
received 2 single burger ones. Did not realize this until I was home. They were also cool to the taste. I thought they brought them out to quick. I'm assuming the burgers I received were already prepared and they needed to get rid of them. I find this un acceptable. I like the Sonic burgers and wish to continue buying them. But I would like to receive what I order and for it to be hot. I paid for double burgers.
Paid for 2 double cheese burgers and got 2 single. They were not hot.

The manager Chris Walker of the Sonic Drive-In off Hwy 34 in Terrell, Texas has been having an affair on his wife Carrie Walker with my now ex girlfriend Brittany Robison who was fired for sexual harrassment but hired back multiple times as long as she kept having sex with Chris Walker! Not to mention Chris and Carrie have 5 kids together! Chris also raped Brittany and took pictures of her while she was asleep! I don't think someone of this character should have a job period much less be a manager of such a great company like Sonic!

Burger patties we're over cooked. Hard as cardboard. The preparer had to have known the burgers were overdone when they were put together. Really? The Sonic in Kansas City Ks on Leavenworth Rd is a joke. I bought 2 and both were pitiful! This isn't the first time I've had problems with their service. I'm pissed to say the least! I'm done with that particular location!
possible stolen card information
Hello! Today my boyfriend and I went through the Sonic located in Sioux Falls, SD on approximately 10-12-18 at 0628. While we were in the drive through, my boyfriend paid for the order with his card (ending in 3210). The cashier was a petite female with mulatto skin tone, black hair, a tattoo on her right forearm and one on her left hand. We do not know her name. She disappeared out of sight with his card and was gone for a long period of time before returning and giving the card back. We would like this investigated for possible fraud/theft and video reviewed. We have frozen the bank account in case this is possibly what may have happened.
